Climate change ideology = big bucks for those wicked wicked capitalists. It's a gold mine for those savvy enough to exploit it. Even when you fail, you succeed. Look at Solyndra(R.I.P.) inter alia. The merest tip of the tip of the iceberg. The irony is delicious, for the true engine, the throbbing heart of climate hysteria is our old friend, capitalism. The kooks and cultists and eco-nuts and assorted suckers and believers are just the window dressing - the ideological superstructure, as some are wont to call it. Even the Marxists serve to distract attention from what is really going on. What is really going on is people trying to make big bucks fast. I don't mind that, but I don't like their approach, i.e. the massive transfer of wealth from the public(taxpayer) to the private(green energy, cap and trade etc.) sector. The expropriators are at it again.This time they are trying to fleece the peasants through the public treasury. One might plausibly argue that if the peasants are dumb enough to hand over their public bank account to the capitalists, they deserve what follows. But this delightful scenario -delightful for the hustlers and go-getters who manage to get their hands into the public till- cannot continue indefinitely.

People with more than half a brain couldn't care less what Clinton says... after all, he is a career politician that has perfected the ability to look straight into the camera and tell millions of people a bold face lie without blinking an eye. It's what career politicians do, they tell you what you want to hear even if it's the biggest whopper they ever told.

BUT... half of this nation are unable to muster up half a brain and are media zombies, spending 90% of their waking hours staring at QVC and other direct marketers, trying to figure out the best way to spend their government checks. Those people love Clinton and can be swayed like a reed in the wind. And that can be catastrophic.

Ho Humm. Is Bill still around? I thought he'd be off chasing some intern around his walker. Not only was his presidency no great shakes, he couldn't get Osama Bin Laden when he was handed to him on a platter. He did manage to bomb a chinese embassy though.
