Look. We have an apparently mentally disabled VP and a President who chose him. So - what is the big deal?

I remember repeating over and over in '08 that obama stole the election in NC. People told me I was crazy and the people voted for obama fair and square. I know I was right and I never changed my opinion.

For many years this has been done by her residential facility until I found out and stopped it. They were shocked that I didn't want a chance to vote twice (it's Chicago so they vote all Dem)!

I'm the mom of a young lady with an intellectual disability. This makes me ill. I hear about it every four years, too, and this exploitation is almost always done by Democrats.

About 47% of all voters are clearly mentally disabled!!! That's the astonishing percentage right now of American idiots voting for Øbama!

I would catagorize any one who has endured and/or suffered under this regime and to still vote for BO as definitely "mentally disabled"...actually I would catagorize such voters as mentally deranged.

I, also, am the mother of a retarded adult child. Each year I am asked about registering my child to vote, and each year I decline as my child would have no understanding of what it was about.

Over 10 years ago when my mother was in a nursing home, they would not let me order an absentee ballot for her, but stated that someone would go help her vote. That was not going to happen, and my sister was able to obtain the absentee ballot.

I'm sure these two sorts of fraud go on repeatedly everywhere.

I had a similar problem with my moher in her later years. She had alzheimers and the little ward workers were very diligent in their collecting of filled out ballots. I finally got the precinct guy off to one side and told him if her name ever was discovered on a democrat ballot, his body would be found in the river. We came to an understanding. I saw to her political activities and he lived a long life. Do what you have to do.

By the way, did anyone ever find out if they fixed those machines that would change Romney votes to Obama? And did they ever do anything to make sure that wrong ballets were corrected?? Our country's founders had it right: voting is is a right granted only to the literate. Of course, they then went on to include property ownership, skin color, sex and a few other filters. We've come a long way in this area, but literacy (in English) is still imperative in my opinion.

How about we make sure this type of "voting" isn't allowed to retain your license for the facility you run?

I'll bet they're allowed to do this because they have guardianship, thus, allowed to make this determination?

If they're not allowed to have a say in their care, or testify in court, then I don't believe they're able to make a decision for voting.

This kind of thing was all over Minnesota when Franken won. Family members were outraged to find out their mentally disabled, or severely incapacitated seniors had votes cast on their behalf by union care-givers.

So why isn't there a law that mentally challenged patients can't vote or that no one could go into an institutional environment to assist them in voting ? Blame our do nothing Congress who counts on those votes too.
