Speaker Boehner cancels GOP Remarks
to let Obama speak for mourning nation

Investor´s Business Daily, by Andrew Malcolm

Original Article

Posted By:SurferLad, 12/15/2012 9:33:26 AM

There will be no Weekly Republican Address this weekend so that President Obama can speak for the entire nation at this time of mourning. I join the president — and all Americans — in sending prayers and condolences to the victims’ loved ones. The horror of this day seems so unbearable, but we will lock arms and unite as citizens, for that is how Americans rise above unspeakable evil.

All well and good... until Komrade Urkel uses his speech to vilify us. He has done it over and over, and as they like to say, ´let no good crisis go to waste.´

Seems racist to me. Why isn´t he doing this for the dozens of blacks killed or injured in Chicago every week? Hmmm?

This is orchestrated propaganda folks. Whenever the government wanted to push for more incremental gun laws in the past three decades these incidents mysteriously cropped up. Coincidence? I think not.

Oliticize this even further and tell us to put politics aside. Whenever Obama tells us to put politics aside,it means "shut up conservatives, and let me have my way." And Boehner didn´t see that coming?

Speaker Boehner should simply say something about President Obama’s stunningly hypocritical speech about the shooting. At one point this demon said "The majority of those who died today were children -- beautiful little kids between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. They had their entire lives ahead of them -- birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own.” While we certainly mourn these 20 precious children and pray for solace for their parents and relatives, we must never forget that what Obama had to say about these children applies in exactly the same way to the 50 million children who have been aborted. While this really isn’t the time to bring abortion into the mix, nevertheless to hear these words from the most pro-abortion president in history is sickening.

Now he´s flying there to allow them to pray to him as their savior, when he announces a ban on guns.

Good morning. I’m Congresswoman Jackie Walorski. Today, I’m calling on President Obama — the Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces — to support H.R. 4031, the VA Management Accountability Act. I do so as a member of the House Veterans Affairs Committee. [Snip] We need this commonsense bill because it will empower the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to fire senior officials who aren’t up to the job. Without this real-world accountability, the VA has become the epitome of bureaucracy run amok.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Joe Biden. I’m filling in for President Obama, who is abroad. I want to talk to you today about the minimum wage and the overwhelming need to raise the minimum wage. There’s no reason in the world why an American working 40 hours a week has to live in poverty. But right now a worker earning the federal minimum wage makes about $14,500 a year.

President Obama, whose poll approval numbers hover weakly around 40% among Americans, met Thursday with Pope Francis, whose approval numbers among the same people are 76%. Now, you know why the Chicago Democrat sought the meeting. The two leaders exchanged gifts. The Vicar of Christ gave the ex-state senator a copy of his book "The Joy of the Gospel." The 44th president gave the head of the world´s Roman Catholic Church a box of fruit and veggie seeds from his wife´s garden. To the surprise of absolutely no one outside the Obama Oval Office, those Crimeans who voted in Sunday´s trumped-up referendum opted overwhelmingly to rejoin Russia. This as thousands of Russian troops occupied the Ukrainian province, while an even larger Russian army happened to conduct ´war games´ on Ukraine´s border. Obama, the former community organizer, again telephoned President Vladimir Putin, the former KGB colonel. Obama reminded the Russian he´d broken international law. Obama warned the Russian the referendum "would never be recognized by the United States." Bet that stung.

Good morning. My name is Bill Johnson, and I’m proud to represent Eastern and Southeastern Ohio in the House of Representatives. Now, the reality is, not only is the president’s health care law interfering with these relationships — it’s ending them.

As part of his desperate political plot to distract the country with something -- anything -- other than ObamaCare´s debacle and serial scandals, Barack Obama has been talking a lot about global warming. Forget about the Nov. 4 midterms, folks. The world is burning up. A crisis not to be wasted. Obama calls it climate change before his audiences because after this endless winter of polar vortexes and record snowfalls and ice cover, the word ´warming´ draws applause or chuckles. Unemployment remains stubbornly high; the number of long-term unemployed is actually at record levels. But these statistics only tell half the story. Hi, everybody. This week, I traveled to New England, where I was joined by four governors who are working to raise the minimum wage in each of their states. And they’ve also joined me in calling on Congress to raise the minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 an hour. Because it would give nearly 800,000 Americans in their states a raise — and lift wages for about 28 million across the country. So these governors aren’t waiting for Congress to make up its mind. And in my State of the Union Address, I asked America’s business leaders to go ahead and do what they could to raise their employees’ wages, too.
