Reproduction without sex?

I know at least one wife who might go for it...

Just what the world needs -- more destruction of the family unit, the very core of civilized society.

Is there no limits? This is the ultimate dehumanization of the human species. Reproduction with humans. How vile and how dull.

They have proven that children produced asexually are often sickly and slow.
It just proves the old adage "Spare the rod, spoil the child".

Another mere human´s effort to kick God. He created a beautiful world that sinful man has adulterated into a cesspool. This Prasad guy (?) is thrilled that sex (created by God) for procreation and pleasure (for a married couple, man and woman) is being replaced by science. Truly a reprobate.

Back to our caves, guys.

There are times I think Aldous Huxley had a time machine.

Nor just technology, but politics too. Freezing eggs and sperm. Do-able. Sterilization... why? And after sterilization one´s genetic heritage is stored outside one´s own body under the control of strangers. And why would men volunteer to be sterilized, given their longer span of sperm production?
Maybe more politics than technology here.

So, are females a misbegotten breed? Are our bodies basically, finally, not in our own best interest?

No way.

Our human design is a wonder, not a curse. Our sexual design in particular, (with its pleasurability and its fertility and its
bond-ability) is not sick. We don´t need to be "´cured" of it.

It’s OK to be a woman. We don´t need to be "fixed."

You can reorganize the government and restructure the university; you can retool the economy and redesign society. But human beings as such -- in our minds, our souls, our bodies, ourselves -- are not to be redesigned.

We must either perfect our wholeness, or repudiate it. If we repudiate it, there is little to prevent us from erasing
ourselves finally, erasing our humanity, function by function, line by line.

But if we perfect our wholeness, we will do
something far better. We will hold up before the eyes of the world the image and likeness of God.

Since the 70´s, in vitro fertilization has become common. There is no evidence--none--that these children are any different from children conceived the "old fashioned" way. Reproduction without sex doesn´t mean people won´t have sex. It is just a way for people who otherwise couldn´t have children to have them. What is wrong with that? There still has to be a woman involved (take note, gay couples).

Oh, the gays are the biggest cheerleaders for this. Gay men from Germany, the UK and the USA use their own sperm, get ova from clinically superovulated white college girls, and debark as "reproductive tourists" in India and Guatemala, where they rent a native reproductive concubine at the "clinic," put it all together via a considerable amount of cash, and eventually walk off with newborn babies. Congratulations, Jason and Kurt!

Like a combination of a slave auction and a science project, it´s breeding and trading in human flesh.
