John Kerry is nominated to a Cabinet position. The Dems commit massive voter fraud and they think they can do anything and be rude about it too. "I won" mentality. Reid knows they committed mass fraud (because that is how he got his seat a half lifetime ago). Now that he knows it worked on a national level, he thinks they are invincable and can say anything.
