Will we ever get the results of the full recount (assuming they even bothered to finish)? Missing the deadline affects the recount more than anything. I cannot imagine that if West was eventually found to be the winner - even after the deadline- that he would not retain his seat.

I understand from the injunction failure Murphy filed, West is free to bring it into the court system now.

I believe there was voter machine fraud in every state. It is no coincendence that Democrats won everywhere, especially in Ohio and VA, by larger numbers than they had voters in some districts. The machines or Software were definitely compromised. Nobody will ever convince me differently! Not only that, Main definitely has massive voter fraud. Nobody seems interested in pursuing it, so I´m wiping my hands of the whole darn political process. No more money to anyone...ever!

I believe the House itself has a role in accepting the certification of an election by the state.

I feel the same way #9. I have given my last dollar to the Republican Party. This year, I sat and watched as my hard earned money was wasted, while I foolishly hoped that it would be used to expose the Liar-In-Chief´s murderous role in Benghazi and his malfeasance for four years. 1. The Founders were right, very right, in establishing a limited voting privilege of relevant qualifications. There´s never been and is not now a "right to vote."
2. Our electoral process has been hijacked and perverted into an exercise in vast-scale fraud and corruption. [Note how the Dems went after the states´ Secretary of State offices.] The Republicans either shrink from competing or shrink from opposing it.
3. The "Oh, look! A squirrel!" Republican/"conservative" wrong-headed reaction of "we need Hispanics!" reveals a palette of errors. I won´t elaborate here, but see next point, please.
4. Republicans should be going [only slightly-mock] berserk over the criminal election fraud. [So should veterans´ organizations, frankly. Remember, our military swears allegiance to the Constitution.] Scores, if not hundreds, should be on the path to serious jail-time already. This is where the battle is. Not for elections. Not for this or that ethnicity [an offensive idea in itself, period!]. The scale of the battle to retrieve America and the Constitution is what this is about -- and more.

So help the West campaign continue this fight in court - where it isn´t cheap or free. I´m sure they could use a few bucks to help in pushing in the libtard´s faces in court.

If it´s true one precinct had 9 registered voters and over 900 votes why are the poll workers who were there not brought up on charges for fraud? Also where is the County Clerk who must certify the results?And where are the People?

We need some kind of well-funded national organization to counter Democrap voter fraud.

Florida is beyond corrupt. The dems can´t even do a recount.. they pulled a Franken on West....and the wimpy repubs caved... We are told every vote counts, ...BUT, every vote is NOT counted?!! What is wrong with THIS picture?

It looks like every vote was counted, some counted more than once.

A group supporting West was communicating last night. They said that at 20 a.m. the Sheriff had them close up the machines and leave. They did not want to, but "they" said that the alarms would come on and they had to stop for the night. (Stupid) The counters were mad and wanted to finish, but they were forced to leave.
This morning they got started on the remaining 300 or so "found" ballots, and at a little after eleven a.m. they were through and checked and ready to upload. They then uploaded the machines/memory cards/whatever to the State. All was fine until the LAST machine would not upload. They could not get it to upload, and the time passed.

Apparently West´s lawyers tried to get some kind of extension, but the state doofuses said that they had to accept the last previous count which was clearly wrong.

If this story is wrong, it is what people were thinking at the time. I don´t know how it has all sorted out, but people need to call the Florida officials and DO SOMETHING. The governor can. CALL HIM.

There are three heavily Democrat counties in Florida. West´s District is in one of them, Broward County. The entire State of Florida should not have to take the rap for what happens in these counties.

The best way that West could continue to serve the country is to speak out about voter fraud and lead us in finding solutions. He needs visibility. How about head of the RNC?

Tell me this-
We have over 300 million people in this country. Only roughly 120 million voted.
Discounting for those under 18 WHERE THE HECK WERE THE REST OF THE VOTERS IN THIS CRITICAL ELECTION? How in the heck could they just not vote?
