Conservative Sen.-Elect
Warns Supporters, 'Not Every

Rep. Jeff Flake, who successfully ran for the U.S. Senate in Arizona, warned his supporters Tuesday night that difficult decisions lie ahead -- and he may not always please his constituents with the way he votes: "I can tell you that decisions are going to have to be made that won't be popular. Not every vote I cast will be popular," Flake said. "But I can guarantee you that every vote I cast, every decision I make, will be made knowing what's at stake and knowing that this state has to have a brighter future,

No problem. She can just deny that she ever voted that way when her re-election comes up. Those suckers will believe anything.

In the house, Flake voted against earmarks. For that, Carbona (democrat opponent against Flake) accused him of being against veterans and for mining the Grand Canyon... pure nonsense of course. Flake is my new Senator to be, and Joe Arpaio was re-elected Sheriff.

Flake is symbolic of why I left the GOP a long time ago. He is a consumate politician, owned by special interest groups and will look his constituents straight in the eye...........and lie to them.Perhaps at some point, traditionalist Americans will come to the conclusion I arrived at in the Clinton era,you cannot change Washington DC unless you completely drain the swamp and start over with the very same roadmap our nation's founders left us with. With very few exceptions, and I mean FEW!, there is not one of those inside the beltway who is worth the value of the oxygen they are consuming.

Senator-Elect Flakey will bend over backwards to pander to the "Open Borders" crowd.

If the chattering classes of RINO's who filled the nation's TV screens last night have their way, and the GOP embraces Amnesty, look for Flakey to lead the way...unless, of course, he's self-photographing on some deserted South Pacific island!

Flakey rivals Obama in terms of toxic narcissism...and while the Senator-Elect claims he is a Conservative, real Arizona conservatives would beg to disagree.

WASHINGTON — Soul-singers spanning generations wowed the White House on Thursday as Melissa Etheridge, Patti LaBelle and Janelle Monae warmed up the place for a “women of soul” concert showcasing musical legends and up-and-coming female artists. At a morning workshop for high school and college students, first lady Michelle Obama called soul “the kind of music that makes you move, no matter who you are or where you come from.” “Sometimes it makes your hips move,” she said. “Sometimes it makes you rock your head. Sometimes it helps you just kick back and relax and soak it in. But no

Mika Brzezinski has a jaded view of why young Americans choose to join the military. According to the Morning Joe host, they do so "if they need the money." Brzezinski made her comment on today´s show during a segment on a book comparing the values and beliefs of the various generations of Americans. When Joe Scarborough challenged her doing-it-for-the-money claim, saying that many serve "for all the best reasons," Brzezinski began to back down. Mika also suggested that her fellow panelists didn´t know many people serving in the military, which might say more about the MSM bubble in which they

Footage from space showing the terror attacks in New York on 9/11 is to be shown in full on television for the first time, as part of a series about astronauts. American astronaut Frank Culbertson was above Manhattan when the World Trade Center came under attack in 2001. He filmed as the huge plume of smoke from the towers drifted across the city, only learning a few hours afterwards that his friend, Chic Burlingame, had been one of the pilots killed that day when his plane was flown into the Pentagon. A Pentagon research team is studying the body movements of Russian President Vladimir Putin and other world leaders in order to better predict their actions and guide U.S. policy, Pentagon documents and interviews show. The "Body Leads" project backed by the Office of Net Assessment (ONA), the think tank reporting to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, uses the principles of movement pattern analysis to predict how leaders will act. Like something from the Human Genome project, one feels like announcing discovery of the long-lost Napoleon-Nixon gene. Obama apparently has the Napoleon-Nixon defensive, arrogant, and unaccountable gene -- albeit with none of Nixon´s redeeming expertise in international power politics, and none of Napoleon´s record for strategy and war. More worrisome is that Obama’s lack of stature is now paired with an embarrassing preoccupation for proving he has some. What other president would ramrod an incompressible de facto nationalization of America’s healthcare system (embodied in legislation he himself never read or permitted others to read) down the nation´s throat, then turn

The Congressional investigation into whether the Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups for persecution ended today on a controversial note after former official Lois Lerner refused to answer questions. The rough day for the investigation followed the release of emails corroborating political targeting of groups. The emails, obtained by the House´s investigative committee, indicated that Lerner, in her official capacity, aimed to target political groups out of concern that the Citizens United ruling would lead to more suspicious or inappropriate tax filings. The ruling repealed much of the 2002 Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act and allowed individuals and political groups to

So, Lois Lerner still won´t talk about her role in the illegal targeting and harassment by the IRS of conservative and Tea Party groups seeking 501(c)(4) tax exemptions. Lerner appeared for a second time Wednesday before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and claimed her Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate herself. It isn´t hard to figure out why Lerner´s lips are sealed. First, she knows the House of Representatives can cite her for contempt of Congress, but Attorney General Eric Holder would decide whether she is prosecuted on that charge. Where Lois Lerner goes, drama follows. On Wednesday, the former IRS officer again invoked the Fifth before the House Oversight Committee. That precipitated a heated exchange between the committee’s Republican chairman, Darrell Issa, and Democratic ranking member Elijah Cummings, who called the hearings “un-American.” And that spat has become the story. No doubt that is exactly what Cummings had in mind. Because it distracts attention from the substance of the hearings — and from the questions raised by e-mails and public remarks Lois Lerner wrote, received or made when she was IRS Director of Tax Exempt Organizations. WASHINGTON — Charles G. and David H. Koch, the billionaire brothers who are perhaps the best-known patrons of conservative Republican politics, are bespectacled and in their 70s. They look genial enough. But Democrats are embarking on a broad effort that aims to unmask the press-shy siblings and portray them, instead, as a pair of villains bent on wrecking progressive politics. On Thursday, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is starting a digital campaign that will use Internet ads and videos, as well as social media, to tie Republican Senate candidates to the policies and actions of the Koch brothers.
