ESPN Boss: No More Tebow
Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by William Bigelow

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 12/11/2012 11:27:35 AM

The Word has come down from the ESPN president, and it isn’t the same Word that Tim Tebow lives by. This Word is: Cut back on Tebow coverage. ESPN president John Skipper has lowered the boom on reporters discussing Tebow. He feels that the Tebow phenomenon has a limited shelf life. After ESPN covered the New York Jets training camp and reported on Tebow, they kept focusing on Tebow, disturbing Skipper, who said: "I said, ´Guys, we didn´t handle this very well.´ Going to training camp wasn´t a problem. We just stayed on it relentlessly and too long."

Comments:
Isn´t it grand that leftists run the world because they make such wonderful decisions for the masses. You sure wouldn´t want to promote a wholesome young man in the NFL. s/o

Instead, glorify the ones who kill their girlfriends, or the ones that drug and booze and kill teammates while driving drunk. Anyone forget Tiger Woods and his vile behavior?
Remember, the blacks believe Obama is their Lord and Savior, so we can´t allow a white player to identify with Jesus, HIS Lord and Savior.

These sports "journalists" tend to latch on to one player/story and beat it into the ground. Where was this guy when you couldn´t turn on the TV or listen to sports radio and hear about TO, or, will Bret Favre retire/unretire? I have nothing against Tebow, in fact I admire him. This is more of an indictment of the media.

#4 the media´s obession (hate) for Tim Tebow has nothing to do with football. It has to do with the fact that he is an unapologetic, outspoken CHRISTIAN.

The last Redskins game I saw, RGIII did the full Tebow bow after a TD, then crossed himself (he´s Catholic) and then stretched his arm out full length and pointed at the sky. Can we now call it ´´Giving a Griffin´´ instead of ´´Taking a Tebow´´?

(For you PC types, ´´Redskins´´ is the name of a football team that honors Indians with a depiction of an Indian on their helmets. No one names a team after people they hate.)

I take exception to that remark, #6. Those of us in Florida DO think that Tebow is exceptional. He doesn´t have a chance to ANYTHING sitting on the bench. The sooner he gets the heck out of NY the better. I don´t know why they wanted him just to have him on the Bench. That said, I think it was very exceptional when Tebow spoke to 30,000 on Easter Sunday in Georgetown, Texas!

Why cover a second/third stringer on a bad team? Maybe the vcoverage shoul dbe on ChristianBroadcasting or some other network, but not a sports themed network.

RGIII is also unashamed of his religion. He is more of a traditional passer/qb who can run. Tebow is more of a running back who can kinda pass.

More details are emerging about what was presented at the "White Privilege Conference" held in Madison, Wisconsin, where tax money was spent to train teachers how to annihilate "white privilege" and "white supremacy" in American schools. One session insisted that whites can never be cured of their permanent racist attitudes. On March 30, Breitbart reported on the conference, now in its fifteenth year. Over these years, teachers have been told that whites have been pushing "white supremacy" on kids since the country was created, and that whites are so infused with racism that they aren´t even cognizant of their crimes.
