During a discussion on Monday, NBC´s Today show crew could barely contain their enthusiasm at the prospect of Hillary Clinton running for president again in 2016, with new third-hour co-host Willie Geist proclaiming: "Can you think of a more qualified human being? She lived in the White House for eight years with another President, she was a United States senator, and now she´s got every world leader on speed dial, so there´d be no questions about her qualifications." Help me out here now.

Can anyone...anyone...tell me anything that she has done?

Not what jobs she has had...or who she has been married to..but what has she done?

I think Hillary is famous because she is famous.

She is the Kim Kardashian of Democrats.

If she "needs sleep" after just 3.5 years as Sec of State, how´s she supposed to take that 3 a.m. call as POTUS ... Oh, right. Benghazi!!!

She has no qualifications. Every position she has gotten was solely because of the man she´s married to. Benghazi makes her a spectacular failure as Secretary of State.

My bet is Joe Biden will be the prez candidate as it is inheritance and stepping stone to the Oral office, and he will no doubt ask PIAPS to be his running mate.
No matter what she will get what she wants one way or the other. After we have the first black el presidente, we will have the first black woman codependent in chief.
My bet is the Republicans will not get back in the White House for at least 20 years now, maybe longer. In fact my guess is in the 2014 mid term elections, the Fraud-O-Rats will retake the House and increase their majority in the Senate. For reals.

Give Hillary a BIG decision to make and she always makes the wrong one.

Whitewater.
Paula Jones.
Bombing the aspirin factory.
No bullets for guns in Cairo.
Arab Spring - now going to the jihadis.
Benghazi security.
Benghazi coverup.

And let´s not forget all her sleazy fundraising friends who have gone to jail or fled the country.

I´ll try to be ´´kind.´´ If Herself were truly a human being, she would respectfully resign immediately from her position as SOS [instead of being one, ´´Streisand,´´ that is]. She is directly in the chain-of-command in allowing the murders of Ambassador Stevens & the three other men in Benghazi. [Testifying in her criminal trial, besides Congress on Thursday should be mandatory.]

Being the Red Queen may help to hide the blood on her hands for this failure in leadership.

Of course Hillary will be the next President. Just ask the folks that run the elections in FL, PA, OH, and CO. They figured out how to manufacture enough votes to tip it for whoever is annointed.
The template is set and no one questions it.
Obama did not win a single state that has voter ID.

Between the MSM and voter fraud Hillary can easily have it locked up in 2016 - unless the Dems choose someone in her stead, as they did with Obama. Either way, forget the GOP ever winning the WH again. They`re to meek and stupid. They`ll never get the Black or Hispanic vote. Whites proved last week they are indifferent to the whole thing. Add to that the caving the GOP will do soon on taxes and they`ll be lucky to hold the House in 2014.

Secretary of State John Kerry took exception Tuesday to an assertion by a Republican senator that the Obama administration’s foreign policy is “spinning out of control,” declaring that “that’s just not true.” “You can’t help but get the impression our foreign policy is just spinning out of control,” Sen. Jim Risch (R-Idaho) said during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on the State Department budget. “And we are losing control in virtually every area that we are trying to do something in.” Risch cited developments in Russia, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations – but focused

The proliferation of federal agencies with armed agents is one of the most worrisome aspects of the growth in government. Just last summer the EPA carried out an armed raid on a mine in Alaska to enforce the Clean Water Act — a bit of government intimidation that residents say was totally unnecessary: It looks like a took a Congressional hearing in Washington, DC to get the ball moving, but Alaska Governor Sean Parnell announced last Thursday, the same day as a hearing on the issue, that a special counsel will investigate the EPA’s armed raid over the summer of the

One of soldier Lee Rigby´s murderers has launched an appeal against his whole life prison sentence, the Judicial Office has confirmed. Michael Adebolajo, 29, together with Michael Adebowale, 22, mowed down Fusilier Rigby in car, before hacking him to death in Woolwich, south east London, in May last year. Adebolajo was condemned to die behind bars - with judge Mr Justice Sweeney saying the killer had ´no real prospect of rehabilitation´. However, Adebowale was sentenced to a minimum of 45 years in jail because of his younger age, mental health problems and ´lesser role´ in the 25-year-old father-of-one´s murder. Now,

As state Sen. "The government created the crime, the government financed the crime, and the government ensnared my client," Tony Serra, lawyer for Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow, told reporters after 21 defendants were arraigned in federal court. "We will put the government rightfully on trial." Chow, a Chinatown gang leader, was released from federal prison in 2003 after a racketeering sentence and promised to turn his

A man — we’ll call him “Subject No. 1” — had a clear plastic pipe stuck into his mouth with his lips sealed around it, while the diesel exhaust from a parked truck outside the gas chamber was mixed with particulate matter and pumped straight into his lungs. The pumped mixture level was 135 times the mean diesel truck emissions exposure in the United States. Scientists Andrew Ghio, Jon Sobus, Joachim Pleil and Michael Madden, with laboratory director Wayne Cascio, administered this toxic mix of diesel and particulate matter to 41 people. In all, they gassed 81 subjects with various

Exercise, and not colorful marshmallow Peeps, will be the focus of the 136th Annual White House Easter Egg Roll on April 21, the sixth year in a row that first lady Michelle Obama´s fitness-first goal for kids has taken over the once sugar-filled event on the South Lawn. “The day´s activities will encourage children to lead healthy, active lives in support of the first lady´s Let´s Move! initiative,” said the White House of their sixth roll, titled “Hop into Healthy, Swing into Shape.” In the past, administrations have given differing themes for the annual Easter Egg Roll. A founding father of the conservative movement who is now a star among Tea Party activists is urging the GOP to choose a governor to duel Washington “insider” Hillary Clinton for the White House, saying that 2016 isn´t the best time for Sen. Ted Cruz to run. Often called the “funding father” of conservatism for pioneering direct mail fundraising, Richard A. Viguerie believes that the Texas senator is a “game changer” for the movement but that the best way to beat Clinton is with a candidate from outside the beltway. “I don´t think it would be best for the conservative movement for

There is yet another ObamaCare surprise waiting for consumers: from now until the next open enrollment at the end of this year, most people will simply not be able to buy any health insurance at all, even outside the exchanges. "It´s all closed down. You cannot buy a policy that is a qualified policy for the purpose of the ACA (the Affordable Care Act) until next year on January 1," says John DiVito, president of Flexbenefit which has 2,500 brokers. John Goodman of the National Center for Policy Analysis in Dallas adds, "People are not going to be able to

WASHINGTON — The White House says it has told Iran it will have to find an different envoy for the United Nations and not one who participated in the 1979 taking of 52 U.S. diplomats in Tehran. "The U.S. government has informed the government of Iran that this potential selection is not viable," White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters Tuesday. Carney´s statement came a day after the Senate passed a bill to deny a visa to anyone representative of the U.N. “What a difference a day makes — 24 little hours.” Those lyrics about romance and spring flowers also fit the bill last week for congressional politics and the 2014 midterm elections. Last Tuesday, the White House hit the 7 million-plus mark for enrolling people in the insurance exchanges set up through the Affordable Care Act (ACA). It was an incredible achievement after the administration wasted two months, a third of the enrollment period, stumbling over a broken website. Public opinion polls last week showed an immediate jump in support for the ACA. President Obama’s approval ratings, which had been at their

House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy has pulled his column from Breitbart News after the site launched a California version with a lewd photoshop image of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. A McCarthy spokesperson told ABC News the images were "inappropriate," while another told the Los Angeles Times that the office "didn´t condone them." “We thought it was the right thing to do to ask for the column to be removed," said Spokesperson Matt Sparks, according to the Los Angeles Times. The brash right-wing conservative news outlet launched its California coverage Monday with an ad campaign featuring a series of image

Ever the happy warrior of the left, Sen. Chuck Schumer is not giving up on his pipe dream: amnesty for illegal aliens in 2014. Appearing on MSNBC on Monday, Schumer said he thinks it still can happen this year thanks to a group of liberal Republicans—what he thinks is the majority of Republicans—who will stand by silently, letting amnesty pass while voting against it in the end. He called it the “vote-no, pray-yes caucus,” meaning that certain Republicans would publicly claim they are against amnesty, vote against it in the end, but behind the scenes either fight for its passage

Kathryn Riffenburg decided on a closed casket for her baby´s funeral. She didn´t want her family to see what whooping cough, her son´s first illness, had done to 9-week-old Brady Alcaide. The nearly forgotten disease, which has in recent years afflicted thousands of Americans, left Brady´s tiny body swollen and unrecognizable. So his mother dressed him in a white baptismal suit and hat and tucked him into a tiny white casket. Brady´s burial came just four weeks after his first laugh — inspired by her version of I´m a Little Teapot — and two weeks after his family learned that he had

Attorney General Eric Holder exploded at Texas Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert during a House hearing Tuesday. In the midst of questions about the Justice Department’s failure to divulge documents about the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial, Gohmert made a side comment about how the House of Representatives found Holder in contempt in 2012 for refusing to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal. “I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight,” Gohmert said. “You don’t want to go there, buddy! Rev. Al Shaprton, the controversial civil rights leader-turned-broadcaster, was a confidential FBi informant for years and helped the feds put members of the Genovese and Gambino organized crime families behind bars, it was revealed Monday in a sensational exposé. President Barack Obama will speak this week for the second time at the annual meeting of Sharpton´s National Action Network, raising questions about the group´s special treatment. Sharpton´s special relationship with the Justice Department may also explain why his NAN has been allowed to skirt responsibility for $1.9 million in back taxes and penalties it has owed the IRS since 2006

When friends and family members gathered recently at the White House for a private celebration of Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday, one of the invited partygoers was a former paid FBI Mafia informant. That same man attended February’s state dinner in honor of French President Francois Hollande. He was seated with his girlfriend at a table adjacent to President Barack Obama, who is likely unaware that, according to federal agents, his guest once interacted with members of four of New York City’s five organized crime families. He even secretly taped some of those wiseguys using a briefcase that FBI technicians outfitted

Democrats are facing a senior problem that could get even worse this year. The party has traditionally had trouble with older voters, losing the group aged 65 and over by 21 points in 2010 — when Republicans picked up 63 seats — and by 12 points in the 2012 presidential race. Seniors are the GOP’s most reliable voting bloc in midterm years, turning out in higher numbers than Democratic base voters. A recent Gallup poll showed seniors have become even more Republican over the last two decades; in 2013, 48 percent considered themselves Republican. That spells trouble for Democrats, who are already facing

LONDON - Peaches Geldof, the wild-child second daughter of concert organizer Bob Geldof who worked as a model, a television presenter and a fashion writer and filled the pages of British tabloids with her late-night antics, has died at age 25. There was no immediate word on the cause of her death at her home in Wrotham, Kent, southeast England. Her father said in a statement Monday: "Peaches has died. We are beyond pain." "She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us," he said. "Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever."

A few weeks ago, the liberal comedian Bill Maher and conservative strategist and pundit Bill Kristol had a brief spat on Maher’s HBO show, putatively over what instigated the tea party but ultimately over the psychic wound that has divided red America and blue America in the Obama years. The rise of the tea party, explained Maher in a let’s-get-real moment, closing his eyes for a second the way one does when saying something everybody knows but nobody wants to say, “was about a black president.” Both Maher and Kristol carry themselves with a weary cynicism that allows them to

A married freshman Republican congressman who campaigned on his Christian, conservative values apologized Monday after surveillance video surfaced purportedly showing him in a lengthy liplock with a staffer. In the Dec. 23 footage, obtained by a local newspaper, Rep. Call it the million-worker mystery. A large chunk of American adults are no longer in the labor force. That has left economists divided over how many of them are voluntarily not working-or even looking for work-because they wanted to retire, go to school or take care of family members, versus how many have been forced out because they couldn´t find a job. (snip) Shierholz estimates that there are currently more than 5 million missing workers who are not included in the unemployment rate because they are neither working nor looking for work, but who might be if the job market
