So Hillary could not have been effective as secretary of state because Zero hogtied her by appointing various ´special envoys´ to undercut her at every turn.
Finally, Rice was undercut by Val and Hillary, in my opinion. HIllary, because Susan Wrecked the Rice was an early supporter of the kenyan klown, and Val, because there is room for just one arrogant black woman in the white house. (Michelle aside, of course)
So if Zero appoints Jon Cary, that is the final thumb in the eye for America.

How about choosing someone who is COMPETENT at the job, no matter what gender or ethnicity.

How about choosing someone based on the color of their blood? Then there would have to be other qualities to take into account. CAVEAT: everyone´s blood is red

Rice got the job only because she is a woman. She proved to be incompetant and therefore needs to go. This is no a T-ball game where everyone gets a chance. Our country´s future is at stake and we are putting idiots in positions that will lead to the destruction of this country.

A true leader and a pertson with honor would take ownership of a situation and deal with it. I don´t see that with the government in DC. Whatever happened to "The buck stops here"
