Paterson – School officials said Thursday that they were investigating a complaint that a high school principal made an inappropriate announcement before Thanksgiving break. Superintendent Donnie Evans said the district´s lawyers were looking into a report that Amod Field, principal of operations at the John F. Kennedy Educational Complex, allegedly made inappropriate comments over the school´s public-address system.(Snip) In the recording, a man can be heard saying: "We must very, very, very, very understanding to our Native Americans, who lost and sacrificed because of the scalping that took place on Thanksgiving. They were invited to a dinner, and then

Comments:
"Minority" principal fans the flames against the hated white Pilgrims in a festive holiday announcement. Imagine allowing your children to be educated in such an environment. Then again, there are probably no white kids left to be victimized in Paterson, so "it´s all good."

Fine. Let´s take Thanksgiving Day (& the day after) off the district´s holiday calendar & let the youngsters spend the extra time brushing up on their math & English skills. Happy??

This sounds like the Howard Zinn (Communist) American History text which I was appalled to find out was taught in one of my grandchildren´s schools! Are any of this age´s teachers at all educated themselves?

If the allegations are true, then Amod Field, principal of operations at the John F. Kennedy Educational Complex, is a true idiot, and needs to be fired.

Perhaps send him back to a home school to learn the truth.

The "Principle of Operations" says, "There´s different variations in history," Field said. "My thing is about being informative to young people. … I stand for love and caring of people of all kinds."

This statement gives some insight to the speaking ability and intellect of this "educator."

Agree, #9. We worked hard to counter the indoctrination our children received in school (including the Howard Zinn textbook).

It worked--no one takes anything they´re told by the media or politicians at face value!

Lexington — Something is happening to Charles Ponzi’s former estate that never happened to the famous schemer’s house-of-cards investment business: it’s getting publicly listed. For the first time, the butter-colored stucco house with the slate roof and second-story balustrades, is going on the broader real estate market, available to anyone willing to take a run at the $3.3 million asking price. All previous sales have been private. One of the biggest selling points, of course, is Ponzi’s one-time ownership — although he occupied the property for only about six weeks in 1920 before he was arrested on charges
