This burns my bums! After H. Charley we had to have insurance to repair our house and we paid a pretty hefty co-pay up front, in addition to being without power, food, etc. for three weeks. FEMA did absolutely squat because we had jobs, a bank account and insurance. Why are we working and not letting Uncle Sugar take care of us!?
