The president flew to Connecticut to represent the nation in offering comfort to the town and survivors of the mass shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School killing 26.[Snip]"Can we say that we’re truly doing enough to give all the children of this country the chance they deserve to live out their lives in happiness and with purpose?” Obama answered No.

According to the CDC - over 10,000 americans died from drunk driving accidents last year.

At least 3,000 of those were killed by Illegal Aliens.

An additional 3,000 to 4,000 Americans were murdered by Illegal Aliens last year.

What happened in Connecticut was horrendous. But, no one will even whisper about the elephant sitting on our chests.

That address last night was pathetic. The fact that he had to give a 20 minute address during the football game was telling. He could have taken time during the 60 NEWS hour, but I guess he´s too important for that. He really didn´t say ANYTHING. We´re all adults. We know what happened and we are reacting to it in our own way. It appears that The President was, once again, going for the most impact for his Photo Op! Shame on him! Also, he needs to watch some video of Clinton crying. He was much better at tears on demand that Obama was the other day during his first news appearance.

His first ever visit to Connecticut...?
Ironically, the SS# he uses that was never assigned to him (according to E-Verify) was apparently harvested from there.

Obama asked "Can we say that we’re truly doing enough to give all the children of this country the chance they deserve to live out their lives in happiness and with purpose?"

Do you mean by protecting and expanding abortion?

The only thing this monster is concerned with is using this tragedy to secure the long sought Liberal goal of eliminating the 2nd Amendment.

All I can say is Molon Labe.

That is one of the problems. No one could defend themselves from a law breaker. NO ONE!

Every time we hear the statements "These Tragedies Must End" or "This can never happen again" it is followed by some very poor laws. It´s often law that makes the problems worse instead of better. Or law that has unintended consequences that are worse than the original problem.

Thank the ACLU for fighting against some mental cases to be in institutions. They were all set free to fend for themselves or for families to take care of. Many families have suffered tragedy while taking care of a mentally disturbed relative. Many who are homeless now is because there is nowhere for them to go and be treated. From what I understand CT. rejected a bill last Feb. that would have taken some of these people into an outpatient type of treatment.

The tragedy in Connecticut is just a busy weekend in Chicago. The next time some liberal demands more gun control in response to one of these shootings, ask them why it is that you never see one of these deranged characters attempt a mass killing at a police station? The answer of course, is that there are a lot of people there who will shoot you if you tried it. So, is the answer to these shootings to further restrict the ability of law abiding citizens to protect themselves, and, in this case, the children in their care? Or is it to not only allow, but encourage, people to have the means to protect themselves and others from violent predators?

That fool of a president never ever speaks for me. Had he truly represented ME before those grieving families and friends, he´d have stayed home or at the very least bowed his head and bent his knees before the Lord to pray for ministering blessings of comfort. Obama NEVER speaks for me when he shows up like the ghouls in the media with their voyeurism. Teachers and administrators should be provided weapons training (like their precious diversity training) and allowed to conceal and carry. Problem solved.

Bow-Boy et al are cowards and fools.

There were an estimated 5,709,329 Jews killed in World War II, going to their slaughter "as lambs" because they were defenceless.

Read this headline:

"Principle confronts, shoots, and kills 20-year-old gunman in elementary school hallway before he could get of a shot."

Instead, we´ve got the opposite.

Massacres happen because those mowed down are unable to defend themselves and further, have nobody to defend in their stead.

Want to do something Bow-Boy?

Shut up.

Want to do something communities, towns, and cities?

Know how to defend yourselves, and those you love, with deadly force when necessary and also provide those who can with the tools and skills to provide any and all required defense.

Otherwise, continue to suffer your lambs being led to the slaughter.

EXACTLY #5 and #27! While I´m not in any way minimizing what happened on Friday almost 50 million children have been murdered via abortion. So.....

"Can we say that we’re truly doing enough to give all the children of this country the chance they deserve to live out their lives in happiness and with purpose?"

I would say the answer is ´NO´.

Let´s put this in terms that 0bama can understand..... due to the left´s ´sacrament´ of abortion we now have millions upon millions of lost TAXPAYERS. We know how the left loves to tax. Goodness, if these children had been allowed to be born and to grow up many would be in the workplace paying into ´SS´, buying homes, autos, and other goods and services.
Not to mention the voters who don´t exist either. (how many future progressives were lost). HHHHMMMMMMM??????

President Obama, whose poll approval numbers hover weakly around 40% among Americans, met Thursday with Pope Francis, whose approval numbers among the same people are 76%. Now, you know why the Chicago Democrat sought the meeting. The two leaders exchanged gifts. The Vicar of Christ gave the ex-state senator a copy of his book "The Joy of the Gospel." The 44th president gave the head of the world´s Roman Catholic Church a box of fruit and veggie seeds from his wife´s garden. To the surprise of absolutely no one outside the Obama Oval Office, those Crimeans who voted in Sunday´s trumped-up referendum opted overwhelmingly to rejoin Russia. This as thousands of Russian troops occupied the Ukrainian province, while an even larger Russian army happened to conduct ´war games´ on Ukraine´s border. Obama, the former community organizer, again telephoned President Vladimir Putin, the former KGB colonel. Obama reminded the Russian he´d broken international law. Obama warned the Russian the referendum "would never be recognized by the United States." Bet that stung.

Good morning. My name is Bill Johnson, and I’m proud to represent Eastern and Southeastern Ohio in the House of Representatives. Four years ago today, President Obama came to our state and promised our seniors that his health care law would protect their benefits. He said this: “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. I don´t want to interfere with people’s relationships between them and their doctors." Now, the reality is, not only is the president’s health care law interfering with these relationships — it’s ending them.

As part of his desperate political plot to distract the country with something -- anything -- other than ObamaCare´s debacle and serial scandals, Barack Obama has been talking a lot about global warming. Forget about the Nov. 4 midterms, folks. The world is burning up. A crisis not to be wasted. Obama calls it climate change before his audiences because after this endless winter of polar vortexes and record snowfalls and ice cover, the word ´warming´ draws applause or chuckles. Hi, everybody. This week, I traveled to New England, where I was joined by four governors who are working to raise the minimum wage in each of their states. And they’ve also joined me in calling on Congress to raise the minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 an hour. Because it would give nearly 800,000 Americans in their states a raise — and lift wages for about 28 million across the country. So these governors aren’t waiting for Congress to make up its mind. And in my State of the Union Address, I asked America’s business leaders to go ahead and do what they could to raise their employees’ wages, too.

As he sat down with the Pontiff at the Vatican this morning, Obama called himself a ´great admirer´ of the pope. Their historic first meeting comes as Obama´s administration and the church

Usually the type of Republicans MSNBC hosts invite on their shows are either craven RINO types who can be depended upon to trash talk fellow Republicans, or the more inarticulate, dimmer bulbs in the party who fail to communicate conservative positions effectively. MSNBC host Chris Hayes had an entirely different type of animal on his hands with PA Americans For Prosperity Director, Jennifer Stefano. In fact, he´s probably still licking his wounds after the nasty confrontation he had with her, Wednesday night in a debate over the latest ObamaCare delay. Joe Newby at The Washington Examiner has found a real doozy of a “comedian.” Her name is Laura Levites – with obviously no connection to the priests of the Old Testament. (She´s an atheist with a fondness for Ricky Gervais.) "I would personally like to castrate every Male Conservative Christian so that they have NO reproductive rights," she wrote on Twitter, using the hashtag "#HobbyLobby." She certainly knows how to draw attention to herself. Newby said that’s not all. She also expressed her hatred of Christians in a tweet calling conservative Christians "******bags," claiming they are "really trying" her patience.
