Prediction: Obama wins narrow
Electoral College victory

Washington Examiner, by Philip Klein

Original Article

Posted By:garnet, 11/5/2012 6:10:41 PM

In the final weeks of the presidential campaign, there have been two major schools of thought about who is going to win. One school points to President Obama getting reelected for a very simple reason: polls show Mitt Romney losing Ohio and all of the states that he would need to win to make up for a loss in Ohio. The other school argues that state polls have been systematically biased against Romney by assuming that Democratic turnout will rival – or even exceed – elevated 2008 levels, when Obamamania was at its peak.

Poll Poll Poll....funny how this is the media scream. I can show numerous past polls that were wrong. In a race this close, it's silly to be able to say who will win. Media should be saying, turnout turnout turnout, that is what will decide.

No incumbent has ever tallied fewer votes the 2nd time around and still won the election. Most of the swing states will end up in Romney's column.

Regardless of the vote tally at 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. - midnight tomorrow, I am praying that Romney's legal team fights like Democrats. And like Democrats, the don't stop fighting until their man wins.

The one good outcome (after a clear landslide victory) would be for the Romney legal team to catch Democrat cheating in locations all acfross the country. Multiple voting, electronics programmed to show "0bama" no matter what is input, illegals attempting to vote, buses full of out-of-staters, and whatever other schemes they have been using since Johnson and before. OH!! and especially catch the New Black Panthers intimidating voters again, and this time make the conviction stick!!

I hope and pray not. We have been through enough in these last four years in our ountry.

If it happens, we will find out "too late" all that Obama has done to bring this about. He has lied, held back the truth, done whatever it takes to define himself as patriotic.

Congress will be held captive by the Libs and the unions will thrive as we, the people, suffer through the next four years.

Our country will be punished for not relying upon God and sadly, He will be giving US what we deserve. My prayer is that He has mercy upon His people, called by His Name, who are praying daily for our beloved land we once knew to be Christian.

Pray for US! Vote and be accountable!

If the R party id is +6 as Rasmussen indicates then no way Obama wins(esp with Romney leading the independents). The problem with basing predictions on polls is that the polls may not be correct. Then again, they may be.

Ha ha. Klein's by-state predictions are all graveyard whistling. And in his last case I think he had it upside down. I do actually guess that one place Mitt may narrowly lose is NH - though I still do have hope - in my mind it's 50/50 there. But I also guess he wins narrowly in Iowa.

And #1, you are so right that it's turnout, turnout, turnout. The LSM won't even mention turnout this year - because it will be wildly in our favor. The word strikes terror in their hearts. That and "independent."

Wrong Klein. The "other school" takes into account most poll samplings are heavily Dem weighted to start with. Which means even the Dems are jumping the sinking Obama ship!

I'm not going to rejoice over a Romney win until I see the headline "President Romney" on Wednesday, November 7.

The author is giving 0bama a narrow win, not a landslide. And it could happen, due to the fact that there are still so many people who support 0bama and the attempts by the Democrats already to commit voter fraud.

Oh, and don't forget that the author gives 0bama a narrow victory in the Electoral College, not popular votes, which of course means Romney could very well win the popular vote, but lose the election.

He has seen the true polls -- none of the media, from NBC to Fox to the NY Times to CBS is being truthful about those -- and he knows. He knows. And I feel great knowing he knows.

It's pretty much unanimous among the pansies in the media. They all say, "too close to call", "razor thin margin", "slight edge to President Obama." And then they start citing polls.

Meanwhile those of us paying attention, who have been paying attention for years can see what has already happened. This will be 2010, Chick Filet, the Wisconson Recall, and the 500 flag officers who just endorsed Romney all rolled into one.

Rush, Dick Morris, Karl Rove, Michael Barone, R, Emmett Tyrelle, and others with brains and courage predict a blowout for Romney. We'll know who was right in about 30 hours.

First it was 2010
Then it was Wisconsin Recall
Then it was Chick-Fil-A
NOW...it's Benghazi

If Øbama wins, and our final decline as a nation accelerates into overdrive, we can be sure, the election was viciously stolen and liberty is finally at a cold dead end in the United States of America.

No, the Senate will not convict. But, it will impeed him. Massive change of the Senate in 2014 as a result and a change in our favor.

Forget the polls and go and vote. Remember in the 1980 election, the polls had Jimmy Carter up 12 over Ronald Reagan. The liberal NY based information industry use these polls in an attempt to suppress the Republican vote, by making as many people as possible think that the election is over before it even starts, and that anyone voting for the Republican candidate is just wasting their time. Forget all that and go and vote tomorrow.

A country that stakes its future on lies will not have one. The fashionable lie of the moment is “gay marriage.” The push to deprive children of mothers and fathers for the sake of “genderless” marriage has never been stronger. The media propaganda about its “inevitability” is unremitting. One would think, judging by all the triumphant rhetoric heard this week, that over 30 states had approved it. In fact, over 30 states have banned it. According to the Washington Post, which just a few weeks ago was categorizing Christians as racists, the issue is all settled and done.

It was bad enough for the Obama administration to earn an overall grade of C-minus on its level of transparency from the independent watchdog group Cause of Action. When coupled with evidence of what is being hidden, the information makes the administration look even worse. Cause of Action uses requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), lawsuits, and other tools to expose what it calls “job-killing federal government regulations, waste, fraud, and cronyism.” As has been reported by Caroline May at the Daily Caller and others, the organization last week issued a report called “Grading the Government,”

Instead of the GOP, watch the Rubio-Paul Party. Forget John Boehner. Ignore Karl Rove. The weasels who wrote the Obama health law postponed the pain until after the 2012 presidential election. Popular provisions were put into effect immediately, such as allowing children to stay on their parent’s plan until age 26, offering “free” colonoscopies and mammograms (in truth, forcing you to pay for them in your premium, whether you get them or not), and giving women the thrill of getting contraceptives at the drugstore without paying anything. This may sound odd coming from someone who has spent his life working in political reporting, but I find it extremely sad when people can’t separate politics from the rest of their lives. I’m not talking about people getting worked up about politicians; we live in divided times, so things are bound to get heated when talking about elected officials. I’m talking about people who say “I want nothing to do with [Person X] because he is a conservative/liberal/Republican/Democrat in his personal life.” This is why I find the Orson Scott Card thing so frustrating.

If President Obama’s rhetoric on domestic policy can be said to have a coherent theme, it involves his desire to use government to create a level playing field in which no single segment of the electorate enjoys unfair advantages or suffers disproportionate disadvantages in the pursuit of happiness. He is particularly concerned, he tells us, that the “rich” pay their fair share while poor and minority Americans receive their just due. Somehow, though, every policy decision made by his administration seems to tilt the playing field against the latter.

As part of the biennial Senate office lottery, junior members are obligated to show their office suites to more senior members, who then have 24 hours to decide whether to claim that space as their own. Heller’s office suite — which he inherited after the scandal-fueled resignation of Sen. John Ensign, R-Nev. — may be particularly attractive to other senators because its floor plan includes a larger-than-average member office.
