Exclusive: Paula Broadwell’s
Emails Revealed

Daily Beast, by Michael Daly

Original Article

Posted By:JoniTx, 11/13/2012 7:35:07 AM

The emails that Jill Kelley showed an FBI friend near the start of last summer were not jealous lover warnings like “stay away from my man,” a knowledgeable source tells The Daily Beast. The messages were instead what the source terms “kind of cat-fight stuff.” “More like, ‘Who do you think you are? … You parade around the base … You need to take it down a notch,’” according to the source, who was until recently at the highest levels of the intelligence community and prefers not to be identified by name.

When this story broke, it was reported that Kelley went to the FBI with these emails because they contained threats to her life. If this article is correct, the emails were pretty innocuous--annoying, yes, but easily ignored. But Kelley reported them to a an agent friend, who was apparently the one who sent her a pic of himself shirtless....Is this whole thing more sordid, or or more idiotic?

So we have 2 buddies of the same ilk. Petraeus and General Allen. Allen takes over in Afghanistan when Petraeus goes to the CIA. They have a lot in common. Petraeus has Broadwell and Allen has Kelley. Kelley calls her FBI agent friend about emails she is receiving. Guaranteed she has suspicions that it was Broadwell. In the meantime the FBI agent sends shirtless photos to Kelley. Who does that to a "friend"? HE has to be removed from the case and is under investigation. What he doesn´t know is Kelley is sharing 20,000 to 30,000 inappropriate emails with General Allen. No wonder we are losing the war in Afghanistan. So how is it that Panetta has no clue about what has been going on? He was replaced at the CIA by Petraeus and he goes to Defense. They switch. Is he the next guy to hit the news? What a disgraceful bunch. Not only has our National Intelligence been compromised but the wars we have been fighting where our men and women are dying, are being led by a jack#$% who is doing everything but paying attention to his job to protect and defend our fighting force.

Reply 7 - Posted by: earlybird, 11/13/2012 8:06:43 AM     (No. 9010702)

How Petraeus and Broadwell "emailed" each other:

They apparently did so and are said to have found a number of nonclassified documents that seemed to have originated with Petraeus but had not been sent by an account bearing his name. And yet they did not seem to have been forwarded from anywhere.

The agents then determined that Broadwell and Petraeus had been communicating with each other via private email accounts. As the Associated Press reported on Monday, the pair would save unsent messages in their inboxes, and then log into each other´s account to read them.

Petraeus had given access to his special gmail account to Broadwell (and vice versa), so theoretically there was no trail. Her having access to his email account is how she found out about his emails either to or from Kelley. And probably found out other things as well. He is not as smart as they say.

Petraeus was never the favorite of the left. Remember General Betray-Us. He was a place holder should the corrupt manchild ever require a quick body to throw under a bus. That bus being the Benghazi Downtown Express. The rest is just theater for the sheeple to enjoy so they don´t ask the correct questions.

I mean these gals are like, like totally awesome liberal Venus Flytraps for generals. With highly effective generaltalia to lure them in apparently. And whoa, that Jill Kelley...for being a nondescript unpaid social liaison she sure has her some kinda spellbinding powers to make federal agents give her the shirt off their backs and generals (multiple) go all teen-tweety-sextual over her.

This is my favorite FBI story, so enjoy it.
President Sukarno of Indonesia came to D.C. to meet with JFK. Someone provided some female companionship for him at his hotel.
The FBI took photos of Sukarno in compromising positions.
The FBI then took the photos to show to Sukarno, apparently with the OK from JFK, with the purpose of having something to hold over Sukarno´s head. And when Sukarno looked at the photos, he smiled, and asked if the FBI could provide some copies of the photos for Sukarno to give to his friends.

Never mind that Bill Clinton remains living proof of the silliness of modern puritanism.

And there, my LDotter friends, is the sterling wisdom of the kind of people who write for the Daily Beast.

It has also become, I fear, the commonly held "value" of our Brave New America. Fidelity and judgment --at the very top of the chain of responsibility for our nation´s national security-- are no longer requirements.

Such virtues are now merely "silly." God help us.

I think Hillary wanted Petraeus at CIA because she was worried about her stint as SoS (carrying out Obama´s orders and seeing our foriegn policy go up in flames) and didn´t want anything to scar her performance or interfer with her run for Pres in 2016.

DoD and CIA are the only two agencies that overlap with State in significant ways.

Panetta is a longtime Dem Hack - so he would not be sacrificed if Hillary needed a fall guy. But Gen Petraeus - at one time talked about as potential Presidential candidate and not a Clinton/Dem insider, was expendable and apparently stupid (and horny) as well.

#10 hit the nail on the head. No warriors, no wars - we become overrun with illegals and those who espouse sharia, oh wait... - no defense.
And, that´s how America dies a slow death.

On the good side, there still are soldiers who will fight for us to the death - and I ask, for what reason. Without good leadership in the services, it´s anybody´s game.

I look for many resignations among dedicated service members - a sad thing to happen when we need them most.

When Kerry becomes Sec of Defense, Defense is a sham - he threw his medals over the wall and attended trials in Paris a long time ago and should be in Leavenworth on treason charges.

I guess "Unpaid Liaison" at MacDill AFB means "I bang generals". You literally cannot make this stuff up. Good job by team Obama.
Nobody is talking about the real story which is Benghazi. If Broadwell is correct that the CIA was holding Libyan fighters prisoner in the consulate annex, then we have 1. a reason for the attack and 2. a direct violation of US law since 2009 prohibiting the CIA from detaining foreign nationals. This is more than messed up.

Holy cow.

Now wonder it took the FBI more than two weeks to get into Benghazi. Members of the FBI were busy monitoring adulterous email.

We´ve learned more detail regarding ´under a desk´ than we´ve learned about the murders of four Amerians in Benghazi.

Seems like all is going according to plan.

The article says the FBI was monitoring this since last May. And right after the election win for Obama, they leak it in order to tender his resignation. I am absolutely sure that our CiC has a commie replacement already lined up. Panetta? Hillary Clinton? Payment for keeping their mouths shut about Benghazi?

Amazing. You see, if he had exposed him sooner, it would´ve taken too much momentum away from Him & His campaign, not to mention casting a bad light on his choice for CIA Director. Petraeus needs to sing BIG time before he´s permanently silenced. He can be the fall guy for everything that happened in Benghazi, too, just like Foster was for the Rose Law Firm scandal.

Make a sworn deposition with your lawyer, Petraeus. Yesterday. And make sure it´s stored far away from his office.

Some Republicans still cling to the hope that they´ll be able to repeal Obamacare someday, but a report released Wednesday by Families USA shows why it may be even harder for them to do so after Jan. 1. The report estimates that nearly 3 million Californians could be eligible for generous insurance subsidies under the 2010 healthcare reform law, starting next year. Anyone with an income between one and four times the federal poverty line -- in other words, between $23,550 and $94,200 for a family of four -- could receive a tax credit that reduces monthly premiums dramatically.

President Obama´s budget plan would increase taxes by $580 billion over the next decade, but it relies on many proposals that have been repeatedly rejected by Congress. Some were rejected as recently as January, when Congress voted to make permanent a series of tax cuts first enacted under President George W. Bush. Among them, a proposal to limit itemized deductions for high-income families. One new proposal is a 94 cents-a-pack increase in the cigarette tax. The tax would raise an estimated $78 billion over the next decade to pay for early childhood education.

During the Q and A session after Sen. Rand Paul’s speech at Howard University, one student explained that he was not a fan of his view of government. “You say you want to provide a government that leaves us alone, quite frankly, I don’t want that,” the student said. “I want a government that is going to help me.” The student insisted that he wanted assistance for his college education and asked if Rand Paul supported a culture change within the nation. “Do you Sen. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman. In January 2012, Ullman was unceremoniously removed from the board. Gone with Ullman was any control the Board of Directors had over Ron Johnson and his control of JCPenney resources.

The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law.
