Forty-seven hundred bucks per head for a Mexican dinner?

Any good Mexican restaurant could do it for less than ten dollars and probably better.

What in G-d´s name were they serving? White truffle tacos? Somebody must be getting a kick-back here.

Health food kick? Trust me. There is no health food anywhere near the state dinner extravaganzas she throws. It is all for show, can´t be too lavish. And an arriviste like her is fair game for celebrity foodies like Rick Bayless, who was the visiting food guru for this one.

The idea of taxpayers putting their hard-earned money out for the likes of Andrew Sullivan and his husband is sickening.

Shame on all of you. Michelle had to spend this $1.5 million to avoid having it go to hopeless shelters where such rich food would only cause obesity. If the needy are to ever be active in her Let´s Move campaign, they cannot eat like diplomats.

Michelle directed a $17 million stimulus grant to Oregon State Univ to ensure that her brother would not lose his job as basketball coach. OSU was surprised by the grant. Taxpayers were not. She also took her brother and his kids on her South Africa party. Upon returning to Andrew AFB, she has an AF 757 fly Greg and his kids back to Oregon.

Neither Obama nor the Mooch have an ounce of shame.

On Fox News Sunday, political analyst Brit Hume said that Eric Holder’s claim that his treatment at the hands of Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) at a House hearing this week was unprecedented toward an Attorney General, made him a “crybaby,” and that he and President Barack Obama had in fact benefited “enormously” from being the first African Americans in their respective positions. “This strikes me as kinda crybaby stuff from Holder,” Hume said. “My sense about this is both Eric Holder and Barack Obama have benefited politically enormously from the fact that they are African American and the first to

AUGUSTA, Ga.— Bubba Watson has won the Masters for the second time in three years. Watson claimed another green jacket by shooting a 3-under 69 in the final round Sunday, fending off Jordan Spieth’s bid to become the youngest major champion since 1931. The 20-year-old Texan led by two shots heading to the eighth hole, but the tournament changed suddenly. Watson made two straight birdies, Spieth took back-to-back bogeys — and just like that, Watson was up by two strokes at the turn. The left-hander led the rest of the way, adding to the 2012 title he won in more

The platform, with few changes, was adopted overwhelmingly as the Las Vegas convention stretched late into the evening. The vote mirrors that of the Clark County GOP, which voted earlier to remove platform language defining marriage as between a man and a woman and statements opposing abortion.
