| For the second time during the presidential campaign, a group of African-American ministers in North Carolina has criticized Franklin Graham for challenging the spiritual beliefs of President Barack Obama, accusing the evangelist Monday of promoting a narrow form of Christianity that supports a politically conservative point of view. Meeting in Charlotte, the group read an open letter to Graham that comes in response to a series of full-page ads that bear a photograph of his father, Billy Graham, and ask voters to elect candidates who support “biblical principles.” In comments to the

Franklin Graham is a really good person. He heads up Samaritan's Purse and Operation Christmas Child charities. These do alot of good work around the world including gift boxes to kids who would probably never get a gift in their life if not from OCC. Last year over 8 million boxes were given out to over 100 nations. Many of the gift boxes go to Africa. I dare say Franklin's charities do more for Africa then the NCAAP. They ought to stop critizing him and start helping.

Any person who supports abortion and homosexual unions is not a Christian. That doesn't mean that you hate them, it just means that they have said the Bible and God are in error. Franklin Graham is correct.

Read the article and look at the photo of the ministers.
Hysterical... under the photo it refers to "a diverse group of statewide religious leaders."
I looked at the photo again. I had no idea before this moment that the word "diverse" meant "all black."

Obama is not a believer in Christ. Therefore he is not a Christian. Period.
Jesus stated in no uncertain terms that the tree is known for the fruit that it bears. Obama is completely self-serving, walks all over other people, is capable of lying with a completely straight face, sees no wrong in killing babies who are seconds from being fully delivered, and seems to be more comfortable and supportive of Islam than Christianity.
Obama can call himself a Christian all he wants. Christianity is not endowed upon someone through merely claiming to be one. Christianity is gifted upon someone who recognizes their absolute inability to please God who is also willing to throw themselves at the feet of the Almighty, with a broken heart, and receive forgiveness.
Obama's life simply does not indicate that he is anything other than arrogant and self-serving. He is not serving others. He is not in any way that I can see, a humble man.
John Bunyan ('Pilgrim's Progress') had a nice way of putting it. There are professors of faith. Then, there are possessors of faith. Obama is a weak professor, at best. He is certainly not a possessor of faith in Christ.

Guess they have not or choose not to read the same Bible we do! God's Word is true and He will stand by it.
Lead US not into temptation!
Deliver US from evil, for Thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory! Amen!
God's Word is enough for me.
When these so-called ministers stand before God on Judgment Day, they will be held accountable to Him, not Obama! What do they want to hear - Welcome, good and faithful servant or depart from Me, for I "never" knew you! This is their choice as well as ours.
God is faithful to His Word, Jesus, who is the Righteouness Of His Father, sent to "deliver" man from from their sins.
By Faith we come, just as we are, receive His gift of Love/Mercy/Grace.
He will stand before Satan for US, for the battle is His, not ours!
America is finally waking up from a nightmare called Obama!
Pray for America and vote for righteousness!

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter you in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads to life, and few there be that find it.
And that, brothers of the NAACP, is what the Bible says. It's a shame that you guys throw a hissy fit at an ad that just says 'vote for the candidates who support Biblical principles.'

Unlike these clueless "minsters," I agree with the man who advocates the narrow way. "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." Mt.7:13-14

What else would you expect from the NAACP? Ministers cannot change this. Eventually, there will be only one church standing and it will pit the whole world against it. I choose to follow Christ.

I criticize the NAACP for promoting a liberal, narrow form of anti-Christ support of barack hussein obama. I think the big dude in the middle is/was involved in the Wake county school busing fight, and I think he got arrested for acting out at a school board meeting. He is no minister; he's just another race hustler in the order of Sharpton Jackson.

The NAACP is upset that Graham is urging people to vote for someone who shares his values. They know Obama has none. The double standard here is ridiculous. I guess they support abortion and gay marriage as long as a black president supports it. By the way what God do they worship?

Religious theology directed by the Bible is not a 'living document' as the Libs appear to be making it out to be. There is little option for man's opinion on how to interpret or enact scripture, it is quite explicit.
SO this is nothing more than the Libs perverting religion to their own purposes...and that is to abolish all of it.

The poor we have always, and God could feed all the hungry and cure the sick if he wished, as we witnessed with the coming of Jesus Christ. What we cannot change are spiritual truths, such as God made them male and female, in the beginning, and they are joined together as one flesh in marriage. God doesn't even approve of divorce, except for the hardness of our hearts. Even heathens feed the poor and care for the sick. Even demons believe in God. It doesn't make them Christian... only to do the will of God and follow his commandments.

"If a man will not work, neither shall he eat" - Apostle Paul (a.k.a. Rabbi Saul)
"Do not cast your pearls before swine." - Jesus.
The Bible doesn't command donations for all or forgiveness for all. It commands kindness in response to the humble, grateful requests of the truly needy, with charity being purely voluntary.
And it commands that forgiveness be granted only by the harmed party and only when he is convinced that repentence is sincere.

Beginning a week of high pressure on gun control, the White House on Monday accused some Republican senators of cowardice for planning to filibuster gun legislation without allowing the full Senate to vote on President Obama’s initiatives. “If they oppose this legislation, have the courage to say so on the floor and vote no,” said White House press secretary Jay Carney. “Don’t block it. Don’t hide behind a procedural action to prevent a vote. That’s the wrong thing to do, and that’s how the president clearly feels.”

In the message he issued along with his budget proposal on Wednesday morning, President Barack Obama said he wants to see 4-year-old children in the United States enrolled in public schools. Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs." After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”

Although the first votes on gun -control legislation have yet to be cast, by some measures the National Rifle Association has already won. Obama’s ambitious plans to ban assault weapons and limit magazine capacities are off the table, while the NRA suggested it could support the most likely outcome -- expanded background checks -- as recently as 1999. The NRA claims that the president’s efforts have triggered a fundraising surge and boosted its membership from 4 million to nearly 5 million.

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius conceded Monday that implementing the Affordable Care Act has been more complicated and frustrating than the Obama administration expected, largely due to Republicans who have opposed the law´s state-based exchanges and Medicaid expansion. "The politics has been relentless and that continues," Sebelius said. "There was some hope that once the Supreme Court ruled in July, and then once an election occurred there would be a sense that, ´This is the law of the land, let´s get on board, let´s make this work.´"

In a stunning end to one of the most aggressively unsuccessful tenures in retail history, JCPenney (JCP) last night announced that CEO Ron Johnson would be leaving effective immediately. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman. In January 2012, Ullman was unceremoniously removed from the board. Gone with Ullman was any control the Board of Directors had over Ron Johnson and his control of JCPenney resources.
