Is The Obama EPA Running
Its Own Black-Ops Program?

Investors Business Daily, by Editorial

Clandestine Government: During his first full day in the White House, Barack Obama promised he´d brought with him "a new era of open government." Yet again, we have a promise that hasn´t been kept. Among the administration´s many violations of public trust to recently become public is the Environmental Protection Agency´s apparent attempt to keep some of its correspondence hidden from the light of day through the use of aliases. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, for instance, has reportedly used the name "Richard Windsor" to cover her tracks in private emails.

Lisa Jackson/Richard Windsor is a public servant. She serves at my pleasure. She works for me.....and every other legal citizen of the United States of America.

What official business of the EPA could she possibly conduct.....which requires an alias?

The arrogance and indifference towards the citizenry knows no limits within this Administration.

Just when we thought the "carbon tax" was off the table, we get this piece of cheerful news.

This is the most underhanded administration we´ve ever had to endure. It will be interesting to see what comes of the suit and of the attempts to ferret out the Windsor emails.

Maybe the FBI should lend a hand, since they have had such relevant recent practice in the Petraeus-Broadwell-Kelley case.

How do we know that urkel has not already written an executive order that totally negates what #1 said? i.e.that Lisa Jackson/Richard Windsor no longer works for us, but now only for the TOTUS and answers only to him and John Q. Public just doesn´t know it yet? This pResident has been quite fond fo EOs and has been very busy writing staggering numbers of them.

Well the answer is simple in this case: The administration doesn´t want any paper trails that indicate their diabolical scheme to drive more American businesses out of business. They got a clue from the emails that were revealed, about the behind the scenes rigging of data, for the global warming issue and decided they didn´t want to be "victims" also. The EPA admin no doubt has conversations about not what is best for the US from an environment standpoint but what they can do from standpoint of crippling business under the guise of environmental protections.

There will be no resolution on this-Obama will keep thumbing his nose at the public. They have it all wired their way. We might as well have Russians running the USA.

Don´t think for a minute this is limited to this dept. It´s probably widespread: State Dept probably does it to mask their conspiracy to promote Muslim Brotherhood/Sharia law, undermine Israel, etc etc.

It still amazes me how "non-existent" the Republican House is. They have done nothing in the past 2 years to slow this train wreck. Now they want to take a "wait and see" attitude. Having a majority in the House should give them some clout but the leadership seems afraid to use it.
Maybe the Tea Party should get out of the Republican Party and start their own party. Now would be the time. We have 2 years to ramp up for the next election.

This government has not even started yet and barry has hundreds of enemies that did not support his reelection to seek "revenge" upon. Remember the line from Judge Dredd, "I am da law!" And it has been the greatest ever because it was founded on godly principles by men who lived, themselves, by those principles to one degree or another. Principled men and women. People who recognized that their places were under the headship and authority of God. God help America.

Add to this a Congress unwilling to support America and the first principles that made us great. Hillary Clinton and her friends in the media have been testing messages for her expected presidential campaign. The case for her will be built on four pillars: that allegations of her corruption are unfair; that she is highly accomplished; that she is above partisanship; and that she is a woman. The first three are dubious and the fourth will matter less than you may think. Do you remember Webb Hubbell, the McDougals, the missing Rose Law firm billing records, Travelgate, or Hillary’s surprise acumen at high-risk commodities trading? Super PACs and other groups will remind voters of all of these case

Advice to Democrats: Don´t say ´recovery´

WASHINGTON - Election-year memo to Democratic candidates: Don´t talk about the economic recovery. It´s a political loser. So say Democratic strategists in a blunt declaration that such talk skips over "how much trouble people are in, and doesn´t convince them that policymakers really understand or are even focusing on the problems they continue to face." In addition, Stan Greenberg, James Carville and others wrote that in head-to-head polling tests the mere mention of the word "recovery" is trumped by a Republican assertion that the Obama administration has had six years to get the economy moving and its policies haven´t worked. President Obama has warned that Iran is not open for business, even as the United States has loosened some of its punishing economic sanctions as part of an interim nuclear pact. Yet, on Tuesday morning, Iran had an unlikely visitor: a plane, owned by the Bank of Utah, a community bank in Ogden that has 13 branches throughout the state. Bearing a small American flag on its tail, the aircraft was parked in a highly visible section of Mehrabad Airport in Tehran. But from there, the story surrounding the plane, and why it was in Iran — where all but a few

Saying they can no longer ignore the rising prices of health care, some of the most influential medical groups in the nation are recommending that doctors weigh the costs, not just the effectiveness of treatments, as they make decisions about patient care. The shift, little noticed outside the medical establishment but already controversial inside it, suggests that doctors are starting to redefine their roles, from being concerned exclusively about individual patients to exerting influence on how health care dollars are spent. “We understand that we doctors should be and are stewards of the larger society as well as of the patient in

Hillary Clinton may end up deciding she wants to spend the 935 days until election 2016 making corporate speeches and spoiling her grandchild. Recent events have exposed weaknesses in Clinton’s supposedly impregnable armor, gaps through which a Democratic or Republican challenger could damage, perhaps even defeat her. President Barack Obama used his Thursday press conference to diagnose Republicans as fear-mongering, spiteful, obstinate, petulant and obstructive, as he again declared mission-accomplished in his effort to put the nation’s health-care under government control. “I recognize that their party is going through the stages of grief — anger and denial and all that stuff — and we’re not at acceptance yet,” Obama told reporters, where he announced that his Obamacare network had claimed 8 million subscribers. The captain appeared on Korean television today, his face covered by a gray hoodie. “I am really sorry and deeply ashamed,” he said, as he was being questioned at the Mokpo Coast Guard Office. President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent.
