Petraeus friends Jill Kelley and
Natalie Khawam share financial troubles

Tampa Bay Times [FL], by Ben Montgomery & Amy Scherzer

TAMPA — In late September, a U.S. Marine Corps four-star general and the head of the Central Intelligence Agency sent letters to a court in Washington, D.C., testifying that a single mom in Tampa named Natalie Khawam was fit to parent her 4-year-old son. Gen. John R. Allen praised Khawam — the twin sister of Jill Kelley, the woman who sparked an FBI investigation that exposed retired Gen. David Petraeus´ affair — for her "maturity, integrity and steadfast commitment to raising her child." Petraeus told the court Khawam "dotes on her son and goes to great lengths —

Boy this crew is unbelievable. That our highest ranked generals would even hang out with them says a great deal about their lack of good judgement and suggests they do not deserve their posts.

This shows how easy it is for a real enemy to get to know the people at the top in this country and then go from there. The military brass is probably a very easy target in that respect, as they are essentially transients moving from one base and community to another every few years. These military people have no possible way to vet so-called community leaders and other well heeled civilians who they meet as they move around but their own personal judgments. You can bet that those ladies never let on that they were highly in debt, and only told the generals and their wives what they wanted them to know. It´s possible that Paula Broadwell may have directed her e-mails to the wrong sister!

This lady was able to bring down General Petraeus and possibly General Allen. Not even the mighty Taliban could do that.

Does anyone still wonder what has gone wrong in Afghanistan, Ben Ghazi or anywhere else these once-great Military "leaders" have been involved in? Petraeus wrote a letter to help this insane woman, Natalie Khawam regain custody of her son TEN DAYS after Ben Ghazi, and Gen. Allen soon followed with his own version of the truth in a CUSTODY battle! What does THAT say about their reasoning skills? Now that the FBI, CIA, A.G. SOS & D.S have ALL been politicized and undermined by the dear Leader of the demonrat party, whats next? Oh, that´s right. He´s off to meet with Putin in Russia! Congratulations, obamabots, you "won" again.

I think there´s some sort of Arab underground going on here. I don´t care how much money or looks you have, you don´t just waltz into close, personal relationships with high military brass. And I can´t imagine 2 married generals testifying in another woman´s custody trial unless they were maybe blackmailed. Our military command is compromised and it looks like it´s been going on for years.

Huma Abedin, Hillary´s main squeeze, works at the State department, with access to the most secret information. Valerie Jarrett, the homunculus special assistant to president zero, grew up in Iran. And these lebanese scary looking women were connected to top level military people.

President Obama is unwilling to engage militarily in Syria. Assad’s butchery has not moved him, nor have the 150,000 deaths produced thus far by the civil war. When Assad and his Hezbollah/Iran backers crossed the “red line” by using chemical weapons, Obama punted. He has even been unwilling to provide meaningful assistance to Assad’s non-radical opponents. In Iraq, Obama opted for a total U.S. pullout. He appears poised for a similar pullout in Afghanistan, which would mean abandoning those Afghans who put their life on the line to support his surge. In addition, Obama has thus far turned down requests for arms

But, as is often the case with Carter, he drew more interest for comments he made about Israel and its supporters. When asked on NBC’s Meet the Press yesterday by Andrea Mitchell why it was that Barack Obama never called upon him for advice, he made it clear that the Jewish state was the reason he has been treated like a pariah: I—that’s a hard question– for me to answer—you know, with complete candor. The Roosevelt administration once talked loudly of pivoting to Asia to thwart a rising Japan. As a token of its seriousness, in May 1940 it moved the home port of the Seventh Fleet from San Diego to Pearl Harbor — but without beefing up the fleet’s strength. The then-commander of the Pacific Fleet, Admiral James O. Richardson, an expert on the Japanese Imperial Navy, protested vehemently over such a reckless redeployment. He felt that the move might invite, but could not guard against, surprise attack. Richardson was eventually relieved of his command and his career was ruined — even as he was

After 16 days of trying to give their own spin to the few facts available about the pilots of Flight MH370, the authorities in Kuala Lumpur have changed the narrative in a significant way. First came the statement by officials Sunday that the Boeing 777’s change of course was programmed into its computers after, and not before, the last voice message from the cockpit was received. Accompanied by Malia, 15, and Sasha, 12, the first lady on Monday toured Xi’an, an ancient city in the ancestral province of Chinese President Xi Jinping. They inspected the city’s 600-year-old wall, a day after touring the Great Wall near Beijing. Photos show Sasha looking like she’d rather be back home with her pals than hitting the

Most political pundits believe that the November 2014 elections spell serious trouble for Democrats. Not so fast. Despite their blustering for the benefit of their friends in the apparatchik press, the party appears to have conceded that it can’t regain a majority in the House of Representatives. One might therefore think that Republicans have a chance of greatly expanding their current 33-seat House advantage. That doesn’t seem likely. It’s difficult to overestimate how much harm supposedly helpful GOP gerrymandering in certain red states has done in the current situation. For example, in Ohio, the state’s GOP-dominated apportionment board “cleverly” carved out four heavy-majority

Four years after the president signed the measure into law, there are, of course, many real stories of hardship under Obamacare. An extensive list of which is included at the end of this article. But when Reid made those remarks, he wasn’t repeating words carelessly dashed off by some 20-something staffer. Rather, he was repeating a meme that has become common among those who economist Thomas Sowell dubs “the Anointed,” intellectuals whose

WASHINGTON — By most measures, it´s been a dire few months for the tea party. Its candidates stumbled in two Texas primary races. Supporters in Congress failed to block bipartisan deals to increase government spending and raise the debt ceiling. And a high-stakes bid to defeat Obamacare led to an unpopular government shutdown that sent tea party approval ratings to new lows. Five years after it emerged as the most potent force in conservative American politics since the Reagan revolution, the tea party is at a crossroads — and some critics have declared the movement all but dead. The US Navy uses about 100 Tomahawk cruise missiles per year to deal with global threats or to send a message. The Hellfire missile has become a mainstay of anti-terrorism operations since the CIA and military adapted the Predator drone aircraft to launch them. But under President Obama’s military budget, both programs will be eliminated over the next year or two. By 2018, the United States will have used all of its remaining stocks of Tomahawk missiles. And the military has no replacement for either weapon system ready to go yet. The Washington Free Beacon: President Barack Obama is seeking to abolish

A few weeks ago, I wrote about how the sweeping acceptance of gay marriage in recent years is owed in large part to Christianity. Rejecting the rigidly hierarchical and stratified societies of the ancient world, Jesus Christ taught the equal dignity of all persons, proclaimed that the meek shall inherit the earth, and declared that the last shall be first and the first shall be last. The Western world has been working out the logic of these subversive teachings ever since, with the institutional transformation of marriage being the latest, though surely not the last, example of its social, moral,
