In a sick way, this is a good thing. Because you can tell in this video that they are so so so very on the edge of finally blurting out who they really are - socialists. This anti-American hate-the-rich filth is right out of the Vladimir Lenin playbook. Perhaps Dear Leader´s reelection is emboldening more and more Democrats to come out of the "progressive" closet and admit their undying fealty to Marx´s imagine-no-possessions totalitarian dream. The socialist admission, when it comes, should be welcomed by us. When I was growing up I admired most of my teachers. Now I have the same contempt for them as I have for Ed Asner.
At one time actors were at the bottom of the social ladder. Most of them should still be there.

The cartoon looks like something out of the 1930s Progressive Movement. The "evil rich" character looks like the Monopoly Man - a stereotype from the Gilded Age even further back. It´s frightening and ridiculous that something like this would work on anyone´s minds, even those of new twenty-something year old teachers.

Makes my blood boil when I think about all the money the CTA/NEA CONFISCATED from my paychecks all those years to fund this garbage that is so contrary to my beliefs.
Each day it is becoming more difficult to have any shred of optimism for the future of our once great nation.
Used to be that everyone aspired to become "rich" in America. Now, our leadership has put a limit of $250K on the average worker! I´ll never earn $250K, but I´m certainly not jealous of anyone who is able to earn an honest living AN pass it on to their loved ones.

White House officials have decided to go ahead with annual garden tours this year despite sequester cuts, an official familiar with the decision tells POLITICO. Tours of the White House itself remained canceled because the cuts have left Secret Service short on manpower to staff them. Arizona Gov. Janice Brewer has signed a law providing strong new restrictions on the use of so-called "seclusion rooms" in schools – closet-sized rooms where children with behavioral disabilities such as autism were being locked up as punishment. "It is chilling to imagine an Arizona school child being shut away in a padded room, no larger than a closet, for hours on end," Brewer said after signing the law Friday. "There has to be a better way." With the new law, Arizona will join more than 30 other states that impose rules on the restraint of students in public schools.

WASHINGTON— Virgin America did the best job for its customers among leading U.S. airlines last year, a report said Monday, as carriers overall had their second best performance in the more than the two decades since researchers began measuring quality of service. The U.S. Senate has confirmed Mary Jo White´s nomination as chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, clearing the way for her to become the first former prosecutor to lead the agency that oversees Wall Street. White was swiftly approved Monday by a voice vote in the Senate. President Barack Obama nominated White for the job. She was the U.S. attorney in Manhattan from 1993 through 2002. She said in her confirmation hearing that she would aggressively pursue enforcement and hold individuals accountable for misconduct.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. North Korea’s young leader Kim Jong-un is waiting for United States President Barack Obama to make a phone call to Pyongyang to discuss easing tensions on the Korean peninsula, according to Russia’s news agency Itar-Tass.
