Beyond Impeachment:
Obama Treasonous over Benghazi

Is it treason when you put your own reelection above the good of your country and the lives of its citizens? If so, Barack Obama committed treason in leaving the four Americans to die in Benghazi. Our Constitution defines it this way: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.” Aid and comfort to the enemy — what is that? When you ascribe an action to the protest of a video when it is actuality a planned terror attack by Ansar al-Shariah, an established offshoot of al-Qaeda (if that’s not your

America voted in 2008 to prove that we are not racist, now we must vote in 2012 to prove we are not stupid. I would really like to have General Petraeus and General Carter Ham at hearings before the Senate this week. We need to get to the bottom of this before the elections.

Jim

The main problem is getting a witness to say Obama gave the stand down order himself. It's a slam dunk with that but Obama's inner circle of deadbeats are too loyal to do that, even under oath.

They continue to blame the CIA even though they had their own direct video feed. You can bet Petraeus is considering resignation and Obama would love that because it would make him look guilty.

The other problem is the right is still stinging from the backfiring attempt to impeach Clinton but Obama doesn't have sex to fall back on here.

Stevens is gone along the same lines as Vince Foster and Ron Brown. The uprising in Cairo was a smokescreen to bury this attack under the guise of the video did it. They were way too ready with the video excuse.

This is an enormous scandal that Obama is on the verge of weaseling out of.Hillary Clinton is still the world's most popular woman.

Just a reminder for accuracy's sake. Obama didn't leave 4 people to die at the consulate. He left approximately THIRTY people to die!!!

Because the brave ex-Seals came to the rescue, many escaped and only 4 people died. Let's keep in mind the scale of what Obama was willing to risk for his reelection.

May the truth come out in the next few days...

...extreme words...serious implications...

...and #4 makes a very good point, there were many who were saved by the actions of two Seals. They could have been just as easily brought home in boxes. Those two heros I understand took down nearly sixty of the attackers. Imagine what a little help would have done...

...and if weapons were at the compound and have disappeared, one can get an idea why certain people didn't want to intervene...

...so many questions waiting for answers...

A callous man with no regard for the lives he was sworn to protect even though assets were available. Why should we expect any different treatment as mere citizens subject to his healthcare plans?

The November vote is our only chance at fixing this problem.

Impeach our first half-black pResident?

You got to be kidding.

It did not work with our first black Prez - Clinton. Will not work now.

This proves that we should have voted our brain in the 2008 election instead of listening to the idiots who said that a Community Organizer could bring peace to the world!!!

Congressional Medals of Honor are in order for the murdered Navy Seals, IMO. But then, the president always presents these awards. Would anyone want Obama to soil the honor of these precious tokens? Better to wait for the new president.

Does everyone know that there is also a "command center" at the DOJ?
Eric the Red also had access to watch the attack in real time.

There WERE 30 people at the Consulate. A number of them were seriously wounded. How is it possible that we have not heard ONE word about them; where they are; their condition; whether or not they have been questioned; if they are under "house confinement"; not permitted to speak. It's amazing no one has even made an inquiry as to their status.

Nor has anyone asked for the autopsy report on Ambassador Stevens to confirm whether or not he had been tortured. As a parent of a foreign service officer I was always under the illusion that she had the full force of the United States standing ready to protect her. What a horrible rude awakening that she has just been lucky.

All this impeachment leading to removal nonsense needs to stop. There isn't a Democrat in Congress that will vote for it even if it was proven little barry watched the attack in real time and left them all to die for the sake of his reelection. No Democrat President will ever be impeached and removed or resign even if treason is committed. Democratic party loyality and ideology trumps everything else!

If our Congress is too afraid to impeach the man, these people need to be replaced. Who else has the authority to do it?
.... The Supreme Court?
.... There must be SOME legal plan in place.

Get that man out of our White House and put him in a cell where he can grow his beard.

When I recall how quickly Richard Nixon was tossed away for 'covering up' some details of a break-in, I am in SHOCK that our electeds are still kissing Obama's Islamic butt.
.... WHAT is going ON here?

Reply 17 - Posted by: Bad Dog, 10/29/2012 7:40:26 AM     (No. 8970899)

And what has happened to the guard mentioned in Greg Palkov's re-enactment, Uben (?). He got the Ambassador to the safe room, he found the window bars that would open, he got out, he went back in to find the Ambassador and Sean Smith, couldn't because of the smoke, but he got himself back out and to the roof of the building. What then? Where is he now?

This is really starting to smell like a covert operation that may be treasonous on several levels.

I presume the others in the compound that day were airlifted to Germany ... are they all still unconcious? Have they been kept in comas? Why do we hear NOTHING about them, or from them? I fear they are being 'debriefed' (in the sense that they are being reprogrammed to give Barcky the Hero credit for something he says is good....)

Early November surprise?

The EVACUEES are probably in our AF Hospital in Germany where the press cannot get to them.

Most likely, like any government employees, being threatened to keep their mouths shut or lose all pay, benefit, pensions.

Trust me, it works in government or private industry.

Ask why Hillary has not visited them or no phone calls from the Prez?
Time to call Mizz Fluke about birthcontrol; but no action here.

I am with you, #14. If I am running one of these "News Desks" and my ratings were going through the floor, I would be going all out to get an interview with one of the 26 survivors of the attack. It has been WEEKS....how is it possible that no-one seems interested in getting a first hand story ?

Is it incompetence or cover up ? That applies to more than just the administration.

#10 I saw Whoraldo's program and his interview with Retired General Jack Keane. I was shocked that the General claimed that watching the Benghazi events through the drone was like looking through a straw. In other words those back in Washington really couldn't tell what was going on; thus it was fine to give the order to stand down.

Whoraldo then lectured the viewing audience about making a big political deal over Benghazi. He was trying to shame those who think Barry mis-handled the situation.

Why on earth does Fox News keep Gerry Rivers around? He is a sensationalist of the worst kind.

Zero came out and stated that the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, is not an election issue in 2012.
We differ on that Zero. Vote Romney/Ryan, who are real Americans and who would have done anything come hell or high water to protect those heroes.

# 4 Excellent Point !!
The Commander in Chief was perfectly content
to watch at least 34 Americans die .
Orenthal James Obama has spent the past 7 weeks trying to find the real Commander in Chief.
Because someone in the Oval Office gave the thumbs down
on the rescue because it
was deemed too dangerous .....
for his political future.
Perhaps Orenthal James Obama thought Delta just made faucets.
We know he has little understanding of the military .
Treason and impeachment are completely appropriate
terms to now use in the grotesque and growing scandal
the old media has yet to discover.

First we have to agree that Barry ain't a "constitutional expert" as we were constantly told. If fact, I'd say he knows less about it than your average home-schooled 9th grader.

He probably thinks L'etat c'est Moi, therefore nothing he does could possibly be treasonous.

Reply 32 - Posted by: fed-up, 10/29/2012 9:39:34 AM     (No. 8971177)

From reports by Jennifer Griffin, she implied she has spoken with some who were at the scene that night. Now it could be other survivors that were transported to the hospital, or Libyans on the ground that night. Also, congressman Chaffetz stated this morning he has also spoken to some who survived when he made his trip to Libya. He seems concerned with the lack of help and why it wasn't sent, but also the videos (I assume from the drone)and the shots from the cameras that night that show what happened.

I think there may be something with this arms thing.. maybe shows those "looters" taking them?? I think the video excuse was used too quickly when no one had heard of it. So, as in most cases.. there is lots that needs to be found out, and it's not gonna happen before the election for sure. But, you can bet arms and money fall into this whole mess somehow.

This was a decision for the POTUS alone. If he was coherent, he made the call. I believe his decision to not deploy was purely political. This must be answered BEFORE the election. If only this scene could take place...

Right #16, #20. Whoraldo was almost breathless in his attempt to get some covering fire for Obama's dereliction, much like Axlerod's disposition on Sunday talk shows.

With obama's performance, or lack thereof-there's going to be quite a few people out of breath, defending him, along marathon lines.

Whoraldo, like obama, think as long as they can split hairs over a technicality, such as "Africom" having no resources, "charges dismissed and time to go home". WRONG. Who cares if resources had to be borrowed from a different theater of operation?!

Whoraldo thanked the general for "the truth". Ha! Much more of this pandering for Obama and it's time to omit FOX from channel surfing consideration.

The more we learn, the more questions. Somehow Petreaus is at the heart of all this. He needs to be put under oath. He knows secrets that he isn't telling. One thing this article points out is that there is similarities between this mess and Fast & Furious. It is too bad that the storm as well as congress being in recess has kept this story from getting legs before the election, but facts are pesky things and they will come out. One of the questions I have is that when Woods and others went over to the embassy, they search for about an hour but could not find Stevens and yet the supposed looters found him. Where was he?

Whoraldo's general that said that watching the events from a TV camera from a drone was like looking down a straw has to be the dumbest or most stupid general I've ever heard of. I spent 3yrs in an aerial reco. unit as a young airman, and the pictures we took could read you name tag from 2000 feet. And that was nearly 50yrs ago! (1964-1967) And the SR71 could do the same from 80,000+ feet. And some of the last built F4E's built had a TV camera (TIESO Target Identification, Electro Optical) mounted in the right wing that could zoom out to at least 50 miles and identify another aircraft to see if it was friendly or enemy. All the these were many years ago. I think we've made a few advances since then.

A lot of someone's are lying about this Benghazi mess and there needs to be a complete investigation to find exactly what happened. And charges need to be made against those who have covered it up with trials held. The guilty need to have a nice loooooong stay in the graybar hotel.

This doesn't reach the level of treason, in my opinion, but it is intriguing to think about.

Someone has to be held accountable and if it's Obama he needs to be publicly called out on it.

Congress is holding a behind-closed-doors investigation into the Benghazi debacle. I wonder if we'll hear the results. I wonder if the political class will rally to protect their own.

Two days after the deadly Libya terror attack, representatives of the FBI and National Counterterrorism Center gave Capitol Hill briefings in which they said the evidence supported an Al Qaeda or Al Qaeda-affiliated attack, Fox News has learned. The description of the attack by those in the Sept. 13 briefings stands in stark contrast to the now controversial briefing on Capitol Hill by CIA Director David Petraeus the following day -- and raises even more questions about why Petraeus described the attack as tied to a demonstration.

"The purpose of the United States Senate is to debate and to vote and to let the people know where we stand.” "What are we afraid of? ... If this issue is as important as we all think it is, why not take ... it up and debate?"

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Los Angeles — Some people have had it with TV. They´ve had enough of the 100-plus channel universe. They don´t like timing their lives around network show schedules. They´re tired of $100-plus monthly bills. A growing number of them have stopped paying for cable and satellite TV service, and don´t even use an antenna to get free signals over the air. (Snip) Last month, the Nielsen Co. started labeling people in this group "Zero TV" households, because they fall outside the traditional definition of a TV home. There are 5 million of these residences in the U.S., up from

On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012. In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

I hope all will look at a lifetime of service over some poorly chosen words.” Carson will remain as commencement speaker at Johns Hopkins,

Susan Patton, the Princeton alumna who became famous for her letter urging Ivy League women to use their college years to find a mate, has been denounced as a traitor to feminism, to coeducation, to the university ideal. But really she’s something much more interesting: a traitor to her class. Her betrayal consists of being gauche enough to acknowledge publicly a truth that everyone who’s come up through Ivy League culture knows intuitively —

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.

Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned. A close friend of Lanza’s mother told The News that the troubled boy was a target of relentless bullying when he attended the Connecticut school years ago. “I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge,” said Marvin LaFontaine, a friend of Nancy Lanza’s. “Nancy told me he was being picked on at school. That they were just torturing him.”

ATTLEBORO, Mass. — As many as 25 students at a Massachusetts school were denied lunch this week — with at least some forced to dump their food in the garbage — because they couldn´t pay, school officials and parents said. Outraged parents said some students at Coelho Middle School in Attleboro cried when they were told by a worker for the district´s food service provider they could not eat on Tuesday because they couldn´t pay or their pre-paid accounts were short on funds. The on-site director for the company, Whitsons Culinary Group of Islandia, N.Y., was placed on administrative leave by
