ABC’s Cokie Roberts Urges
‘Cut the Knees Out from
Under’ Norquist: ‘Emperor Has No Clothes’

Newsbusters, by Brent Baker

Original Article

Posted By:mikeyt64, 12/3/2012 1:46:45 PM

In a colorful demonstration of the Washington press corps’ disdain for Grover Norquist and his anti-tax pledge, on Sunday’s This Week, a flustered ABC News/NPR veteran Cokie Roberts blurted out: “It’s...politically smart to cut the knees out from under Grover Norquist. I mean this guy is, you know, who is he? He’s an unelected lobbyist.”

Comments:
Anyone who thinks these attacks on conservatives are random is kidding themsleves. This is right out of Alynskys book. They have been separating us from the herd and killing us off one by one. Scary stuff really.

"Cokie´s" full name is Mary Martha Corinne Morrison Claiborne Roberts. Before she was married her name was Mary Martha Corinne Morrison Claiborne Boggs.

If you lived in Louisiana you would know all those names from Democrat Louisiana politics. Her mother, "Lindy" Boggs was, before her marriage, Marie Corinne Morrison Claiborne. Lindy´s late husband was U.S. Senator Hale Boggs, killed in a plane crash in Alaska. Lindy was appointed to his seat and, well, search on Lindy Boggs and see.

Morrison comes most recently from Cokie´s cousin, the late DeLesseps Story "Toni" Morrison, Jr., a former Louisiana State Representative, whose father was once Mayor and whose Great-Uncle (?) Sidney Story was responsible for Storyville. Claiborne was, I think, Louisiana´s first governor.

Close enough, anyway, for you to gather that Cokie also appears to be an unpaid lobbyist.

If you expect part of a lottery winner’s fortune because you’ve already shared a long personal and business relationship, always remember: Get it in writing. That was the reluctant decision of a state judge Friday, who cited state law in refusing to freeze the assets of Pedro Quezada, the Clifton man who won the $338-million Powerball jackpot last spring, pending the outcome of a trial to determine if his former live-in girlfriend is entitled to a share of the winnings. MARIETTA, Ga. — An 18-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a baby in a stroller during a robbery attempt in coastal Georgia twice counted down from five and threatened the baby before the deadly shot, his teenage co-defendant testified Thursday. Dominique Lang took the stand at the murder trial of De’Marquise Elkins, who is accused of shooting 13-month-old Antonio Santiago on March 21. Police say the 15-year-old Lang was an accomplice, and he is also charged with murder and will be tried at a later date.
