Progressive Media Fear Exclusion
at Second Obama Inauguration

Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by Warner Todd Huston

Original Article

Progressive journalists are worried that Barack Obama is going to cut them out from his second swearing-in ceremony. As Politico reports, rumors abound that this time ´round Obama is going to hold a private ceremony, one not open to the media. On Sunday, January 20, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts will perform the President´s swearing-in ceremony; then on Monday, Obama will hold his public inauguration where he will be sworn in a second time in a symbolic gesture. But Politico reports that some members of the inaugural committee have privately signaled to the press

He´s afraid of screwing up the oath and doesn´t want it on visual record. What other reason could there be for excluding the press?

I wonder if roberts will bow to him as he deigns to give the fraud his blessing. Roberts has a lot of baggage and not the good kind.

There WILL be a secret oath again, just like there was the first time, because Barack Hussein Obama is not his legal name. His name legally changed to Soetoro when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, and there is no record of it ever having been legally changed BACK to Obama.

My suspicion is that when Roberts was informed the first time around he refused to swear him in under an alias. However, there is nothing illegal about using an alias so long as you aren´t defrauding anyone out of money or property by doing it. Therefore, there is nothing illegal about having a public inaurguration ceremony using the alias in the "oath," and a separate oath-taking using the real legal name. It does not surprise me at all that Roberts would go along with that. The inauguration show is not his concern. Heck, LBJ was sworn in on an airplane.

Embarrassing? Sure. But it is not surprising that Obama would want to hide it. His entire family background is an embarrassment. Too bad he could not have just owned it. Too bad he still can´t.

Reply 5 - Posted by: trapper, 12/8/2012 12:30:19 PM     (No. 9055357)

And a second thought. This may not even be Obama´s fault. The only name we know is the one our parents told us. It is not uncommon for people to order their birth certificate for something like applying for a passport, and finding that their real legal name is not what they thought it was all their lives. His goofy mother and weird grandparents filled his head with all sorts of nonsense. A made up name could be just a part of it.

He doesn´t want the public to see that he´s crossing his fingers when he swears to uphold the Constitution.

Keeping the press out of the swearing-in ceremony makes perfect sense. Obama fears (and, I think, rightly so) that the placing of the royal crown and the raising of the royal scepter would not be a good photo-op.

Dear President Obama:

Please, please allow your good friends and supporters in the mainstream media to be present at your coron...strike that...swearing in ceremony on Sunday January 20, 2013. We promise not to tell anyone that you will use your real legal name, Soetoro, and will keep that secret as we have always done.

If the press were allowed at the ceremony, and Obama was sworn in on a Koran and refused to swear to support the Constitution the press would lie about it anyway to support him so what is he so afraid of.

A private swearing-in ceremony has been held by every President when Jan 20 fell on a Sunday and the public ceremony was held on Monday the 21st. There has to be a swearing-in on the 20th. The first to do this was James Madison and the last was Ronald Reagan, the last time the 20th was on a Sunday. So this is not unusual or anything just done by Obama.

His application for the BAR was available then (now scrubbed)..one of the questions was: Have you ever gone by an alias or other name. He checked NO. So, his registration to school in Indonesia, which shows him enrolled as Barry Soetero proves he lied on his application for the BAR!

Democratic Party officials believe that Kevin Strouse is exactly the kind of candidate who can help them retake the House next year. He’s a smart, young former Army Ranger — good qualities for any aspiring politician. But what party leaders really like is that Strouse doesn’t have particularly strong views on the country’s hottest issues. Immigration? Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

Carbon emissions in the US were at their lowest level in 2012 since 1994, according to figures released by the US Energy Information Administration. We did it without carbon trading scams, the EPA making carbon dioxide a poison, or obeying the dictates of the Kyoto climate Treaty. We did it partly because of decreased economic activity as a result of the Obama recovery-that-isn’t, but mostly because of good old fashioned market forces; competition between natural gas and coal: Energy-related carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in 2012 were the lowest in the United States since 1994

It is amazing just how wrong economists were in their predictions for the number of jobs that were to be created in March. The “consensus” figure was 200,000 — a far cry from the actual number created which was 88,000. Totally “unexpected,” as usual. In one way, you can’t blame them. After a better than average gain in February of 236,000 (revised upward this month to 268,000), along with some positive numbers in housing and consumer spending, there were no doubt many analysts who began breathing a sigh of relief and believing that the long-awaited jobs recovery was upon us.

The budget, to be released Wednesday, will fully incorporate the offer Obama made to House Speaker John A.
