Obama so invested in reducing gun
violence that he hands the
job off to Biden

At Sunday evening´s memorial service for the 26 innocent Newtown shooting victims, President Obama told a tearful crowd: "In the coming weeks, I will use whatever power this office holds to engage my fellow citizens--from law enforcement to mental health professionals to parents and educators--in an effort aimed at preventing more tragedies like this." Turns out "whatever power this office holds" is just the ability to tell Joe "BFD" Biden to come up with some ideas by late next month.

Handing to job off to Biden is a delaying tactic. BO knows no serious gun control will take place until there are 5 liberal/left judges on the Supreme Court. When that happens, owning a gun will be impossible.

Putting an insane lunatic like BFD Biden in charge should help us better understand the "crazy" factor in gun violence.

Forget the banning of guns.

Tell Obama to inform his rich Hollywood that the party is over. No more films of violence even thou that is what makes them billionairs!!!

Tell him to inform his billionair friends in the entertainment business that there will be no more violent video games!!!

Next, his rapper friends will shut their filthy mouths and no more racist, killing, dirty and hate songs.

It´s up to Obama himself and not anyone else to clean this mess up!!

If anyone who listened to Obama´s news conference yesterday believed that a word he uttered was sincerely uttered, they are delusional. There was not a word out of his mouth that wasn´t calculated and manipulative, but I must admit that it was a brilliant exhibit of Alinsky´s Rules for Radicals. It had to be admired for it´s devious manipulation of minds through words. Unfortunately, we already know that a majority of the American people either don´t see it or don´t care. The next four years will not bring America to a happy place, but a place with trillions more in debt, more job loss and incidently some form of gun legislation to no significant happy result on that either. It is with sadness that I write this.

Blue ribbon commissions are where unpopular political ideas go to die. By the time the commission report is published the hysteria is spent and the report is treated like a dead raccoon.

This is a lunatic control issue not a gun control issue, and most people know this.

Putting Biden in charge of this is like putting Elmer Fudd in charge of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, both totally unqualified for anything and only good for a laugh. But then, that´s the entire obama administration in a nutshell.

It was the words "Task Force" that caught my attention - you know the group that will be stronger than our present military. Texas is already beginning to arm teachers - but then Texas is usually "right". That school is too far away from sheriff´s officers to be able to take care of a shooter.

The selection of Mr. Biden provides distraction and a certain gruesome "entertainment". Mr. Biden will be high profile, nonsensical, and insulting to honest Citizens while ignoring topics such as the government-sponsored murder program called "Operation Fast and Furious". The real work of continuing the destruction of the Constitution will occur in private meetings. If Mr. Obama´s handlers feel confident of their strategy they may try to accomplish their work by "Executive Orders", continuing the process of subverting the legislative process. The America-haters/America-wreckers are zealous yet patient as they go about their work.

Those who think the Biden move is just another slow-death-by-blue-ribbon-commission should think again. The point of giving it to Biden is to come up with the most far out ideas possible. Some of those will be implemented just because they´re "worth a try." Then scumbama can pick and choose among the remainder and look like he moved to the middle. Conservatives keep talking about the Alinsky playbook, but all too obviously they don´t have a clue. This is what scumbama does, people!

Let´s pass a law that says it´s illegal to steal your mother´s legally acquired firearms. Then, let´s pass a law that says it is illegal to shoot your mother in the face (with her gun! (how ironic!)) and also illegal to shoot your way into a school and kill 5 more adults and 20 little kids.
That should stop the madness...we just need another set of new laws.

Like most dictators, NØbama doesn´t want any blood on his own hands.

This way, when Congress passes a bunch of feel-good knee-jerk anti-gun laws, crazy Uncle Joe can be the face of that enforcement.

Of course, the gun law militia that NØbama will form, made up of former La Raza and New Black Panther thugs, will be more than happy to do the dirty work of actually enforcing those laws.

When 25 or so Brown Shirts, wearing the best body armor and carrying the best military grade weaponry that our tax dollars can buy crashes through your front door and holds your wife and kids at gun point while giving you exactly one minute to turn over every illegal weapon that you have OR ELSE, remember that elections have consequences.

And, as another poster pointed out, all it will take is one conservative Supreme Court justice to be replaced to assure that every bit of this will be ´´Constitutional´´.

Yes, our republic died on November 6, 2012...

Yes. Handing the job off to Mensa Joe means the biggest idiot in Washington is going to handle a committee with "everything on the table" (I hate that phrase). First clue: A committee will take months, the MSM will lose interest, a few curtailments on clip sizes will happen, then back to normal. The gun manufacturers will cosmetically redesign the popular AR15 to look more like a deer rifle and all will be cool.

Biden is known as one of the most anti-gun politicians in D.C. They will probably pack this task force with other anti-gun politicians and advocates, with spots for one or two RINOS to give the task force some political cover, but if they do that, and concentrate on banning semi-automatic rifles and handguns, they will run into opposition from at least half of the country.

Here´s a little unsolicited suggestion for likely 2016 Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul: Ditch the Clinton-Lewinsky meme. Twice in recent days, the Kentucky senator has gone out of his way to drag into his comments Bill Clinton´s smelly sexual scandal with a White House intern. [Snip] Once again, as in 2007-08 Hillary Clinton seems to be a lock for the Democrat presidential nomination in 2016. Normally, Joe Biden´s vice presidential duties involve funerals and speaking in places that The Boss won´t be bothered about. But this time was different. No, Philadelphia in February isn´t your prime get-away destination. But while there for a photo op, Joe descended into the bowels of the train station to pretend-drive a locomotive. It´s one of the new electric choos-choos that Amtrak will use to haul Democrats up and down the Northeast Corridor. It was very exciting for the vice president as he ponders a 2016 run.

Hi, everybody. In my State of the Union Address, I talked about the idea of opportunity for all. Opportunity is the idea at the heart of this country — that no matter who you are or how you started out, with hard work and responsibility, you can get ahead. I ran for President to restore that idea, and I’m even more passionate about it today. Because while our economy has been growing for four years, and those at the top are doing better than ever, average wages have barely budged.

According to the president of the United States, the IRS scandal over agents targeting conservative groups is merely the result of "bone-headed decisions" by a few confused employees. And Barack Obama adds there’s not a "smidgeon" of corruption. Wait! Remember when this scandal broke last May, a president looking much like Barack Obama was so totally publicly outraged over this violation of government trust that he fired the IRS´ acting commissioner? Yet now, it´s all simply an unfortunate few instances of bone-headeded-ness that just happened to prevent dozens of groups opposed to Obama from participating in the 2012 election campaign.

You may not have been thinking about it at the time, but on Tuesday, when the president was delivering the State of the Union, we were observing a tradition prescribed by our Constitution. All branches of government and all walks of life gathering round in the people’s House. It is democracy at its finest. But these blessings do come with responsibilities. The Constitution also requires the president and Congress to heed the will of you, the people, and work together to carry out the business of the country. So in that spirit, Republicans identified 4 areas of bipartisanship.

Barack Obama was in Wisconsin and Tennessee Thursday happy talking about "opportunity." He´s for it, by the way. "It´s good to be in Wisconsin," he told Wisconsin. Few hours later, "It´s good to be in Nashville." In both places he talked about the “opportunity” that comes with jobs and the “opportunity” that comes with education. As a word, "opportunity" polls well. Yet, these days whenever Obama has the opportunity to talk about his signature namesake "achievement," he rarely seizes the opportunity. The enterprising TV news video here shows why.
