Rocket from Gaza strikes Tel Aviv as
Israel teeters on the brink of full
scale war

Daily Mail [UK], by David Williams and Jill Reilly

Original Article

Posted By:NorthernDog, 11/15/2012 11:55:11 AM

The Israeli army says a rocket has reached the southern outskirts of Tel Aviv, by far the farthest strike by Gaza militants in two days of fighting. The rocket landed in Rishon Lezion, a city just south of Tel Aviv, some 60 kilometers, or 40 miles north of Gaza. Although the rocket landed harmlessly in an open area, it illustrated the significant capabilities that Hamas militants have developed in recent years. The city, Israel´s fourth largest with a population of some 228,000, lies about 50 kilometres (30 miles) north of the Gaza Strip

How nice for dear reader. This will cause oil prices to rise, along with gas prices. He can blame the future economic downturn on that. Of course we all know the HE NEVER is responsible for the poor economy. There´s always someone or something handy to blame.

Watch for the UN to pass a resolution possibly in December giving the Palestinians their own state with Jerusalem as the capital.

The pieces are coming together for the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38 and 39. The God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob will supernaturally annihilate the enemies Israel!

Time for Hillary to put down the wine bottle and try to do her job. If war breaks out Morsi may be forced to engage. At the same time you have Hezbollah to the north, al qaeda rebels in the Golan and militant bands of salafists in the Sinai.

Climate change will make

In the future, white-knuckle fliers may be able to blame those brutally bumpy flights over the Atlantic Ocean on greenhouse gases. Turbulence will be stronger and occur more often if carbon dioxide emissions double by 2050, heating up the atmosphere, according to a study by British scientists published last week in the journal Nature Climate Change. Turbulence is created by atmospheric pressure, jet streams, air around mountains, cold or warm weather fronts or thunderstorms, among other conditions. Severe turbulence is responsible for an average of 58 passenger injuries a year,

GLENDALE - Police tranquilized a large mountain lion found wandering around a residential neighborhood in Glendale Thursday afternoon. The big cat was first spotted around 2:00 p.m. in the 4500 block of New York Avenue. The sighting was not far from Clark Magnet High School. It took three tranquilizer darts to bring the animal down. California Fish and Wildlife wardens believe the animal is a full-grown male, weighing about 120 pounds. Officials loaded him into the back of a pick-up truck. They said he would get a quick health check-up and be tagged, before being released back in the mountains.

Luke Nichter of Harker Heights, Texas, said he’s not a renter by choice. The Texas A&M University history professor’s $125,000 of student debt means he has no hope of getting a mortgage. Nichter, 35, who’s paying $1,500 a month on loans for degrees from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, is part of the most debt-laden generation to emerge from college. Two- thirds of student loans are held by people under the age of 40, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, blocking millions of them from taking advantage of the most affordable housing market on record.

The parents of George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin clashed with emotional statements today, the one year anniversary of the Zimmerman´s arrest for shooting the unarmed Florida teenager. Zimmerman´s mother Gladys Zimmerman posted a two page letter online saying that her son was innocent and was arrested "solely to placate the masses." Hours later, Martin´s family and lawyer issued their own letter, stating the Gladys Zimmerman´s remarks were "disingenuous and disrespectful to the very system that is currently affording him every available opportunity to defend himself." The case has drawn white hot passions

A fisherman in Belarus was bitten to death by a beaver, and all he was doing was trying to take its picture, Sky News reports. The man spotted the beaver while fishing with friends at Lake Shestakov, but as he approached to take a photograph, the beaver bit him on the thigh. The animal managed to sever an artery, and his friends couldn´t stop the blood flow. Sky News helpfully reminds us that beavers can, of course, bite through trees. Beaver attacks are rare, though, and when they do occur, rabid beavers are generally to blame

RALEIGH — A new study suggests rising health care costs have taken a particularly large toll in North Carolina, where the number of residents who receive health insurance through their employers has dropped sharply over the past decade. The portion of North Carolinians under age 65 with employer-sponsored insurance declined from 69 percent in 2000 to 56 percent in 2011, according to the report released Thursday by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. That change left 220,000 fewer residents with health insurance. Only four states had a larger percentage drop. Soaring health care costs

Software company Evernote will pay to have their employees apartments cleaned twice every month. While these benefits are partially a product of the intense competition for qualified tech workers, they may also be a way for companies to simply increase compensation

A year ago, the administration had anticipated spending about $2 billion. Including grants the administration expects to make in 2014, costs for the state-run exchanges will reach about $5.7 billion. Pro golfers, golf writers, and TV commentators are up in arms that Tiger Woods was only given a 2-stroke penalty for his illegal drop on the 15th hole yesterday. Tiger said last night that he dropped his ball two yards behind his previous spot, clearly violating the rule that you must drop "as nearly as possible" to your original spot. Golf people are not happy about it. They say that the new rule is B.S. (or it´s at least being misinterpreted), and Tiger should DQ himself to save the integrity of the game.

Few Americans can not answer this question: who is the worst domestic mass murderer in United States’ history? Due to the United States media, most are aware that Timothy McVeigh slaughtered 168 people with a bomb in 1995. Most Americans also know the names of our three most monstrous serial killers: “The Green River Killer” Gary Ridgeway, Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy. The U.S. media is again responsible for the general awareness of these men; these stories deserved — and received — national attention due to our common interest in personal safety, the rule of law

In Philadelphia, at a human abattoir on Lancaster Avenue, is where it ends, not where it starts. It starts with the perversion of language. It starts when the icons of a dissipated culture reduce a baby to a “fetus.” From there, Yeats’s blood-dimmed tide rolls rapidly in. Before long, a baby is not a person but a punishment, as President Barack Obama framed the matter in his familiar off-the-cuff iciness. Of course, to describe newborn children in their boundless possibilities and wonder would be to acknowledge, foremost, their humanity. That is why, instead, abortion enthusiasts must grope for words

Here is something I don’t understand: liberals are often revealed as vile, vulgar hatemongers–not all of them, of course, but far too many–yet they never seem to pay a penalty at the polls. Why is that? Margaret Thatcher’s death has been the latest occasion for the Left to show its true stripes. All across the U.K., there have been demonstrations–vulgar at best, and violent at worst. In Bristol, lefties celebrating a Thatcher “death street party” started fires, destroyed property and battled police: This evening in Trafalgar Square, liberals have turned out for a long-planned celebration of Thatcher’s death:

With President Obama, there’s always a catch. In the 2014 budget he announced last week, Obama proposed a more accurate way of calculating the inflation rate for annual cost-of-living increases in Social Security. It’s a technical change in pursuit of honesty and good government. And if adopted, it would cause benefits to grow more slowly, though almost imperceptibly so. Republican leaders in Congress ought to be delighted since they had “championed”—Obama’s word—the idea in the first place. Then came the catch. The president’s price for adopting this gentle reform was hundreds of billions in new tax increases.

The wife of Commons Speaker John Bercow declined the invitation to Wednesday´s service despite the wives of Ed Miliband, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown all being set to attend. In a statement issued today, she said: ´As Commons Speaker, John will be attending the funeral - and rightly so.
