And her doctoral dissertation was on Zimbabwe politics and reform. That interests me, because as I noted earlier, someone trying to put one over on one´s dissertation committee tends to pick an obscure topic, usually unfamiliar to one´s committee members.

I am beginning to believe what OP suggests. That she will continue to be treated roughly (without Obie´s intervention) so that Kerry as SoS would seem to be a relief. That may account too for the absurd suggestion floated that Kerry would be nominated for SoD.

#7, we had a power surge here in the Erie, Pa area a few days ago, and it killed my lucianne account. Don´t ask me to explain how that happened, but it did. I had to reapply, and since the old name would not work any more, I selected Dr.Lakerman, since other variations of lakerman seemed to have been taken.
My comments on academic matters (as in the case of Rice) are almost always correct. I spent most of my civilian life in the academic world, and I can spot a hustler pretty quickly. And in the areas of foreign policy/international relations, the people who work in that area are mostly shoveling smoke. That makes it relatively easy to sneak through the credentialing process.

A vulgar woman, either corrupt or dim-witted, from what I´ve seen...

Rice is a female version of Obama.She might be academically or book smart but that doesn´t mean she has an ounce of sense or really cares about American interests.Aside from the Benghazi bungle,she´s very pro muslim and that would skew her view on Israel.That´s the biggest hot spot in the world right now.

What I do believe is that people in the Administration above her knew her talking points were a lie when they sent her out in front of the mediaand I´m pretty certain she knew it too.
