PHNOM PENH, Cambodia- President Barack Obama is sending Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to the Middle East in hopes that she can help mediate an end to bloody conflict in the region. A deputy White House national security adviser says Clinton will depart Tuesday from Cambodia, where she had accompanied Obama on a visit to Southeast Asia. Clinton will begin her Mideast diplomacy by meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem. She also will meet with Palestinian officials in Ramallah before heading to Cairo to meet with leaders in Egypt.

Yeah, that´s the ticket. Send Mrs.Clinton. I am sure she can handle this assignment as well as she handled the lack of security in Banghazi. A Republican SOS would have already been fired and be facing criminal charges. Does everyone get an Out Of Jail Free card when they register as a democrat or are they just reserved for the truly elite.

Notice that every time a crisis or incident occurs President Obama always delegates an individual to handle whatever has happened.

Then if that individual is shown by the liberal media to have succeeded, reality aside, Obama will then take credit, but if the individual cannot be shown to have succeeded, under the bus he or she goes.

So Obama sends one on the Arab (terrorist) best friend to tell Israel to just let their people die instead of defending themselves.
I like the idea already expressed that they should bulldoze Gaza to the bedrock and then declare it a free fire zone. Shoot anything that moves in it.
The Arabs cause their own problems; they let the wackjobs shoot rockets at the Israelis any do nothing to stop them and then act surprise when the IDF blows it up.

You just can’t fix stupid, you just need to eliminate it

She won´t be there to "mediate" anything, her mission is to demand of Israel that they stop the self defense measures because hamas is running scared. Barry promised to side with the muslims in any conflict but he has proven himself impotent in that job also. This mission has the makings of a huge failure for the 0bama administration but then, what else is new?

It´s real simple. It took a few days, but Hillary will tell Bibi that new arms supplies and parts which come from the US will not be forthcoming unless Israel conforms with a US-brokered ´peace.´ The Muslims will get billions in aid. End story.

I sincerely hope that the IDF has plenty of supplies put aside, that they can get parts/ammo through other channels and Bibi tells Hillary to go count every grain of sand in the Negev.

This time the Israelis have the upper hand because Hamas is stunned that they wasted most of the missiles and rockets.

The vast majority of Americans must have the IQ of 80 or below. Every time the US has any sort of majory emergency or calamity dometically or world wide, BO, MO SOS, DOD and numerous unelected and elected decision-making people are out-of-WDC, out of the country or on recess. Does anyone in the federal government who is paid by tax payers actually do any work in the US, other than engage in personal and privately profitable dalliances, with women, men, taxes, gifts, jaunts and junkets?

Why even have a government? Or bother paying taxes? All these grifters do is enjoy lavish vacays, expensive wine and dine, high-price whores, 2nd and 3rd homes in Newport, Bahamas and Zurich, no questions asked for kids and grankids into elite private colleges with 2.0 GPAs, and unbridled inside trader information in market manipulation and massive investor return.

We have lost for some time the "government of the people, for the people and by the people". The adage should be the government takes from the people for the government and by the government.

Regardless of party, who should ever care anymore what they do. They will fleece us blind and spend however they want.

Frankly stop voting, stop working (then you do not have to pay taxes), let your house go into foreclosure and live there for five to eight years without paying anything other than utilities, go on food stamps, get a free phone and minutes, place on any application for any job or school that you are black and get a housing allowance. Let this benevolent government pay for everything. ´Bout time the producers start taking back, rather than giving back.

The PIAPS is a bigger joke than most being in this position. Bibi is a gentleman and will listen to her but will ultimately do want needs to be done to defend Israel. Abbas is scum and will treat her with all of the respect do a camel flea. This will also keep Hillarious out of the country so that they can come up with story # 5(or is it 6? It´s hard to keep track.) for Benghazi-gate. Is the Huma Weiner going with? Or are they going to send Susan Rice the incompetent with her? LONDON— With support growing for independence just months before Scots decide whether to break up with Britain, outsiders are weighing in with impassioned calls to keep the three-century-old union together. British officials from across the political spectrum, European Union leaders, corporate executives and retired military commanders have made their cases. Even David Bowie registered a plea for Scotland to “stay with us.” But there has been conspicuous silence from one major player with a lot to lose if Scotland secedes: the United States. A vote for independence would dismember Washington’s closest and most important ally, leaving behind a not-so-great Britain at

WEST SHOKAN, N.Y.— IF my mother had been aware enough to know what we were spending on her care, she would have been aghast. She’d always been frugal. Jordan Spieth already has proven to be a quick study. A PGA Tour winner before he even had a card. The youngest American to play in the Presidents Cup. And in his first appearance at the Masters, the 20-year-old Texan looks like he´s been playing here most of his life. Spieth joined the mix at the Masters on Friday with an 8-foot eagle putt on the par-5 15th, and a shot that settled within tap-in range for birdie on the 18th hole. That gave him a 2-under 70 and left him only four shots behind going into the weekend. Is

NEW YORK— Video phone calls? Yeah, we do that. Asking computers for information? Sure, several times a day. Colonies on the moon and jet packs as a mode of everyday transportation. OK, maybe not. The New York World´s Fair of 1964 introduced 51 million visitors to a range of technological innovations and predictions, some that turned out to be right on the money and others that, perhaps thankfully, were way off the mark. At the Bell System pavilion, engineers touted a "picturephone" that allowed callers to see who they were talking to, a concept that lives on in modern-day apps

Speaking at Al Sharpton´s National Action Network convention on Friday in New York City, President Barack Obama revealed that he believes voter fraud does not exist, everyone who wants to should be able to vote, even if they cannot provide identifying documentation, and Republicans are plotting to take the franchise away from minorities. Obama, who hails from a city known for the Daley Machine and its "vote early and vote often" slogan, ripped Republicans for trying to preserve the integrity of the ballot by reducing voter fraud and requiring voter IDs. He made the accusation that there is a "well-organized

A flock of potential 2016 Republican presidential candidates will converge on New Hampshire this weekend for a number of public and private events. The possible contenders will begin to lay political foundations in the first-in-the-nation primary state or expand their pre-existing networks. The marquee event will be the Freedom Summit in Manchester, N.H., sponsored by the prominent conservative third-party groups Americans for Prosperity and Citizens United. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, a 2008 candidate for president who is weighing another go, will speak, as will Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., who Real Clear Politics reported is toying with the idea of

Many Americans have been watching with great consternation the ongoing struggle between the Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Marshals against Cliven Bundy and his family. There are no signs of either side relinquishing their position. Many onlookers have been informed that this dispute is over protecting the desert tortoise. But it is nothing of the sort. In fact, the reality of the dispute goes far underneath what is being talked about. The more appropriate source of the dispute is ground water as well as surface water -- this is a war over water. Cliven Bundy and his

The son of the Nevada rancher locked in an increasingly tense land dispute with the federal government, says their cowboys managed to break a blockade and retrieve around 30 head of cattle. Federal agents swooped on Tuesday after Cliven Bundy, dubbed the last remaining rancher in southern Nevada, refused to remove his herd of 900 cows from land he claims has been in his family since 1870. The heavily-armed federal agents, equipped with eight helicopters and backed-up by snipers, surrounded the Bundy ranch after the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) attained a federal court order to confiscate the family´s herd. Hillary Clinton was the planned keynote speaker at the 17th Annual Western Healthcare Leadership Academy in San Diego on April 11 - but she´s cancelled her visit in the midst of planned protests from San Diego locals and military families. Protestors organized by "The Difference Matters" do not want the former U.S. Secretary of State to come because of Clinton´s role in the Benghazi scandal. "She is not welcome here in San Diego by so many of us. We don´t want her here," said Jan Iverson, a local mother and protestor. (Snip) Clinton´s office says she changed plans because of

Following the massacre of grammar-school children in Newtown, Conn., in December 2012, high-powered weapons have been used to kill innocent victims in more senseless public incidents. Those killings, however, are only a fragment of the total harm caused by the misuse of firearms. Each year, more than 30,000 people die in the United States in firearm-related incidents. Many of those deaths involve handguns. The adoption of rules that will lessen the number of those incidents should be a matter of primary concern to both federal and state legislators. Legislatures are in a far better position than judges to assess the

A Nevada cattle rancher appears to have won his week-long battle with the federal government over a controversial cattle roundup that had led to the arrest of several protesters. Cliven Bundy went head to head with the Bureau of Land Management over the removal of hundreds of his cattle from federal land, where the government said they were grazing illegally. Bundy claims his herd of roughly 900 cattle have grazed on the land along the riverbed near Bunkerville, 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, since 1870 and threatened a "range war" against the BLM on the Bundy Ranch website after one of

Who throws a shoe? Honestly! That would be 36-year-old Alison Ernst of Phoenix, Arizona, who was charged Thursday night with disorderly conduct by the Las Vegas Police Department after allegedly throwing a shoe at former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. According to NBC News, who spoke with a Secret Service official, the U.S. Attorney’s office has declined federal prosecution. Ernst was wearing shoes on Thursday night when she attended a speech Clinton was giving in Las Vegas, but apparently brought an extra one specifically to throw at the former secretary of state. The official said the incident appeared to be “premeditated.”

Recently elected Democratic Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe is warning that global warming could raise sea levels high enough to flood the Hampton Roads region, home to the world´s largest naval base, without immediate and “smart decisions.” Addressing an environmental summit this week at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., McAuliffe embraced climate change, blamed humans for causing it, and said action is needed now to protect Virginia´s coast from rising ocean levels that will result from global warming. “The first big decision of course is to accept that climate change is real,” he told the group. “I happen to believe in

President Obama stood Friday with the Rev. Al Sharpton and accused Republicans of trying to keep millions of Americans from voting, in a fiery speech days after new revelations about Sharpton’s past as an FBI informant. “The right to vote is threatened today in a way that it has not been since the Voting Rights Act became law nearly five decades ago,” Obama told the annual convention of Sharpton’s National Action Network in Manhattan. Obama’s appearance represented a presidential seal of approval of Sharpton’s role as a civil rights activist, amid the new revelations about how Sharpton used a wire to record

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) is now accusing the Keystone pipeline of being a cancer risk. Her first point was that the pipeline “will bring 830,000 barrels of dirty tar sands oil into our nation every day.” She then segued to point #2 by asserting that the heavy tar sands oil will put people who live near refineries at risk for cancer: Significantly higher levels of dangerous air pollutants and carcinogens have been documented downwind from tar sands refineries, and in these areas people are suffering higher rates of the types of cancers linked to these toxic chemicals, including leukemia and

As President Obama spoke of old "wounds” at Fort Hood this week, the White House declined a request from a survivor of the 2009 massacre there to meet with Obama for a few minutes so the veteran could explain face-to-face how he believes the government has mistreated and disrespected the victims of that attack. STAMFORD, Conn. — Jeb Bush defended his controversial comments about immigration reform, insisting they were nothing new for him and urging “sensitivity to the immigrant experience.” At a Connecticut Republican party dinner Thursday night, the former Republican governor of Florida did not repeat his remarks from last weekend at his father’s presidential library, when he said that people who come to the United States illegally in search of a better life for their children “broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love.” This time the potential 2016 candidate put it differently. “To be young and

Coming clearly through the throbbing of helicopters and the roar of the SUVS of the feds harassing the Cliven Bundy Ranch, patriots there for Bundy should “tell it to the judge”. There is mainstream media-suppressed case history in Nevada the feds are desperately trying to keep under wraps. Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the Federal District Court of Nevada smacked down high-handed, abusive feds, sending the pretend cowboys riding roughshod over Western ranchers and property owners back to their cobweb-laced offices in 2013. In spite of their 200 armed snipers with boy toys in tow, those Stetson-wearing feds hunkering down on Cliven
