The tea party "selfish and stupid"? I think democrats spending us into financial oblivion is about as selfish and stupid as people can be. Frum seems to be hoping for a republican president turning his back on his constituents and principles and "reaching across the aisle". I think we have seen how that works. Democrats never compromise, but they demand it from their opponents. They are to be pushed aside like last weeks potato salad if we are to ever be great again.

Frum is a doofus and a hack and he thinks Obama did all the right things in his first term. He also thinks Obamacare will not ever go away...well, if we have anything to say about it, it will be the first thing to go! What a twit. Go away, Frum.

Fiscal responsibility is extremism? Constitutional government is extremism? Getting government off the back of business is extremism? Limited government is extremism? I have news for you David, these principles were what the Country was founded on and for over 160 years, how it was run. Then the dems and FD(dopey)R started us on the path of progressivism and the Country has been oozing toward disaster since. BO just accelerated the process. Romney is simply talking about dialing back to pre-BO times. That's hardly extreme. I'd like to dial us back to the kind of government prior to FDR's explosion of government power.

All Frum had to tell us was that Romney is better than Obama in any area you can name and let it go at that. But no, he had to tell us he is a horse's butt who still loves Obama. How is it these people get paid to spout their opinions?

Setting aside the fact that sanctions have never worked, we should remember that Stinky does have experiences in bringing a peaceful end to a nuclear weapons program -- ours. Of course, after he ends it, that peace might not be lasting.

FTA: President Obama got important things right in his first time, but he's heading the wrong way in his second: toward a future with a permanently larger state sector and much more government control over private decision-making. The United States needs to edge away from that future, and back toward a more market-oriented trajectory. I don't want to see Obamacare repealed.

Wait, wait, wait. Frum says he wants "less gov't," but wants the [at least] 1/6 of it that Obamacare confiscates to stay in the hands of gov't?

Yeah, well, the whole piece goes along in the same line, a mental muddle of self-contradiction. I guess one could save it for the weekend to [more than] even out any elation one might take from a big home-team win.

Frum's a Canadian, so he shouldn't be allowed to vote. And he's an idiot.
