Rescind ObamaCare in exchange for debt ceiling increase.

Require 15% budget cuts in all non-Defense budgets.

Freeze all non-Defense hiring.

Eliminate 150 White House positions, including 25 of 30 who support the Mooch.

Mandate that Air Force 1 is only for official business, not vacations or campaigns. Set an example of frugality!!

Maybe the mandatory spending cuts should be allowed to go forward. This appears to be the only way to control the growth of government.

The WSJ doesn´t get it. Obama doesn´t need a certain level of economic growth to succeed in his second term, because his definition of success is something never seen before in American politics.

Does Kim Jong What´s-His-Name in North Korea give one rat´s petoot about economic growth? Of course not. As long as he can own his people through intimidation and dependency he and his have got it made.

Obama is cut of the same cloth. He´ll sometimes have to soften his rhetoric and keep up the facade of co-equal branches of government in order to keep the boobs sedated, but hey - that´s just all in the life of a nascent dictator.

I DONT CARE about rich peoples taxes. Sure it will hurt the entire economy. But, ENERGY SUICIDE and unilater reduction of the nuclear arsenal to 400 bombs is much, much more important.

He behaves like the dictator that he is; those who love him think that he is leading them to glory; just wait until they get the bill. The bill will either come in higher taxes or massive inflation, but they will pay one way or the other. Sadly, so will we who didn´t vote for him.

I live in a wealthy area, and we did go for Obama by about a thousand votes. But we voted against every tax-raising proposition on the ballot, including the vaunted prop 30 (for the schoooooools). We voted for prop 32 (bans using public employee union dues for political campaign donations) and we lost that one too.

I think we´re at the point where our best defense is to go underground and allow the thief in chief to get most of the things he wants. Then we have to make sure he gets the credit for all he´s done -- that´s the real fight. Saddle the Democrats with him and his entire administration. The press is crowing right now, because they proved they are not dead or dying. But they can sink with him like a millstone around their necks.

Maybe it´s just me, but I detect Obama being in a quandary.
He´s been able to sell his lies without any media fact checking or opposition. But telling lies and living lies are two different things. Obama saw the possibility of being defeated in this election and planned for the implementation of his policies to begin after the election. Someone else was going to have to live with them or change them.
Now, it´s him that going to have to live with them and answer for all the lies he told; and there´s going to be some irate Americans looking to him for an explaination. This time, Bush can´t be blamed for his tax increased, his healthcare and his pandering to evil nations. It´s him only and this will be his America. When it goes belly up, he will be the fall guy and he knows it. He created this pile of crap and now he´s going to have to lie in it.

From my perspective, we couldn´t have had a worse pResident than Teleprompter for the last four years. "No excuses, you´re fired" should have been the response. If you´ve ever managed anybody, you know that there are always plausible excuses, but at some point lack of success deserves firing.

So, I don´t know who will judge the success or failure of his second term. The mainstream media will never hold him accountable. His followers won´t either.

Or perhaps, if things get bad enough, these followers will start paying attention and thinking a little as to the source of their pain.

I don´t know. I don´t think he´s going to have a successful term gauged by historical values. I suspect teleprompter care will come in for a landing like a dirigible- not very graceful, and that it may become clear why it is unwise to cram down major legislation on narrow majorities.

I saw my first Hillary sticker on the Lexus in front of me at the Taco Bell today. Just had to see the driver. It was a (past) middle-aged woman with a (very unflattering) long gray bob hair style stuffing a gordito into her mouth. It´s already begun my friends. Here´s the thing, Obama can be as fiscally irresponsible as he wants to be and the left won´t stop him. They want Hillary in 2016 and she, unlike him, knows how to move to the right to heal the country and get those people back to work. She also knows how to pander to the vagina brigade (I suspect my friend in the Lexus is one of those uber wealthy women who just loves her power over her privates). If I were him, I´d keep my eye on Hillary once she steps down in 2013. She and her husband are not going away until the undertaker carries them out.

Higher taxes for the rich? Who do these freaks think creates meaningful jobs? The poor? Frankly, I´ve never known a poor person to provide a job for anyone unless it´s using their EBT card for drugs, booze, cigs, jewelry stores, tattoo parlors, casinos, etc. If that´s what you think creates meaningful jobs, good luck to you.
