| A U.S. congressman is complaining that the Pentagon has ignored his inquiries into whether the U.S. is helping facilitate the movement of arms from Libya to the Syrian opposition. (Snip) Sources told Fox News last week that the movement of arms from Libya to support Syrian fighters is well-known in Benghazi and began almost immediately after the fall of Muammar Qaddafi. Following a report in Britain´s Sunday Times that the Obama administration was facilitating that movement, State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland flatly denied the charge. "It was a false report," she said. Nuland later added: "We are providing nonlethal assistance.

Comments: What exactly is "nonlethal assistance?" Is that 0bama flipping the Big Bird at his "enemies" messing with his vacation and campaign planning.

No wonder Clinton needs a break; Training & arming our enemy Al Qaeda, is exhausting. She may also not want to respond to the mass raping of women in Egypt, post American/Arab Spring.

Our president eulogized Ambassador Stevens:
He died, Obama said, while helping to set up new culture center and hospital in Benghazi. http://turtlebay.foreignpolicy.com/posts/2012/09/25/obama_opens_with_eulogy_for_stevens
The eulogy was the first and last time I heard this explanation as to why Stevens was in Benghazi from the horse´s mouth. Where are all the glowing stories of how the ambassador was ´making a difference´ with the culture center and hospital?

Exactly #10. This is very dangerous stuff. Putin is not going to roll over in Syria. We are literally headed to another war, only this time it is the US vs. Russia/China. And, we have no George Pattons anymore. With Obama´s muslim background it is no surprise he is a tool for the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Benghazi cover-up was intended to prevent Obama’s Iran-Contra writ large.
Obama is funneling Libyan rebel (read Muslim Brotherhood) American made arms through Turkey into Syria to the Muslim Brotherhood rebels. Now, Assad is mixing the chemical weapons he hid at Saddam’s request, hiding them among his own inventory of WMD.
The cast of rascals in this whole sordid drama is multitudinous. Most unfortunately, Obama is an international doofus, and the master manipulators are veterans of years of Communist/Marxist ruthless guerilla politics.
And most unfortunately of all, America, the sole remaining superpower capable of refereeing this international skirmish, is governed by the Honey Boo Boo generation.

Shanghai & Hong Kong - China said it was mobilizing resources nationwide to combat a new strain of bird flu that has killed six people, as Japan and Hong Kong stepped up vigilance and the United States said it was closely monitoring the situation. All of the 14 reported infections from the H7N9 bird flu strain have been in eastern China and at least four of the six dead are in the financial hub of Shanghai, a city of 20 million people. The strain does not appear to be transmitted from human to human but authorities in Hong Kong raised a preliminary alert and said they were taking precautions at the airport.

Tokyo - Haruhiko Kuroda, the new governor of the Bank of Japan, delivered on his promise to drastically change Japan’s economic policy to end a long, debilitating era of deflation. The nation’s central bank announced on Thursday that it would double the amount of money in circulation and try to produce annual inflation of about 2 percent. The most rigorous study to date of how much it costs to care for Americans with dementia found that the financial burden is at least as high as that of heart disease or cancer, and is probably higher. And both the costs and the number of people with dementia will more than double within 30 years, skyrocketing at a rate that rarely occurs with a chronic disease. President Obama´s biggest gaffe yesterday when speaking of California Attorney General Kamala Harris was not in flirtatiously complimenting her as "the best-looking attorney general," but in introducing an observation from the system of beauty into a forum that was about the system of power. What´s that, you say? Irin Carmon does a great job in Salon in laying out the bounds of propriety for when it´s appropriate to talk about a woman´s looks as a general matter. But I´ve long felt we lack a solid theoretical underpinning for easily discussing these issues, and why precisely it is that

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank
