Overlooked in all the reporting is Rice´s efforts ro cover up the Rwanda genocide during the Clinton administration.He was taking a lot of heat for not making some effort to stop what was going on.Over a million people were killed in ninety one days. That´s when she earned her first stripes as a cover up specialist.Seems to be all she is good for.
