I´m making plans as these libs celebrate. Massive voter fraud and all we can do is shrug our shoulders. The corruption we´ve seen is only the tip of the iceberg. I wonder how long the money will last before the looting starts?

I agree, #2. We´ll never walk it back, but we can gather our spirits up and realize we have a bigger fight now than we had in 2009 and 2010. And we did pretty darn well in 2010 (except for Harry Reid, that is.... this one´s personal to me!).

Of course, one thing we CAN´T do, that the Democrat/Progressives are so good at, is pay our side to stay on our side. We could, actually, but that goes against everything we say we´re for.

I´ve been through these grief stages at least twice since election night, and I´m back at despondency currently. I was all up in FIGHT for 2 days immediately after, but I keep thinking..... what´s the point.

We are still HALF the country - if not more. We just don´t cheat and steal. We need to start fighting for our country on the same level they are fighting to destroy it.

Fight for our republic. And ask God to help us reclaim it. Let us be the country God intended us to be. If we are part of something that God is blessing, and they are working for the destruction of good things (such as Christianity) we will win. Eventually.

A pretty good article. However, I don´t agree with his assertion that Romney was a weak candidate. Over the past week or so, I´ve come to the conclusion that a campaign of ideas isn´t going to work anymore. Which is a testament to the idiocy of our voting public that prefers MTV & Dancing with the Stars, rather than developing their intellect.

What does that leave us for the future? The only way a campaign of ideas like Romney ran is going to sell, is to sugar-coat it or wrap it in a pretty package. The only other alternative would be to adopt Obama´s tactic of presenting no ideas, but demonize the opponent and divide their base. Without the help of the media, that doesn´t seem likely for the GOP.

There seems to be a pattern to Presidencies these days. Democrat alternates with Republican. Each President is given two terms unless the public perceive there to be extaordinary circumstances that warrant his removal after just one term. I don´t think it´s worthwhile wallowing in grief about it. Wallowing is a form of self-indulegence and doesn´t achieve anything.

Right now I´m in the "mad as hell" stage, and I´m not going to get over it. On the Lightworker´s Inauguration day, I will display my American flag with black crepe draped around it. I am also putting an empty chair, a flag, and more black crepe around it.

I live in a small neighborhood and I have two neighbors I like, but I think they probably voted for Obama, as did several others in the neighborhood. We have two sets of doctors (husband and wife) - all 4 are black, and a white person who is a cancer specialist from New York City in our hood.

We all get along beautifully, but I need to do something to show my displeasure. Hell I´m 70 and about to turn 71. If I have a brain bleed, I´ve just read, doctors can´t treat the problem - just make me comfortable, according to the death panel regulation!

We need to look forward (I hate that word) to 2014. Hopefully we can generate enough disgust that by 9/12/2013 we can have another March on Washington of a million plus people as we did on 9/12/2009 and do it again in 2014. We must show our disgust every time Obama does something unConstitutional.

As I posted on another thread, I believe this happened for the best. Obama would not have been gracious in defeat. He would have exhorted his minions to burn this country to the ground. If Romney & Ryan had won, and I am not so sure they really lost, we would have paid for 100 years at least for the victory.

Romney did not lose. The election was stolen from him. Chrissy said ´thank god for Sandy´ and the night following the election, Hannity said ´the media in this country is dead.´ It wasn´t too hard to add them up and get what happened.

All the media conspired to call the election for O by the 10 o´clock news. Then it was back to regular programming. I might be more enraged if I didn´t think Rove and Romney sort of deserved this. They chose the voters they wanted and it wasn´t those who listen to Rush or belong to the Tea Party. This was their fault as much as anything.

Good Article. After reading many election fallout articles I believe the best overall explanation is Our Lord´s words.. " The children of darkness are wiser in their own generation than the children of light" Obama is a big success at being destructive and uses every weakness in the population very effectively to retain power. Others who would end the destruction are too trusting and not real leaders. Romney was a good man but not a perfect leader. Where is the leader that could clean up this mess? It was not Romney, is there anyone in his right mind who would try and inherit this mess? The next candidate should be one who will articulate the situation clearly fully expecting to be defeated by the opponents wishful thinking!

Read today that Google is receiving a tremendous amount of "hits" for Renouncing American Citizenship. What does that tell you?

I agree with David to a degree, however it still doesn´t explain the fact of why half of the population voted for a candidate (BO) whose record and corrupt admin should have been easily defeated and thrown out of office no matter who the challenger was (massive voter fraud maybe). We have raised at least two generations of a functionally illiterate population/electorate. Critical thinking doesn´t exist and we have a society of entitlement seekers...that said we are now on the road to the USA of Greece! In the end we the people could have stopped this skid into deep socialism, however a little over half of us were suckered into another four years of movement in a backward direction and changes that in the long run will not pan out the way that this half thinks that it will...bottom line (dollars and cents reallity coming for those in the entitlement half) is sooner or later you have to pay the piper!

Never underestimate the stupidity of voters

I hate to be so negative but I believe that this country will never be what it once was. Many of our young people have been poisoned by the media and brainwashed by the educational system. A fair number of our politicians are corrupt. They go to Washington to line their pockets and acquire pension and health benefits most of us can only dream of. Not to mention the crony capitalism that has made them wealthy far beyond their ability to earn it. The work ethic that fueled our economy is lost. Religion has been mocked and ridiculed. Our society is profane to the point that any behavior is tolerated. Can we come back from this? I believe we had our chance on November 6th. We have to face the fact that actions have consequences and we will not be exempt. I am not a maudlin person but I can recognize the truth when I see it. Economic experts have been telling us the economy will collapse if we continue down the road of big government and more spending. The future looks grim and I loathe the voters who sold their freedom so cheaply. Guess I am at the resigned but still angry phase.

Heard about a man flying the American flag upside down & his neighbors being upset on the news last night. Thinking about buying a small American flag sticker & putting it in the back window of my car.

Pre Ordained, the only way out now is total collapse of the federal system.

The young in our society are not prepared for survival, the death and destruction will be unprecedented, the longing for freedom will overshadow the desire for material things, and the circle will come full.

While some conservative voices say Romney was not the best candidate, I will always believe he would have been the best president.

And that´s the kind of voter the Republican Party was stuck with. I don´t see any fix for it and will put the question aside until sometime next year. Shame on us.
