Everyone, check out the photo which was released by the White House. I was stunned at how tacky and poorly-decorated the Oval Office appeared! The super casual dull brown couch looks like something you put in a kids´ rumpus room. Is it just me.. I can´t remember the Oval Offce looking like that!

The photo in the Oval Office shows a dominant Romney looking presidential and Barry looking like his usual slouchy self.
What should have been ..except for a lousy 320,000 votes in the Battleground States.

This was clearly Barry using the lunch to show how bipartisan he is compared to

Why Mitt even accepted is beyond me. It´s all blue smoke and mirrors, and Romney knows it. There may have been some Congressional strategy behind it, maybe Paul Ryan convinced him--who knows.

Perhaps seeing the New Apostle, it will convince him and Ann to accept a long Mormon mission--outside the country. In all honesty, the mission I´d give him is to head up a multi-organization, wholly private effort to organize relief and rebuilding efforts post-Sandy, as the ARC has made a botch of it.

Romney looks like the president. Obie, a visitor from some other planet. And so cool, with his left hand in his pocket. Taking inventory? ("Are they still there?")

Mr. Romney was used by BHO to make BHO look bipartisan, flexible, and gracious within the context of the Fiscal Cliff. It´s the Republicans that are the ones being partisan and inflexible don´t ya know.

Wonder how many showers Governor Romney took after his obligatory call on the prez as dictated by his own good manners and the fact that he planned to be a uniter.

If I were him I would get out of Dodge quickly and where I would be unavailable for future meetings. He can´t really help much and can give photo ops for the Alinsky expert campaigner in Chief.

American Samoa would be my choice if I were him. He can afford to fly in the grandkids.

A race well won, a fight worth taking to the people but the illiterates overcame and trying to help obama govern to the right fiscally would be to be used and abused and wasted time.

I was hoping Governor Romney would exit back into the corporate world and make companies that pay their employees wages like Henry Ford did. obama used the word revenge in telling folks to vote for him as revenge on the rich?

Well the Obe probably had a hard time choking down whatever Romney had to say about bailing the duffus out.That was the real reason he was invited --Obe can´t cut it and needs a new blame target.

Mr. Romney should take a lesson from Mr. Churchill. He should state boldly and publicly that we are walking toward certain self-destruction, state that he refuses to participate in that self-destruction, and go to Italy and paint for a year or two.

That way he makes a clear distinction between himself and failure. When people begin to recognize the folly, he will stand as a symbol of everything that is not Obama.

That is not nice decor. Everything seems jumbled together by someone with a taste deficit. The wallpaper is beyond brutal.

As for the meeting, it would have been nicer if Obama was showing Romney around the place in preparation for the latter´s transition into the Presidency. Not to be, unfortunately.

Why did Romney go? It is useless to demonstrate class to people totally lacking in taste and manners. Lipstick on pig?

A few weeks ago, BHO said he was thinkin´ ´bout a Secretary of Business to set a good recovery plan for the folks.
Let´s hope that if his idea is to bestow that title on Mitt, that Romney told him sweetly where to cram his idea. Nothing like trying to set up a GOP fall guy, to take the direct hit when the inevitable financial disaster happens.
