| I was skeptical about Thursday’s AP poll showing that Romney and Obama were now getting equal support from women voters. The swing was both too huge and too sudden to be entirely believable. But there is little doubt that women voters as a whole are swinging toward the Republican and that at the very least he will sharply reduce the president’s earlier and expected lead among women voters. This is how they have been trying to get votes from every one of their "oppressed" groups. Reduce them to some object and tell the objects, "we're here for you." People are no longer people and they have no value to the party other than votes. They are also never provided what they really need -- freedom and dignity. Instead, they are doled out the slimmest measure of political gruel -- just enough to keep them voting for more gruel with the promise that it will be a full meal.
Reality is finally starting to sink in:

It is demeaning to any demographic group to be treated as objects. Yet, that is what modern politics (at least of the Left) has become. They are told that "you can't do anything on your own -- you can only get what you need when we do it for you."

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned. A close friend of Lanza’s mother told The News that the troubled boy was a target of relentless bullying when he attended the Connecticut school years ago. “I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge,” said Marvin LaFontaine, a friend of Nancy Lanza’s. “Nancy told me he was being picked on at school.
