| FORT WORTH, Texas— A military judge has been thrown off the Fort Hood deadly shooting case after an appeals court found that his treatment of the suspect, including an order to have the man forcibly shaved, indicated a lack of impartiality. It was not immediately clear what impact the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruling Monday would have on the long-delayed military trial of Maj. Nidal Hasan. Hasan´s situation drag on year after year? Does the "Administration" really wish to try him for multiple murders?
It is fascinating in that the people who call themselves "government" say they are against "terrorism", but when a real-life terrorist-murderer shows up they are like little children fumbling with the matter. What are the People to think?

PC run amok...no proper judge would allow the ´suspects lawyers´ to manipulate the legal system as this group has. Hasan needs to immediately be shaven, Army Regulations, or given a Dishonerable Discharge for disobeying a direct order. The next minute the trial should begin, and after hearing from witnesses he should be hanged by the neck until he is dead!
This should all happen in 1 week.

The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.
