Yes, there´ll be a good number of people who are thankful and appreciative of our military and their families--but they don´t need Moochelle Antoinette´s directive to think about them at Christmas. Living near Charleston AFB and Navy facilities, I think of their sacrifices every time I see a uniform or see a brave man with scars from shrapnel in his back at the therapy pool. Most of us out here will have far different thoughts in our heads as we "sit around our trees and our tables," slowly chewing our meager meals this Christmas and contemplating the chasms to negotiate before we fall off that financial cliff and think about losing a hell of a lot of what we have.
