What...poor countries don´t have climate of their own currently? Are we making believe now that funneling money into Al Gore´s imaginary crisis will somehow lift the world´s poor out of poverty? Do EU airline carbon taxes translate out to HIV treatment in Africa? Will the rest of the world´s coal be put in a museum now?
This promises to be the primary farce of the new millennium - imaginary altruism based on non-rising temperatures. One almost wonders how they coped with all that armour in the Medieval warming times...

What a farce. They are going to bring up Sandy as if there had never been hurricanes before. Hurricanes have been scouring our planet for years. Camille (1969) wiped out a part of the Gulf Coast with 190 mph winds and Galveston was wiped clean in 1900. That one killed over 6,000 people.
What these ´elite´ fools really want are power or money because with one you can get the other.

Most climate scientists think that we are in an interglacial period, where the southern part of the northern ice cap will be in Georgia, and NYC will be under 3000 feet of moving ice.
Personally, I´d be turning UP the heat, until we can find out how to control climate on a planetary time. I´d suspect that we´d need all the time we can get.

BOISE, Idaho — Authorities in eastern Idaho are investigating the shooting deaths of two men and a woman whose bodies were found in a home that contained a marijuana grow operation. The deaths took place sometime between Thursday afternoon and evening by someone who had some type of relationship with the victims, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said. The bodies were discovered Friday outside Holbrook, a town of about 400 people just north of the Idaho-Utah state line. Authorities said a 2-month-old was found under the arm of one of the victims — 27-year-old Yavette Chivon Carter.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise.
