In general,there´s quite a few morons that voted themselves out of a job re-electing Obama but these people take the cake and not a ho-ho cake.This is part of the union mentality that the business is always holding out on them money wise,same with government unions. Folks we all feel bad now because Obama bamboozled millions of people but time is on our side because liberalism always fails.

States are going to have no choice but to lay off government workers because revenue will drop like a rock when money has to go to pay for Obamacare. medicaid is already breaking states backs.

This is happening in Calif too. There is a grocery union on strike. I don´t know all the details but from what I understand the grocery chain wants to take away some of their medical benefits, which are extremely generous. So the employees are on strike. I can´t believe they these people don´t realize we are all losing something these days. I hope the owners hold out.

There used to be a Hostess/WonderBread bakery just north of downtown Columbus. The smell was heavenly whenever I drove by it. I don´t think it´s there anymore. Just discovered there is one in Detroit. I´m sure they´ll go on strike in sympathy.

Move it to Mexico, like all the other past great industries Unions destroyed here in the USA- with the great help of Democrat governments, of course.

Maybe they think they have some leverage since two states just legalized recreational pot smoking. There´s a new market out there; can Hostess afford to pass up the opportunity?

Really, though, I don´t feel sorry for these people either. They´re lucky enough to have jobs.

On the heels of impending massiver country-wide layoffs coupled with extorting union strikes...fewer people will be employed, so fewer services and goods will be purchased, stock and market share will cave, foreclosures will escalate and the sales, payroll and property taxes will fade bunkrupting cities and States.

This is not only what the next four years will look like, but it is exactly the plan intended and orchestrated by BO, DNC, Pelosi, Reid and all unions.

The only missing component to this equation is when (not if) our bleak circumstances will embolden the ME, barbaric muslims and terrorists to unleash their holy jihad at a time of our worst economic circumstances in history and a decimated military, pre-WWII levels.

I still shop there and the union people get in your face and try to intimidate customers. Unfortunately, other stores in the center are suffering because of their behavior.

I see two most distressing things here:
1.No more fresh Twinkies;
2.No Ho-Ho´s for the Secret Service.

That´s what unions do to private business everywhere - ensure their liquidation. Too bad that same rule doesn´t apply to public sector unions.
