| What did President Barack Obama know and when did he know it? Why has the Obama administration kept changing its story about how Ambassador Chris Stevens, security officials Tyrone Woods of Imperial Beach and Glen Doherty of Encinitas, and information officer Sean Smith, who grew up in San Diego, died on Sept. 11 in Benghazi, Libya? Why won’t the mainstream media treat the incontrovertible evidence of the White House’s dishonesty and incompetence like the ugly scandal it obviously is?

Until we start impeaching people at all levels of government for purposefully shirking these solemn oaths, we will never get back to the greatness of our past.

It would seem, the Trib has accurately reported the news and placed the accusations of malfeasance at the proper door steps in the media. I have to wonder that there are so many insane liberals int he nation now papers like the NY Times and Chicago Trib, Boston Globe and networks- all but Fox (making money had over fist now), are able to eke out a sustenance. They are now so socialist and in bed with social Democrats, they seem to shun profit as something distasteful. Their losing investors accept this status as acceptable and keep dumping good money after bad into them. Truly amazing.

The Benghazi affair is dereliction of duty by the highest members of our government! They are stonewalling at this time just to get through the election. If the MSM did their job, Obama would have NO chance of being elected after this deadly fiasco! Turkey is complicit and we have neither a State Department or a government that is willing to engage from this act of war! Anybody who supports Obama/Clinton at this time is an enemy of the United States as far as I am concerned! Let the cards fall where they may!

Sitting on his arse, watching the live feed from the drone over Benghazi, gave BO [peace be upon him] plenty of time to reflect on the situation. No doubt he was provided with backgrounds on the 2 X-Seals fighting off the Muslim terrorists and asking for backup.
It surely became apparent to BO that the two men were the absolute opposite of BO in every way. Real men, accomplished in the pitiless qualification process for Seals and so much more. Men who often went in harms way for the good of their country. Patriots. Probably Republicans.
It was an easy call to vote "present" on their fate.

When Huffington departed the 4,400 square foot, seven-story apartment at 227 W. 17th Street in January she´d caused $275,000 in damages ranging from "gouged, stained and otherwise damaged" walls, "scratched, punctured" wood floors, bloodied mattresses and broken appliances, the Manhattan Supreme Court suit charges. "Huffington was using the apartment for large parties and business functions in breach of the sublease and Huffington´s promises," court papers allege.

The Weekly Standard obtained a copy of the program for President Obama’s Easter service at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C., and reports a few “highlights” from Rev. Dr. Luis Leon’s sermon: We often want things to go back to the way things used to be, before “work got difficult and faith got confused, and life got more confusing,” but when we dwell on the “if only” of life we forget that “God addresses us in the now.” As Jesus told Mary not to hold on to the past, “You cannot go back.”

Although the term "useful idiots" was originally attributed to Vladimir Lenin, its origin is undetermined but it is very applicable to the naïve celebrities in Hollywood and the media now mourning the death of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Much like the devotees of Fidel Castro and Che Guevara, these grieving individuals have made no effort to learn the truth about those they lionize. One has to feel some pity for the likes of the Sean Penns, Oliver Stones, Michael Moores, Danny Glovers, and idolaters who naively support malignant despots and causes believing them to be a force for good.

DETROIT — Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was convicted Monday of corruption charges, ensuring a return to prison for a man once among the nation’s youngest big-city leaders. Jurors convicted Kilpatrick of a raft of crimes, including a racketeering conspiracy charge that carries a maximum punishment of 20 years behind bars. He was portrayed during a five-month trial as an unscrupulous politician who took bribes, rigged contracts and lived far beyond his means while in office until fall 2008.

Yesterday, the most modest of gun control proposals died in the Senate. It would have expanded background checks to people purchasing weapons at gun shows and online sales, enjoyed 90 per cent support among the public and came on the back of the tragedy at Newtown. Yet, despite all that it had going for it, the Toomey-Manchin bill raised just 54 votes--six short of the number necessary for passage. “This is a pretty shameful day for Washington,” said Obama afterwards. It wasn’t exactly a red letter day for him, either. Why did the no-brainer bill fail? Four reasons:

Protocol: President Obama declined to send a high-level delegation to Wednesday´s funeral of Britain´s Margaret Thatcher. It´s a measure of how little he values the special relationship — and a sign of his own smallness. Back in more gracious times, vice presidents routinely attended funerals of foreign dignitaries. As such, the presence of Vice President Joe Biden — if not Obama himself — would seem fitting for as significant a U.S. ally as the late Prime Minister Thatcher, if not out of warmth of feeling, then simply to represent the U.S.´ gratitude. President Obama angrily blamed the defeat Wednesday of his centerpiece gun-control proposal on lies spread by the National Rifle Association, calling it “a pretty shameful day for Washington.” “The gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill,” Mr. Obama said in the White House rose garden about 90 minutes after the vote. “It came down to politics.” As he spoke, Mr. Obama was surrounded by family members of victims of the Newtown, Conn., school shooting. Also with him was former Rep. Gabby Giffords of Arizona, wounded in an assassination attempt.

Authorities on Tuesday revealed little new information about the terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon, the most high-profile bombing on U.S. soil in more than a decade and a tragedy that presents a new test for President Obama. Obama, like all Americans, is standing by, waiting for answers as to who planted two bombs improvised from pressure cookers at the finish line of the storied race, and why. Three Americans were killed in Monday´s attack and more than 170 others were injured. "Anytime bombs are used to target innocent civilians, it is an act of terror," Obama said,

The Senate delivered a devastating blow to President Obama’s agenda to regulate guns Wednesday by defeating a bipartisan proposal to expand background checks. It failed by a vote of 54 to 46, with 5 Democrats voting against it. Only 4 Republicans supported it. Democratic Sens. Mark Pryor (Ark.), Max Baucus (Mont.), Heidi Heitkamp (N.D.), Mark Begich (Alaska) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (Nev.) voted against it. Reid supported the measure but voted against it to preserve his ability to bring the measure up again. GOP Sens. John McCain (Ariz.), Susan Collins (Maine), Pat Toomey (Pa.) and Mark Kirk

As we now move into the official Political Aftermath period of the Boston bombing — the period that will determine the long-term legislative fallout of the atrocity — the dynamics of privilege will undoubtedly influence the nation’s collective reaction to the attacks. That’s because privilege tends to determine: 1) which groups are — and are not — collectively denigrated or targeted for the unlawful actions of individuals; and 2) how big and politically game-changing the overall reaction ends up being.

Washington — President Barack Obama says the Senate’s opposition to a bill that would have expanded background checks for gun buyers marks a “shameful day” in Washington. He says a minority of senators decided “it wasn’t worth it” to protect the nation’s children. Obama spoke in the Rose Garden shortly after the Senate vote rejecting a bipartisan effort to expand federal background checks to more firearms buyers. (Snip) The president pinned the blame for the measures failure, though five Democrats also opposed the plan. He also said the gun lobby and its allies “willfully lied” about background check bill.

WASHINGTON -- A senior Democratic senator who helped write President Barack Obama´s health care law stunned administration officials Wednesday, saying openly he thinks it´s headed for a "train wreck" because of bumbling implementation. "I just see a huge train wreck coming down," Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., told Obama´s health care chief during a routine budget hearing that suddenly turned tense. Baucus is the first top Democrat to publicly voice fears about the rollout of the new health care law, designed to bring coverage to some 30 million uninsured Americans through a mix
