#1: he is NOT a kiddie diddler. He was never charged as such and he´s given a lot to the prevention of such things.
However, I´m not sure he should have grasped the "neocon" mantle since the leftist media has taken to changing its meaning whenever they want to bash someone ... usually someone Jewish.

I saw Daltrey on Top Gear (the original British version, not that piece-of-carp American knock-off) and he sounded very sensible. Made me wonder at the time if he´s conservative...Jeremy and James are, and I think Richard probably is somewhat.

Pete Townshend would be an excellent choice for the British to designate as their next Ambassador to the U.S. if Obama goes ahead with his plans to make a complete mockery of America´s special relationship with Britain by choosing Anna Wintour as our Ambassador to the Court of St. James´s.

I may not be the only L-Dotter who is a huge Who fan, but I am gratified to hear this. I thought I heard the strains of "Won´t Get Fooled Again" during the 2012 election cycle...
The Who [with the exception of the late Keith Moon and John Entwhistle] have lived to see the change in England from socialism to privatisiation under Maggie Thatcher. I think they are smart enough to see where their bread is buttered.

BOISE, Idaho — Authorities in eastern Idaho are investigating the shooting deaths of two men and a woman whose bodies were found in a home that contained a marijuana grow operation. The deaths took place sometime between Thursday afternoon and evening by someone who had some type of relationship with the victims, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said. The bodies were discovered Friday outside Holbrook, a town of about 400 people just north of the Idaho-Utah state line. Authorities said a 2-month-old was found under the arm of one of the victims — 27-year-old Yavette Chivon Carter.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs.
