It´s Time To Turn the Tables
on this Presidential Bully

Something is very wrong in the world when the most dogmatic and inflexible president in recent memory can make unreasonable demands of his GOP budget opponents and yet be confident they´ll be blamed for the impasse. It is past time Barack Obama be held accountable for his intentionally irresponsible fiscal policies that are guaranteed to take us into national bankruptcy. It is outrageous enough that he is steering us into insolvency, but it is unbearable that he´s fraudulently blaming the Republican Party for it to boot. This is not a close call, and reasonable people,

If only Boehner would listen. I´m not holding my breath.

What makes you think Boehner opposes the President? Look at his actions not his words.

First, Boehner won´t do it.

Second, the biased LSM will distort or not cover the message if he did. He is fighting two opponent groups, not one.

Politically, he should allow a bill to extend the Bush rates for those under $250K and implementing what NerØbama campaigned on to come to a vote, and have the Pubs vote "present" to deny the Dems political cover.

On principle, oppose any of the new demands that have been put on the table by Geithner.

For the country, block any more increases in the debt limit, any more quantitative easing by the Fed, and any more continuing resolutions. Force the Dems to come up with a balanced budget - right now. The spending cuts will follow.

If you´re going to be the bad guys, then just do it and fix the country.

It´ll never happen. We all know Boehner will cave.

Republicans need to redefine the cliff:

The House needs to pass a First-Quarter Budget with across-the-boars Spending Cuts and a lower Flat Tax now.

If the Senate and Obama fail to agree, they own the consequences.

Friend he OWNS the propaganda media, it does not make even a small difference what the Republicans do, they will be blamed for all of the incompetent administrations stupidity and errors. The media will play the "What if game" and the conservatives will always be wrong to them.

Someday we may get a honest media, but that is at least 2 or 3 decades away, because it will only happen after the current crop of liberal kool-aid drinker retire or die.
The media no longer understand the idea of integrity and so their credibility is not a factor in their decision process.

John21: The House needs to create its OWN media.

Republicans need to redefine the cliff with a Conservative Probationary Solution:
Quarterly Budgeting Hammer and Quarterly Debt Ceiling Anvil

The House needs to pass a First-Quarter Budget with across-the-board Spending Cuts and a lower Flat Tax now.

If the Senate and Obama fail to agree, they own the consequences.

They will have to cave either before or after going over the cliff of their own making.

Once it passes, repeat for Next-Quarter Budget with more Spending Cuts Nd reduced Capital Gains Tax to spur investment in Private Sector Jobs.

Repeat approach for Quarterly Debt Ceiling Increases to cover "Overspending", authorizing ONLY increases equal to the already-achieved 4-to1 Spending Reductions compared to prior-year spending for the same Quarter. The Federal Reserve can expand the Money Supply to cover the Overspending Balance.

Televise a Quarterly House Review of Obama´s Spending-Cut Performance, highlighting Waste, Fraud and Abuse (WFA) examples of why Spending Cuts need to continue as long as Obama fails to eliminate WFA.

Hold a 1-hour drama-filled Review of a different Department or Entity every single day during Prime Time as the Citizens´ Government Reality Show! Include video clips of Government Waste-in-Action. Give the head of each Department 30 seconds to answer each example.

I am so tired of reading posts that claim that if we give Obama everything he wants we won´t be blamed for the inevitable disaster. This all started as a knee jerk reaction to the election loss. Who believes that facts and logic will every penetrate the thick skull of Obama supporters such as the Obama phone woman. We will always get the blame when the population is so poorly educated and motivated by envy and jealousy. Obama has control of the mindless mob. Why not disrupt Obama plans completely by holding fast on the debt ceiling and force him to cut the handouts. This is the only lever left and it should be used.

Boehner has put himself into a lose-lose situation. He needs to go on national TV and state he will do nothing until the leader of the nation leads. If he goes along with tax hikes, no matter what the form, the TEA (taxed enough already) PARTY will make sure all who cave will have opposition in 2014. If this means the end of the party; so what? If the Republicans will not stand on principle they need to go.

You have to figure that Obama believes that he has the wimpy Republicans by the short hairs and is not about to let go.

The Republicans should not vote for any liberal Democrat tax boost that will serve up the liberal Democrats political cover and the ability to blame the Republicans when the liberal Democrat initiative itself goes off a fiscal cliff, and the liberal Democrats come back and claim that it is time to raise up middle class tax rates as they surely will.

Howard Dean already let the cat out of the bag. Taxes are going up on everybody and all those who were ready to gouge the "rich" will suffer. Obama wants to tax everybody and that is why he doubled up his demands after the election to send the nation over the cliff. Anyone who doesn´t understand this now never will. David Limbaugh is exactly right to demand accountibility for the odeous results of the dems´ statist policies which have been UNQUESTIONABLY harming the USA every which way since the 1960´s militants became tenured.

Boehner has been AWOL in action for four years!

Every year, the House has done its´ Constitutional duty and passed a spending bill, all spending must originate with the House.

Every year, Dirty Harry Reid has failed to allow those bills to even go to the floor of the Senate for a vote.

Every year, Boehner should have been going to every possible talk show to decry the do-nothing Senate that put us so "near the fiscal cliff" and failed to do its´ Constitutional duty and pass a budget bill.

That Boehner did not go to the media and complain about Reid and 0bama is a travesty, he should not be removing committee members, he should be removed from his leadership position.

Well-written by David Limbaugh.

As comments here have noted, Bamster owns the corrupt lying media.

"Going over the fiscal cliff" is for wimps.

Instead, simply no longer raise the debt ceiling.

The ensuing catastrophe will finish off Obama.
It cannot be spun.
The media ho´s will try...
But... Bamster spends too much.
No raising of debt ceiling... and...
Bamster cannot wildly spend...
He hits the wall as everything tanks.

Bamster will own the catastrophe at last.
It´s perfectly reasonable to simply not allow more borrowing... more deficit making..
more idiotic wild spending.

Put your feet down and let Bammy hit the wall.
He will not know what to do, trust me.

It cannot be spun. He overspent. Obvious.
The liars will no longer be able to cover for him.
We will have a catastrophe...
and Bamster will own it.
Just what he deserves.

They say the two happiest days of your life are...
the day you buy a boat...
and the day you sell it.

Bammy has made history...
Our first black radical nut job president...
and our last one, too.

I certainly agree that it is time to turn the tables. Unfortunately America does not have an organization that is capable of accomplishing that task. What we have is an opposing party that co-opts and kills off any group that threatens to become capable of turning the tables. As long as the GOP exists, the tables will stay right where they are.

On a politically focused trip aimed at revving up his base and raising cash, President Barack Obama on Wednesday urged supporters to help Democrats keep control of the U.S. Senate and declared this year to be his last campaign. Buoyed by good news over his signature healthcare program, Obama touted proposals to raise the minimum wage and spur job creation that have little chance of passage in Congress during a rally with students in Michigan. Later at a fundraiser in Chicago he underscored Democratic worries about their political vulnerabilities in the Senate and House of Representatives in November congressional elections.

A House committee will meet next week to consider whether to hold former IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress, Rep. Darrell Issa announced Thursday. The former IRS official has twice appeared before Congress, and twice invoked her Fifth Amendment right not to answer questions, regarding the IRS targeting scandal. But Republicans argue she waived that right -- and have scheduled a meeting of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on April 10 to weigh contempt. They say she played a key role in the agency´s practice of singling out conservative groups seeking non-profit status for extra scrutiny.

Millions of individuals who recently entrusted personal, medical, and financial information to the federal government while enrolling in Obamacare via Healthcare.gov may find a recent trend reported by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) rather unsettling. The former two-term governor of Florida speaks fluent Spanish, is a convert to Catholicism, and has high name recognition. Jeb could raise millions of dollars over night by just saying “yes” to running. Despite all this, there are strong reasons Republicans should say no to him. 1. His last name is poison. Let’s face it, if Jeb Bush had the last name of Something Else he would have already run for president in 2008 or 2012. According to a recent Washington Post/ABC News poll registered voters were asked if they would definitely NOT vote for Jeb Bush and 50 percent said they would not.
