Stevie Wonder Release Pro-Obama Song: "Keep Moving Forward"

| President Obama has received one of the most aurally pleasing forms of endorsement with less than 2 weeks away from the election. Stevie Wonder has released “Keep Moving Forward,” a song urging American citizens to vote while reminding them of President Obama’s accomplishments and why he should be given four more years. Over an entrancing, snake charmer, Bollywood-like beat, Stevie sums up the President’s reelection campaign in four minutes and eight seconds. “Keep moving forward, we can’t afford to go backwards now,” he sings. He touches on Obama's removing of US troops from Iraq
|
Comments: A littany of idiotic 0bama campaign talking points set to a hypnotic/Arabic/Islamic beat with words mouthed by the once great Stevie Wonder. This "song" is creepy and is written on a level which would insult anyone except the dumbest of hood-rats. But then again, that's who is being targeted with this tripe.

FTA: Keep moving forward, we can’t afford to go backwards now,” he sings. He touches on Obama's removing of US troops from Iraq, the creation of new jobs, health care being made available for the middle class, the growing economy and a host of other topics.
In other words, the crock is overflowing.

It's a TERRIBLE song. The music is definitely African/Arab/Middle Eastern -- which means it's not a patriotic American anthem. (Surprised? Yeah, me too.) Even worse, it's monotonous, and Stevie sounds like he has a sore throat.

Stevie Wonder has not had any talent since the 70s or maybe even the early 80s. He has lost his muse.
#21, I lost my lunch laughing out loud at your Toonces reference!!!
Yes, he is blind in more ways than one. He obviously has been influenced all his life by the people that surround him that he buys into the propaganda from the left (that includes the need to vote for the black candidate regardless of their ideology). Too bad. I used to like Wonder in the old days. But I knew when he announced back in the 80s that he would no longer sing his old standards anymore that he was no longer in touch with his meaningful artistic side.

Obama's concept of "forward" does not match up with mine.
Forward, for me, is when more people are employed. Forward for Obama means a greater division between the haves and have nots (with the have-nots the great majority and the haves as slaves).

In her remarkable life, Margaret Thatcher achieved what Hillary Rodham Clinton still wants (or at least what the pundits say she wants): She became the first female leader of her country, and she did it in such a determined way that her sex was almost an afterthought. In many respects, the two women are profoundly different. Thatcher, who died Monday at 87, was a self-described "conviction politician" and arch-conservative who channeled Milton Friedman and bonded fiercely with "Ronnie" Reagan, her great pal and partner on the world stage as the Cold War came to an end.

The U.S. has been denied direct access to the only publicly known suspect in custody in connection with the Benghazi terror attack, Fox News has learned, with U.S. interrogators still unable to sit in the same room as the Egypt-held prisoner to ask questions. Abu Ahmed, also known as Mohammed Jamal, is suspected of establishing Islamist training camps in Eastern Libya where militants who took part in the Sept. 11 Benghazi terrorist attack were able to train. Ahmed is not suspected of directly taking part in the attack which left four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, dead.

For the past five months, the Republican message on foreign policy message has been defined by a single word: Benghazi. Ever since the deadly September 11 attack on the U.S. compound in that Libyan city, Republicans have obsessed over the episode. Mitt Romney made Benghazi a favorite talking point in the 2012 campaign home stretch. More recently, Republicans have invoked Benghazi to shoot down one would-be cabinet nominee, Susan Rice, and delay two others, Chuck Hagel and John Brennan. They have dragged a parade of administration officials, including Hillary Clinton

TIMBUKTU, Mali - One of the last things the bearded fighters did before leaving this city was to drive to the market where traders lay their carpets out in the sand. The al-Qaida extremists bypassed the brightly-colored, high-end synthetic floor coverings and stopped their pickup truck in front of a man selling more modest mats woven from desert grass, priced at $1.40 apiece. There they bought two bales of 25 mats each, and asked him to bundle them on top of the car, along with a stack of sticks.

Beginning a week of high pressure on gun control, the White House on Monday accused some Republican senators of cowardice for planning to filibuster gun legislation without allowing the full Senate to vote on President Obama’s initiatives. “If they oppose this legislation, have the courage to say so on the floor and vote no,” said White House press secretary Jay Carney. “Don’t block it. Don’t hide behind a procedural action to prevent a vote. That’s the wrong thing to do, and that’s how the president clearly feels.”

There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
