| Christianity faces being wiped out of the “biblical heartlands” in the Middle East because of mounting persecution of worshippers, according to a new report. The study warns that Christians suffer greater hostility across the world than any other religious group. And it claims politicians have been “blind” to the extent of violence faced by Christians in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. The most common threat to Christians abroad is militant Islam, it says, claiming that oppression in Muslim countries is often ignored because of a fear that criticism will be seen as “racism”.

No kidding.
Jewish communities throughout the Middle East that had been there for over 2000 years were mostly purged after 1948 but survived in Iran until just a few years ago.
Now it´s the Christians turn, even in Egypt and Syria, already greatly reduced in Lebanon, not even likely to survive in Iraq, haven´t been many in Pakistan ... ever. And we won´t even ask about Saudi Arabia, will we.

The PC crowd hate Christianity. It has moral values that rise above human imperfections and set a standard for living a holy life. It preaches Love your neighbor. The muzzies hate anything different. I would not be surprized if the PC´s have not cut a deal with them to take over America. Nothing shocks me with the muslin in the WH. I sure shumer and reid would love to be in total control under the authority of SA.

The New of Today!
I unite with other Christians in prayer for those suffering/dying for their faith in Jesus Christ.
One day they will print the same message - Christianity close to extinction for Jesus has returned and took them Home to Heaven! That will be the news to report.
Pray for those in harms way all because of the fear of God´s Love/Grace. Many cannot understand how God can love everyone, even though He does not like/love their actions!
Obama is doing his best to accomplish extinction of Christianity in America and the media/progressives are helping him.
Just review again the Democractic convention of outlawing God and even coming against Israel, God´s people. Guess they haven´t read the Bible or want to believe it.
Pray for America. We need a revival of true Faith, fully coming together to profess Jesus Christ and His Word. Amen

He heard about the giant mosque being built in TN (i think). He´d heard about complaints and resistance and thought the people were just bigots. Then he went to investigate and found the truth.

Jeez. A national campaign to get rid of me. More emails than I can read. Threats of an advertising boycott. An answering machine jammed with hate-filled calls. It’s pig heaven for an attention-craving columnist. What did I do to deserve this? I suggested that we stop asking taxpayers to foot the bill for military funeral honors for all veterans. The people in charge of these things have already decided we can’t afford live buglers. One of the buglers contacted me, and that got me thinking. Why are we doing this in the first place?

Is the Iraq war to blame for the mess we are in? Now, I should qualify that question by explaining "mess" and "we." By "mess," I mean the dawn of Barack Obama´s second term, the predictably catastrophic rollout of Obamacare, the exploding debt and deficit, the stimulus boondoggles, etc. By "we," I mean conservatives (particularly those, like me, who supported the war), but also anyone else who doesn´t think Obama has done a bang-up job. There seems to be a growing consensus that the answer to that question is "yes."

An Australian woman was awoken by her hissing cat early Sunday to find a python wrapped around the arm of her 2-year-old daughter. Tess Guthrie, a 22-year-old from Lismore, New South Wales, said the 6-foot python was wrapped three times around her daughter´s arm. "I thought I was having a nightmare," Guthrie told a local television news station. Belleville — Police Chief William Clay has banned all on-duty police officers from eating at Denny´s Restaurant on South Illinois Street after a detective was asked to remove her gun or leave the restaurant on New Year´s Day. "All sworn (uniformed/non-uniformed) officers have been prohibited from entering Denny´s Restaurant at 1130 South Illinois for any meal or coffee breaks while on duty," Clay said in a released statement. He claimed he had been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, two Purple Hearts, an Air Medal and other war-related awards. He said he was injured fighting in Iraq, he was shot six times, lost vision in his right eye, had 24 plates in his face and broke all his ribs. He told people he did tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. And he told Veterans Affairs he had post-traumatic stress disorder. None of this was true. The conservative movement took it pretty good on the chin earlier this week. President Obama and his liberal allies mobilized their vote and got it out very effectively in the key states. On Tuesday night, as I went to bed, I was extremely down and out. But on Wednesday, as the sun rose, my spine stiffened and it was a brand new day. Our conservative cause has taken hits again and again, and each time we come back stronger.

RUSH: Folks, I don´t know how else to categorize this. We are living in a dying country. I don´t know how else to categorize what´s happening -- 88,000 new jobs. The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.
