| Last week it was Republican strategist Steve Schmidt blaming Mitt Romney´s loss on conservative "loons and wackos," this week on Sunday´s NBC Meet the Press, fellow Republican strategist Mike Murphy joined the media chorus demanding the GOP move left: "...if we don´t modernize conservatism, we can go extinct....we´ve got to get kind of a party view of America that´s not right out of Rush Limbaugh´s dream journal." [Listen to the audio or watch the video after the jump] Murphy explained how to "modernize" the party: "We alienate young voters because of gay marriage, we have a policy problem.

Comments: This idiot RINO is just one of the causes of the fix we are in right now. If the Republicans continue to cave to the demands of Democrats we might as well not even have a Republican party. There will be no difference whatsoever from the Democrats. It´s so depressing.

Why should we give up our values for a want-to-be liberal?
I do not believe anything stated on NBC one of the leading Obamabot propaganda media networks. No conservative that has any integrity would work for them, but then Mr. Scmidt is not known for integrity or credibility so he fits right in with the Obamabots liberals.

The Republican "Democrat Light" agenda has failed. Why should the leftist delusional whiner hedonistic bozos vote for a "Democrat Light" when they can vote for the real deal corrupt Democrat? Enough of the Republican party charade.

What difference does it make. If the voter fraud by the Democrats is as bad as I think it is, it doesn´t matter. Why won´t the Republicans go after those committing voter fraud? Is it because the Republicans are also committing voter fraud? It´s the only thing that makes sense to me.

I´m in full agreement with these demands only by the Tea Party forming a third political party. We can destroy the RINO Republican Party by this very act and be able to vote our conscious and honor without compromise. This country is just about toast for my lifetime anyway. The ignorant doofus electorate combined with the codified insanity now and to come in the next four years pretty well puts an end to the America as founded. My patriotism is confined to the Constitution.

The original Christian church was founded by Jesus Christ and after he died and the apostles were eventually killed off, the "leaders" had to come up with modified principles that would attract a greater number of adherents. So, they diluted the pure doctrines and the clear principles to widen the circle and became quite powerful. The problem is that this disconnected from God over time. Now, Christianity is a complete mess--they do not know what they believe. Same with the GOP. If they abandon principles to widen the circle, they will get power, but power without principles is nothing.

The Left, with its captive courts, pushed the so-called social issues to the fore. These fights were not started by conservatives. Roe v. Wade, for example, is a juridical train wreck occasioned by lies brought to the court by Left wing lawyers. Just as in the NFL, it is not the perpetrator that gets the flag - it´s the guy who retaliates. We have to be smarter - not different.

Schmidt and the others need to be run out on a rail after being tarred and feathered. Schmidt is the one who sabotaged Palin and then blamed her for his own ineptness. One of the first political issues negotiators must tackle in crafting an immigration reform bill is among the most important: what to name it. It’s a decision that will bruise egos, create legacies and deeply affect subsequent messaging battles. “Every time the bill is mentioned in the press, you either have a brand that´s positive or a brand that doesn´t mean anything or even hurts you,” said Frank Sharry, the executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. The wrong name, he warned, could doom a good bill. “If there´s not a

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.
