DETROIT — The founder of Domino´s Pizza is suing the federal government over mandatory contraception coverage in the new health care law.Tom Monaghan, a devout Roman Catholic, says contraception is not health care and instead is a "gravely immoral" practice. He´s a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court, along with his Domino´s Farms, which runs an office park near Ann Arbor. Monaghan offers health insurance that excludes contraception and abortion for employees. The new law requires employers to offer insurance that includes contraception coverage or risk fines.

Lawsuits work incredibly well for socialist/fascist when socialist/fascist judges are in place. It has just the opposite affect when those that love and value freedom bring suits. And we have elected weak handed politicians that dupe us with ´conservative´ judges that adhere to the constitution only to find the Roberts of the world are shallow, superficial punks desperate to please their socialist/fascist masters. Lawsuits are for losers. Revolution is for a better country.

Keep suing! The point, imo, is the government has no right to tell private business what they must/must not cover. Could be birth control, abortion, or chiropractic.

Tom M´s efforts to stop being Fluked by Obama are admirable, but he is going to experience the wrath of Hussein for months, if not for years. IRS audits will become commonplace, as will OSHA, EEOC and ICE investigations. Tom can also expect problems with unions, from Teamsters who deliver goods to SEIU efforts to unionize Domino pizza employees. States controlled by Democrat governors will also add their regulatory muscle to make his life miserable.

Expect to see AP, CNN, NY Times and NBC stories about mistreatment of Domino employees, unclean kitchens, pizza´s carbon footprint and the unhealthy aspects of pizza. Tom and his company will hopefully win in court, but he should expect a struggle against Obama´s regulatory & PR tyranny.

Sue them without limit - to let the would-be dictators know that they are not supreme in this our Nation. And to #6: be of good cheer. Document meticulously all possible examples of revenge, violence, intimidation... and then sue some more while shouting from the rooftops about the thugs in "government" and their tactics. It is that or something much worse from them.

Don´t forget the low flush toilets that were foisted on the public, removing freon from the market, gas additives that can ruin engines & on & on with the "little" things to intrude into our daily lives. Tom is no slouch - he started a law school, Ave Maria School of Law. Take heart, Tom may be our side´s best hope to beat the Obamacare monster.

Ave Maria School of Law was founded in 1999, and for the first nine years of its existence was located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The school currently has thirty-five professors including Robert Bork (former United States Supreme Court nominee rejected by the US Senate), several visiting professors, and eight esteemed legal writing professors. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia assisted Ave Maria School of Law leadership in developing the school´s curriculum, and in 1999 Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas delivered the school´s first annual Ave Maria Lecture.

Maybe Scalia and Thomas have given him some advice and this is their way of fighting back against Roberts´ misguided ruling on Obamacare.

Go, Tom, go!

Monaghan puts his money where his mouth is. In addition to the Ave Maria School of Law, he has also endowed the Dominican Sisters who, from their motherhouse in Ann Arbor, teach in many schools across the country. These young, dedicated, joyful women (locally known as the "pizza nuns" and the "happy nuns") are part of one of the fastest-growing orders in the world. They are bringing the sorely needed good news of the God of love to the children of the world. Go Tom, and go "Happy Nuns"!

Unfortunately, one of the upsides of the conservative attack on Obamacare is that it feeds the #1 donation source for the Democrats, which is the Trial Lawyers Association. I don´t think this is a coincidence.
The Democrat Party that forced Obamacare into existence should be forced to pay all legal costs involved, as these cases are decided against the tyrants in DC.

Media and particularly cable news has never been as polarized as it is today. It’s also never been tilted more towards opinion and less toward objective reporting of hard news. As a result, trust in media has fallen to an all-time low. Reporters in particular are looked upon as dishonest brokers in the business, with Gallup showing only 20 percent of those polled finding journalists honest and ethical (that’s 65 percent lower than nurses, 50 percent lower than doctors and engineers). Solid investigative reporters are simply in short supply and demand. Why? Because with opinion programming so much cheaper to produce

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports.
