To answer my own question, (2nd post apologies) the stock tanked at 25 early on in the zero first term. It has now nearly doubled. And when Zero announces approval of the pipeline, it will double again, in my opinion.
So the timing of her purchase of the stock is critically important.

The lakerman is right: The fact that she owns this stock is an indication that a bunch of insiders are looking to make a huge profit once Obama makes an announcement. Shanghai & Hong Kong - China said it was mobilizing resources nationwide to combat a new strain of bird flu that has killed six people, as Japan and Hong Kong stepped up vigilance and the United States said it was closely monitoring the situation. All of the 14 reported infections from the H7N9 bird flu strain have been in eastern China and at least four of the six dead are in the financial hub of Shanghai, a city of 20 million people. Denver - A psychiatrist who treated James Holmes told campus police a month before the Colorado theater attack that Holmes had homicidal thoughts and was a danger to the public, according to documents released Thursday.
