This billwas never brought up in the House to be passed on to the Senate. obama using his dictatorship rule had the Senate pass it with out involving the House. He paid the senator from Neb 300 million, and strong armed others ....like giving a ride on AF1 to Kuchinich to have him change his vote all illegal...but when we have a dictaror in the WH he does what he wants.
If I remember correctly, the residence of Ohio voted to not participate in obamadontcare...its against the Ohio Constitution.

No wonder that the governors are refusing this--they keep making up the provisions of the Obamacare law!!
It is essentially being written with new regulations coming down from on high WITHOUT us knowing--so maybe that hag Pelosi was right after all--we have to "pass it in order to see what´s in it".....
Or perhaps the governors are merely not choosing the means of the takeover of their state by the federal leviathan. The states may be the only thing that slows this vehicle of corruption.

A state-created exchange is not a state-controlled exchange. All exchanges will be controlled by Washington, DC.
Tennessee Law -- like that of several other states --- forbids state employees from implementing compulsory mandates. This is no time for governors and state legislators to go back on their committment under law.
Gov. Haslam (TN) has gotten several phone clls about this from the jlw509 family, and is going to get several more. L-dotters, please! Call your governors!

All the real American people have between them and the oppressive tyranny of Obama and Washington Democrats are GOP governors and the GOP controlled House of Representatives. And Washington Republicans cannot be relied upon to defend our rights and freedom. The support of the Tea Party may be our only alternative.

Here in Mo. the entire state, every county, voted not to allow state-run exchanges. Our Gov. is a Dem., but I don´t think he has any wiggle room and in fact, it may get him off the hook. Of course, all it takes is one judge...

The Federal Government cannot enforce the employer mandate if a state does not set up an exchange. That was another "oops" in the law. I guess we really did have to pass it to find out what´s in it...

I don´t see much virtue in the Sovereign States cooperating with the Feds on any level. Obamacare is opposed by some 65% of the people. It is an unjust law and Boehner´s whining capitulation will not stand. And by the way, unjust laws trigger revolutions. Stay vigilant.

Just emailed Scott and told him he wouldn´t get my vote again if he implemented the health insurance exchange. I don´t know what to make of him, but I have a feeling #15 is right and he can´t be trusted. I was glad we didn´t get another Jeb Bush crony as governor, but Scott may have been the wrong choice. Hopefully, he´ll surprise us all.

Secretary of State John Kerry is worth some $200 million, give or take a yacht. So his decision to slap a 5% pay cut on himself in solidarity with government employees squeezed by sequestration won’t likely hurt him much. In March, the number of Americans who dropped out of the labor force increased by 663,000 which adds up to a record 90 million Americans who are no longer looking for employment. It would take superspin powers to portray the March jobs report as anything other than a huge step in the wrong direction. The US economy added just 88,000 jobs last month, 95,000 in the private sector as public payrolls fell by 7,000. The official unemployment rate ticked down a tenth of a point to 7.6%. 1. That is a paltry number of jobs, more or less matching assumed labor force growth per month. So the economy must add at least that many jobs just to keep the labor market at current depressed levels.

DENVER -- One of two members of a white supremacist gang linked to the killing of Colorado´s prisons chief has been arrested just miles from where the state official was shot to death answering the door to his home. James Lohr was taken into custody early Friday, said El Paso County sheriff´s spokesman Jeff Kramer. Lohr was wanted for questioning in the killing of Colorado Corrections Director Tom Clements. It´s unclear if Lohr has been charged. Authorities believe Lohr was in contact with gang associate Evan Ebel days before the slayings of Clements and pizza delivery man Nate Leon.
