| WASHINGTON -- An independent panel charged with investigating the deadly Sept. 11 attack in Libya that killed a U.S. ambassador and three other Americans has concluded that systematic management and leadership failures at the State Department led to "grossly" inadequate security at the mission in Benghazi. "Systematic failures and leadership and management deficiencies at senior levels within two bureaus of the State Department resulted in a Special Mission security posture that was inadequate for Benghazi and grossly inadequate to deal with the attack that took place," the panel said.

"Systematic" doesn´t mean decision makers are absolved of responsibility --- yet I understand the report does not recommend any pursuit of disciplinary action.

The obese assistant secretary of state for security, or some such thing, Charlene Lamb, acknowledged that Sullivan had made repeated requests for additional security, but that she, after consulting with ´senior state department officials´ decided that it would be better to train more locals for security duties. Who were the senior state department officials? Had to include hillary. And such a decision would be typical of the arrogant hillary we knew as first lady. (She has hidden that attitude at State, but it still is what she is.)

That was my thought #4. They don´t blame anyone and everyone did their job? If that is the case, then why are there 4 dead Americans and many more wounded and no one came to help? Point the finger of blame where it belongs on two people, Obama and Clinton!

Systematic goes to the entire system--systematic failure means the system in place and those operating this system FAILED--And they failed at a horribly deadly level. And no one in this so-called administration owns any of this failure--NO ONE! This country is as leaderless as it has been in its history. Honor and Pride in our White House is gone.

Last paragraph: "The Board found no evidence of any undue delays in decision making or denial of support from Washington or from the military combatant commanders," it said. To the contrary, the report said the evacuation of the dead and wounded 12 hours after the initial attack was due to "exceptional U.S. government coordination and military response" that helped save the lives of two seriously wounded Americans.
This was heroism from the Seals at the Annex. They were initially denied permission and told to wait until Command checked with "local security" (you know, the one who fled just before the shooting started). All pleas for help from the Seals were ignored. How can AP print such excrement knowing that it is a whitewash?

I believe these people (in particular Obama and Hillary) think they´re just a little bit above the rest of us, and should not be held accountable or be criticized for anything that goes wrong on their watch.
The four brave Americans who were killed were relying on these people to carry out their responsibilities, and they did not. I don´t believe for a minute that Hillary actually suffered an injury, keeping her from testifying. When it was reported she would be testifying about this incident I wondered at the time, "How is she going to get out of this one?" Well, she did. These people are so calculating - and slippery.

1. Why no armed elite Marines in a war torn Islamic nation known for jihadist recruitment?
2. Why did Hillary hire locals? To be overseen by an inexperienced British team with batons?
3. Where was the Benghazi police for seven hours?
4. Where was the Libyan military for seven hours?
5. Who the hell said STAND DOWN when rescues were set in motion?
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY why is Hillary arming Al-Queda??

7. And how are those 30 +/- survivors doing these days? Everybody feeling well?

Just more swept under the carpet.
Remember. Obama won!
Had Obama lost, there would have been a real investigation, but, that´s how life is in these so-called United States!
Only when we as a nation make a stand for righteousness will there be real investigations, truth brought forward and those guilty suffer the consequences of their actions.
The liberal media will ever back up this current administration.
Sadly, it may only come to pass on Judgment Day when the truth is finally known.
God is not mocked - what we sow, we reap! That in itself is a reminder to those who have usurped God´s power and set themselves up as judge/jury, freeing those who support them and condemning those who have the bravery/audacity to stand up against political correctness which has taken over the God-given right of freedom.
Pray for America! We are at a place in history where we will sink or swim, depending upon our trust in God, His Word and His will/way to again be honored and obeyed!
Is this the way Hitler began? Power has become the means by which this government controls everything! What happened to our democratic system and the 3 branches of government to keep order throughout the land.
Merry Christmas to all who cherish God´s Gift (Jesus) to mankind! May all who receive Him rejoice in His presence within and one day to be recognized by our government! That is the prayer I daily pray!

1. Exactly what was slain Ambassador Christopher Stevens actually doing in Benghazi on that day?
2. There has yet to be any official disclosure from American sources regarding cause of death for Stevens or the other three killed during the terrorist attack. Were they raped as reported in the Lebanon press?
3. Was Barack Obama inside the Situation Room during the attack? If not, why not?
4. And who then was?
5. Who gave the stand down order thus allowing Stevens and the other Americans to be killed?
6. And, what exactly was the Turkish Counsel meeting with Ambassador Stevens on 9/11 for..how did he walk by the Terrorists unscathed?
7. Lockheed resignation of Chief Operating Officer after he tripled sales in 2011 for same reason as Petraeus...another affair...stinks to the Missile high heavens...speaking of Lochkeed´s Missile sales and shipments to Libya...where is that investigation of a president conducting an illegal, unapproved WAR ...without any approval by Congress

Don´t they mean "systemic"?
The chain of command went like this:
Hillary Clinton (should resign)
Patrick Kennedy (should definitely resign)
Boswell (resigned)
Charlene Lamb (resigned) - it was she who directly managed security staffing and budgeting for same for 280+ embassies and consulates throughout the world. However the underlying development of the formula for defending Benghazi - the type and numbers of security personnel - came from further up the line. That would be Boswell. But one had the feeling, watching the House Oversight Committee hearing in early October, that neither of these would have developed a specific security plan without Kennedy´s input and/or approvel.

The answer for America is found in Psalm 81. If you will read this one, insert America for Israel, you will understand what is going on.
It starts by:
Sing aloud to God our strength; Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob. (this is our heritage as Christians, sons of Abraham through the covenant)
God goes on to say how often He has come to our aid, delivered US from evil here/abroad.
Vs. 8 says: Hear, O My people, and I will admonish you! O Israel (America), if you will listen to Me! There shall be no foreign god among you; Nor shall you worship any foreign god. I am the Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt. Oopen your mouth wide and I will fill it.
But, my people would not heed My voice, and Israel(America) would have none of Me, so I gave them over to their own stubborn heart, to walk in their own counsels. Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel (America) would walk in My ways! I would soon subdue their enemies, and turn My hand against their adversaries. The haters of the Lord would pretend submission to Him, but their fate would endure forever. He would have fed them also with the finest wheat and with honey from the rock I would have satisfied you.
Selah - (stop and consider this!) Amen
We need to make a stand for Righteousness in our God-given country (America!)

Since all these agencies are under the administration tent one person and one only is responsible for all acts by any one of them. That one is currently B.Obama. If he did not personally order the stand down he set the parameters for the operation of that agency --he is guilty of the cover up. His run around the Constitution has resulted in murder mayhem and lies. Also the non American guards supposedly on site as protection are now disclosed as being on strike for higher wages. Just who was paying those wages? We know who and why we are paying foreigners instead of Americans?

Attorney General Eric Holder began his tenure by calling Americans cowards regarding racial issues. Newly released documents reveal that Holder’s schedule shows a preoccupation with racial issues: he spends an inordinate amount of time meeting with race-centered organizations. Recently, the Department of Justice began making Holder’s daily schedules available online. Although the schedules are far from complete and heavily redacted, the compiled summary below (links to documents provided) shows how much time and access the office of the attorney general allocates to ethnocentric lobbyists and race-based associations. In unveiling his $3.8 trillion spending plan for the U.S. government on Wednesday, President Barack Obama revived his longstanding attack on oil industry tax breaks and formally launched a plan to pay for alternative vehicle research with drilling dollars. While the tax plans are dead on arrival on Capitol Hill — where lawmakers have rejected similar proposals many times before — they drew outrage from oil and gas industry leaders who said Obama was seeking to use the sector as a piggy bank. The fiscal 2014 budget proposal aims to raise $2.5 billion

Mr. Cheney’s comments come at a time of rising tensions with North Korea, which keeps threatening to attack its southern neighbor, and the United States.

A bipartisan group of lawmakers reached a deal Wednesday to expand background checks to guns purchased on the Internet or at trade shows, clearing the way for the Senate to begin debating a new gun control bill this week. The deal, struck by Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin III and Republican Sen. Patrick J. Toomey, won a stamp of approval from President Obama and gave the broader gun bill a needed boost — though the legislation still faces high hurdles in the Senate, to say nothing of the GOP-controlled House.

Top congressional Republicans declared President Obama’s tax-laden budget for fiscal 2014 dead on arrival Wednesday, saying its failure to cut deficits destroys any hope of a “grand bargain” to fix the federal government’s fiscal crisis. The White House promoted the budget as an effort to restart negotiations on long-term deficit reduction with a mix of higher taxes on the wealthy and modest trims to entitlement programs. But House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, Wisconsin Republican, said the president’s proposals on Social Security and Medicare don’t come close to addressing the programs’ looming insolvency.

For the first time in a while, members of the two parties — at least some of them — appear to be talking about getting things done, even without the deadline of a manufactured crisis looming. With Sens. Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) and Patrick J. Toomey (R-Pa.) reaching a deal to expand background checks on firearms purchases , the way appears to have been cleared for the Senate to start debate on gun-control legislation. Although their provision is not as far-reaching as what President Obama proposed after the Newtown massacre in December, he praised it as “common sense.”

Mother Jones, a liberal magazine, published audio Tuesday of a McConnell campaign meeting in which actress Ashley Judd was discussed. The senator has said that the office must have been bugged by the “political left.” “This is Gestapo kind of scare tactics and we’re not going to stand for it,” Jesse Benton told radio host Mike Huckabee on Wednesday. In the first budget of his second term, President Obama set aside the grand ambitions that marked his early days in office and sent Congress a blueprint aimed at achieving a simple goal: ending the long partisan standoff over the national debt. The 10-year budget request Obama unveiled Wednesday calls for nearly $300 billion in new spending on jobs and public works. That includes a landmark $77 billion expansion of preschool education financed by smokers, who would have to pay an extra 94 cents a pack for cigarettes. But barely five months after winning a decisive reelection victory

The murder trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell largely is being ignored by the mainstream media, even in the face of grisly testimony, such as what we heard yesterday. Life News reports: ...a former employee described how she heard a baby scream during a live-birth abortion. West Virginia Democratic Sen. Jay Rockefeller, one of the towering architects of Obamacare, on Tuesday openly criticized program managers for not moving quickly enough to build the system, warning that if it gets off to a bumpy start it will just get worse. Decrying the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act as way too complex, he warned the acting Medicare director that Obamacare is "so complicated and if it isn´t done right the first time, it will just simply get worse."

The sequester may have many across the country singing the blues, but for President Obama, it was all about Memphis Soul. Even with the threat of furloughs and government cuts sparked by the sequester, Obama took the time to enjoy a star-studded concert at the White House tonight. The White House celebration of Memphis Soul music in the East Room--which included special guest appearances by Queen Latifah and Justin Timberlake--is likely to rile Obama´s Republican foes. Some conservatives have called on Obama to give up golf, especially since popular public tours of the White House have been canceled because of

In the message he issued along with his budget proposal on Wednesday morning, President Barack Obama said he wants to see 4-year-old children in the United States enrolled in public schools. Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs." After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”

Although the first votes on gun -control legislation have yet to be cast, by some measures the National Rifle Association has already won. Obama’s ambitious plans to ban assault weapons and limit magazine capacities are off the table, while the NRA suggested it could support the most likely outcome -- expanded background checks -- as recently as 1999. The NRA claims that the president’s efforts have triggered a fundraising surge and boosted its membership from 4 million to nearly 5 million.

During the Q and A session after Sen. Rand Paul’s speech at Howard University, one student explained that he was not a fan of his view of government. “You say you want to provide a government that leaves us alone, quite frankly, I don’t want that,” the student said. “I want a government that is going to help me.” The student insisted that he wanted assistance for his college education and asked if Rand Paul supported a culture change within the nation. “Do you Sen. Rand Paul have a formulated solution to come up with new American values

State Attorney General Bob Ferguson on Tuesday filed a consumer protection lawsuit against Arlene’s Flowers & Gifts, a Richland florist that refused to supply flowers to the same-sex marriage of a longtime customer. Ferguson said he sent a March 28 letter to owner Barronelle Stutzman asking her to reconsider and supply flowers to customer Robert Ingersoll. Through an attorney, Stutzman declined to change her position.“As Attorney General, it is my job to enforce the laws of the state of Washington,” said Ferguson. “Under the Consumer Protection Act, it is unlawful to discriminate

Liberals descended on Pennsylvania Avenue Tuesday to protest President Barack Obama´s decision to include entitlement cuts in his upcoming budget, delivering 2 million petitions demanding the White House back off its support for the chained CPI. As we reported this weekend, liberals have been seething over the inclusion of the chained CPI in Obama´s budget, which they see as a huge betrayal by the Democratic president. This week, progressive groups, including MoveOn, the Progressive Change Campaign Committee, and Democracy for America, have mounted "emergency" online campaigns against the proposal, accusing Obama of

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius conceded Monday that implementing the Affordable Care Act has been more complicated and frustrating than the Obama administration expected, largely due to Republicans who have opposed the law´s state-based exchanges and Medicaid expansion. "The politics has been relentless and that continues," Sebelius said. "There was some hope that once the Supreme Court ruled in July, and then once an election occurred there would be a sense that, ´This is the law of the land, let´s get on board, let´s make this work.´"

In a stunning end to one of the most aggressively unsuccessful tenures in retail history, JCPenney (JCP) last night announced that CEO Ron Johnson would be leaving effective immediately. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman. In January 2012, Ullman was unceremoniously removed from the board. Gone with Ullman was any control the Board of Directors had over Ron Johnson and his control of JCPenney resources. The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law.
