| GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — Israel bombarded the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip with nearly 200 airstrikes early Saturday, the military said, widening a blistering assault on Gaza rocket operations to include the prime minister’s headquarters, a police compound and a vast network of smuggling tunnels. The new attacks followed an unprecedented rocket strike aimed at the contested holy city of Jerusalem that raised the stakes in Israel’s violent confrontation with Palestinian militants and extended the battlefield.

This would not be happening if Romney had been elected. Be assured that Israel will not be worried about collateral damage and making their soldiers fight with one arm tied behind their backs.

Aren´t the rockets Hamas is using the same ones that Obie brokered to the Syrians and Palestinians after Gadhafi was taken out and the Libyan regime had crumbled?? Google Fast & Furious Middle East and read all about it. Excellent background on what Obie did to Chris Stevens. Good going, Obie.

Israel is being called a brutal aggressor by all of the Media. To the ordinary rational mind it would seem that if your next door neighbor was constantly trying to burn down your house. You would certainly try to stop them. I keep waiting for Rod Sterling to come out and start narrating this stuff. We are truly living in the Twilight Zone.

The Palestinians are attacking Israel from land that Israel recently gave them in a futile attempt to make peace. The IDF should just level the place and take the land back. Nice seashore views going to waste on people who are born to hate everything.

To show you what Israel and its American supporters are up against, I listened to a ABC network news break on the Limbaugh radio show yesterday and NOWHERE was it mentioned that Israel finally targeted the Hamas leader in his car after a rain of rocket fire into Israel for full weeks prior. NOWHERE was it mentioned that the Hamas rockets always and only fired on civilian targets OR that the Palestinians house their rockets et al. in schools and hospitals, promoting civilian casualties so organizations like ABC news can castigate. I actually saw a BBC America report that was more accurate and fair than ABC! And then the networks wonder why they have lost listeners?

I agree with #13 completely. The USA brokered that deal to let the Pals occupy Gaza. All that achieved was to give the terrorists a better launching pad for its missiles to attack Israel. You can´t kiss up to a rattlesnake and expect kisses back. Drive the Pals back into Jordan, where there is plenty of empty desert and fellow Arabs to appreciate them. They should have settled there in the first place.

Remember this?
Egyptian Foreign Minister Abul Gheit said on the “Round Table Show” that he had had a one on one meeting with Obama who swore to him that he was a Moslem, the son of a Moslem father and step-son of Moslem step-father, that his half-brothers in Kenya were Moslems, and that he was loyal to the Moslem agenda. He asked that the Moslem world show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic American problems (Healthcare), that he would show the Moslem world what he would do with Israel.
From Israel Today:
That could explain why Obama has instructed that the term “Islamic extremism” no longer be used in official government documents and statements. Furthermore, the US is now accusing Israel of harming American interests in the Middle East. General David Petraeus, the head of US Central Command, said Israel’s intransigence on resolving the conflict with the Palestinians is endangering US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Even the US Congress considers Obama’s behavior toward Netanyahu humiliating. Three-quarters of the House of Representatives, 337 of 435 members, signed a bipartisan letter to Clinton expressing “deep concern over recent tension” between the two countries, and demanding that it be smoothed over quickly and in private.
“Obama is a real problem for Israel,” a senior official told Yediot. “He is Israel’s biggest strategic catastrophe.” The newspaper also quoted another official who believes that for the first time Washington has switched sides. “The Obama White House is putting pressure only on Israel but does not expect anything from the Palestinians,” he said. “These American demands are unacceptable.”

REality is, the junk pile made "hassam" rocket cost about $21.00 US to make and launch. The anti-missile Israeli, "Iron Dome" protection missile costs upwards of a half million a copy. Do the math. The Palestinians will win. When Israel runs out of protection "Iron Dome" they will have to resort to the old fashioned way of sending in heavily armed troops to dig the bstds out one by one. The Hamas know this and will offer up scores of children to sacrifice in front of World Wide Web cameras, the international idiots community will fall for it hook, line and sinker and intervene, sanctioning Israel and doing nothing to the "poor, downtrodden refugees whose land this is anyway!". Israel must strike hard, fast and furiously and get out quickly- a punishment mission only.

#10 – God confirmed, with an oath, 55 times that the land of Canaan was a gift to the Jews—the offspring of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; there are at least 170 such references in Scripture. “Twelve of those times He stated that the covenant was everlasting.” In Leviticus 25:23, God made clear: “The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is Mine and you are but aliens and My tenants.”

My heart aches for Israel. The next target they take out must be Abbas´s multimillion dollar mansion overlooking the Mediterranean. It was paid for with the funds sent to Gaza to help those in the camps where they never saw any improvements. You might check on those Swiss bank accounts where Arafat stashed most of what he got, too.
Israel, there are those in America who believe in you, your everlasting charter from Almighty G-d and we pray for you to overcome these barbarians. Too bad those in our press do not share our concern or love. Totally discount having any aid for our government.

Yes, we´ve all read The Book and we know how this will end. There will be a lot of hurt before it is all over, however, and we should be prepared. Now I know why there is no mention of any great power from the west coming to the aid of Israel. 10 years ago, this would have been confusing, now it all comes together.

Weapons such as Hamas is using are what Stevens and the SEAL´s were in Benghazi to corral. Obama has funneled them to what turned out to be militant Islamists. The Russians, conserned that they would go to Syrian rebels, pressured Obama to get control over them.
Further, Hamas, once Obama was re-elected, realized that Israel was alone and vulnerable.
This is what happens when Democrats are in the WH.

By any observable metric, zombies are totally hot right now. Look at movies like "Warm Bodies" and the coming "World War Z," the ratings for AMC´s hit series "The Walking Dead" (12.9 million viewers for its recent season finale) and $2.5 billion in annual sales for zombie videogames. Over the past decade, between a third and a half of all zombie movies ever made have been released. A glance at Google GOOG -1.51%Trends reveals that in the past few years, interest in flesh-eating ghouls has far outstripped popular enthusiasm for vampires, wizards and hobbits.

J. David Kuo, an evangelical Christian conservative and former top official of President George W. Bush’s faith-based initiative who drew wide attention when he publicly accused the administration of failing to live up to the values it espoused, died April 5 in Charlotte. He was 44.He was diagnosed a decade ago with brain cancer, his wife, Kimberly, said. The arc of Mr. Kuo’s life and career had taken him from liberal to conservative, from hard-edged Republican activism in the 1990s to disillusionment with the idea that politics could serve as an extension of his faith. This country is an embarrassment. We can’t do anything right, least of all corruption. Look, when Venezuela’s populist demagogue Hugo Chavez died, word was he’d somehow accumulated an estate worth $2 billion. In the old days when the PRI party ruled Mexico uninterruptedly, every president got a single six-year term — and promptly retired at its close as a billionaire. And that was when a billion was real money.

Like most of you, I yearn for shorter winters, more shirt-sleeve weather, less lashing from frigid winds. As a confirmed New Yorker, I’m not willing to do what millions have done: move to the sunbelt. I want warmer weather here in the Big City. But I’ve grown old waiting for the promised global warming. I was 35 when predictions of a looming ice age were supplanted by warmmongering. Now I’m 68, and there’s still no sign of warmer weather. It’s enough to make one doubt the “settled science” of the government-funded doom-sayers.

In a measure of solidarity with those affected by the budget-slashing government sequestration, President Obama is giving up 5 percent of his salary for rest of the year, which is almost as admirable and sensible as a mansion-owner shutting off his marble fountains during a drought. This is not to imply that the president shouldn´t demonstrate some unity with those who´ve been furloughed or lost work because of the blind slashing the sequestration prompted. People like Jeff Maryak, profiled by BuzzFeed, who is considering re-enlisting to make ends meet after a 27 percent pay cut.

A playful picture of the president cavorting with a 3-year-old in a Spiderman costume is a favorite online. It´s all courtesy of the Obama image machine, serving up a stream of words, images and videos that invariably cast the president as commanding, compassionate and on the ball. The first No. 15 seed ever to advance to the Sweet 16 finally came off its cloud in a 62-50 loss to Florida. “We made history,” guard Brett Comer said.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

Her betrayal consists of being gauche enough to acknowledge publicly a truth that everyone who’s come up through Ivy League culture knows intuitively —

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned. A close friend of Lanza’s mother told The News that the troubled boy was a target of relentless bullying when he attended the Connecticut school years ago. “I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge,” said Marvin LaFontaine, a friend of Nancy Lanza’s. “Nancy told me he was being picked on at school. That they were just torturing him.” Source and text corrected by Staff.
