An Irvine resident is requesting that the city install a sign to memorialize the hundreds of fish killed in a traffic crash in early October as they were being taken to Irvine Ranch Market. (snip)The sign would read, "In memory of hundreds of fish who suffered and died at this spot," to remind tractor-trailer drivers of their responsibility to the animals who are "hauled to their deaths every day," according to the letter provided by PETA. Ironic since PETA kills more domestic cats and dogs than all the other animal shelters and pounds do. PETA thinks that domestic animals are better off dead than being people's pets. But now they want to have a memorial sign for some fish???? Oye! Obviously, they are all in it for the money--they don't care about animals.

Barack Obama was once a constitutional law professor, but now views the founding document as irrelevant. The president is ruling by decree, instead of working with a divided Congress. The Founding Fathers would be appalled by the way the current occupant of the White House has usurped power to get his agenda passed. There is nothing to restrain Mr. Obama, now a lame duck, from forcing his liberalism on America. For example, the White House declared Wednesday that it will not go through Congress to create regional “climate hubs” to deal with the supposed crisis of “climate change.” This comes
